Malone has been through a lot these past few months. Soon as things are starting to look up for her again. The one thing that may have been promising, has been taken from her. Sphinx he’s still selfish and refuses to change his ways. Sphinx and Malone are at each others neck the tension is so thick a knife can’t cut it. Leilani’s livid behind the death of Twin. Shon’s life lies within the palm of Layla’s hands.
In these gritty streets of East Atlanta anything goes. The block is hot. Bodies are being found through out the City. It’s more than yellow tape coming to play. No faces mean no cases right? Maybe, that’s unless someone knows something they shouldn’t. All murders lead to two sources. The police received a few tips which could lead to a suspect.

Well damn Malone and Sphinx was playing a dangerous game .. Sphinx get on my fuckin nerves how the hell he expect a women to put up with his fine ass !! You can buy all that goodness and finesse on a women and think she ain’t going to catch feelings . Sphinx need to man up and stop being a jealous bitch . He can fuck everyone and think Malone going to be waiting on him . I wish I was a fly on the wall when Crim found his new boo fuckin his mom... The look on his face would have been priceless!! That's what his women beating ass gets.That thing called Karma aint worth playing with bc she always come back with that snapback!! I was laughing so damn hard he getting his mom sloppy seconds .. This is a crazy and group of people from the momma to the sons and daughter's!! Sphinx is freaking nuts!! I wish Malone deal with him so he can sit down. Shin goes after Laya and all hell done broke loose with the Haitans!!t willadene got it exactly what she deserved and DeeDee is a true piece if work. I am starting on part 3, please let me hear Shons voice. I LOVE the moms ..they are bosses!

Hood love like no other
Man , I wish I could give this book more then 5 starts. This book is full of crazy characters, from mothers, to sons to side chicks, Damn , it can't get any better, the drama, the gun play, and the sex unbelievable. Can't wait for the next book.

Nikkiiiiiiiiiiiii yes I really screamed...... the book is bomb I wouldn’t expect anything less from Mrs. Taylor, if you have read any books by her you will know that she puts her all into her books and characters....... this one right here takes the cake...... I’m convinced that Sphinx is certifiably and I see that my boo Malone can get on his level of crazy...... imma need big Vell resting in peace azz to go back to where ever the hell he came from...... I love me some Leilani she plays no games when it comes to hers anybody can get it!!!!!! That dang on Dee-Dee and Tiffany they just nasty..... Dee-Dee should have caught worms messing with both them old people...... I really really enjoyed this book!!!!! I need part 3 ASAP!!!!! please and thank....... love u lots

Man. Why end it like this. I know he won’t kill her because she I pregnant with his “seed”. I’m really enjoying this series. Looking forward to book 3.

I like the storyline of this series but the errors and everything else really pulls this book down a lot... Although it is a little bit bette then part 1 It is still pretty bad...This book was very repetitive... And some times to excessively... In 1 paragraph it would say the same thing but just reword it and this would be what the whole paragraph was about... so this made me skip a lot of reading... Then as if things were not said enough it was like in the next chapter with this character it would repeat again... Sometime it was so frustrating to read...There was so much conflicting information as if the author forgot that they already addressed something... So she talked again about a scene but changes it up so I am thinking wait what really happened then... Even little details... I feel like this book was written and did not go through editing... There is just no way... But like I said... The storyline itself I like and is the only reason I am able to keep reading... Because I really want to see how everything plays out...
I really want Malone to be happy and I would like it to be with Gotti... I don't want her to be with Sphinx... He does not deserve her... He needs to just take the L and keep it moving...
And look at Crim... He did Malone and his kids dirty for the next woman only to realize that he made the biggest mistake of his life... And now it may have also cost him his life...
I am glad to see Shon and Layla together... I didnt like how Shon went about it but I still like them together... But with what Shon did to prove a point and get Layla back may have also just cost him his life... And Layla just found out that family is no better than any other person on the street...
Well now on to check out part 3 to see how it all ends...
I really want Malone to be happy and I would like it to be with Gotti... I don't want her to be with Sphinx... He does not deserve her... He needs to just take the L and keep it moving...

The dam has broken!! Errbodi dirty laundry has been aired but its still a few snakes out there. Crim's world is crumbling around him and his karma came back full force!! Dee dee and her antics with marco finally caught up. Sphinx don got handled by malone, but it looks like the tides turned real quick! Layla and shon are paying for their actions and the old heads leilani and shaolin finally in action together! Can part 3 get anymore intense!
