Awesome book on clarifying why our or organisational day to day communication fails. There are around 13 strategies been mentioned and explained to improve our communication and challenges we face. All about speaking to human and making him/her understand 0). Describing the science behind each strategy is a bonus and makes us understand their whys. Overall will be a good read - with simple and catchy narration with visuals in every chapters.
