As a 20 year running veteran , I loved his simple strategies and reminders for overcoming challenges and being in the moment on runs. It *almost makes me want to run long distance trails again! Almost...😉

I enjoyed this book. It had a lot of good advice for long hard runs. Some stories were ok.
