kindle unlimited {may be leaving ku tho}, have read quite a few of this writer's stuff, prefer the comedic ones most but just same as this 4, just not that in to thrillers so keep that in mind regarding the rating. Also can't figure out the order of the books, full list of what could figure out below. THIS ONE is actually Decreed from what can see of numbering below, but above not showing actual name with number.
A master assassin is hunted by the man who taught him how to kill. Brill Wingfield was molded from high school to be the perfect killer. Unassuming, and forgettable with chameleon like abilities, he's trained and honed his skill set over the years to move from a bone crunching thug to a master killer for hire. When an assignment in Mexico turns sideways, someone on a rooftop far away tries to take him out. The would be killers wound Brill and send him on the run. Hunted across the jungle back roads of Mexico, who hooks up with an archaeologist grad student with a dark secret and revolutionary friends. All Brill needs to do is make it to his safe house hideout to rest and recover, but drug runners, the Mexican Army and ghosts from his haunted past are all conspiring to kill him.

Double Dang!
Does love bites? Bedder yet will Maddie empty her lucky 🍀 string? Brill has been bit figuratively in da lips whilst Maddie plugs him 2 friggin times in da chest. Brill’s unparrelled lucky streak may have it’s limits. Let us toss another woman onto him to test his luck why don’t we. Be Aware or Be Dead!

This is a book about mercenaries. They roam jungles and kill, the body count rises. Two spelling/grammatical errors in one sentence on the first page do not bode well and matters show little improvement. If this is your thing go for it, there are plenty of books in the series.
