Adam Hargreaves is an English author and illustrator. The son of Roger Hargreaves, he continues his father's popular Mr. Men series of children's books. Hargreaves also served as inspiration for the series. When at the age of six he asked his father "What does a tickle look like?", Roger used that question to create the first book, Mr. Tickle.
Excellent!
Perhaps Mr. Adventure's story is the closest to reality than other Mr. Men characters. He's a true adventurer who gets bored quickly in the obvious routine. Even boredom may strikes him on an ordinary vacation. Unfortunately, he was running out of money. He needed to get a job to save money for his next adventure.
Mr. Adventure started working but he never did it either in the simplest or the easiest way. He did it on his own wild-thrilling-exciting way, causing a lot of mess.
After trying various jobs which were apparently too normal. Finally, Mr. Adventure got another normal job that surprisingly could fulfill his adventurous soul.

Wow wow wow. Such an incredible story about achieving what you wish. This story captivated me the whole way through, and, honestly, this is one of my favorite books of the year so far (after I’m Thinking of Ending Things by Iain Reid, of course).
There is nothing like a good moral story in a book.
I really felt Mr Adventure was my soulmate. Until I read the last page. Wtf?! I now skip the last page when I read the book to my son; and instead make up my own ending.
