In Ancient Rome four young slave-gladiators—bred to be the best and nick-named the Wolf Pack—form a forbidden bond with the daughter of their owner. Across the length and breadth of the empire they will find and claim her as their own, letting nothing stand in their way.

Ennia is the name her patrician birth assigned her. Cassius is the name her father’s physician gave her when she dressed as a slave boy to train under him. But Accalia, the she-wolf, is the name she gave herself. And it is Accalia who falls in love with not one but four young men society deemed the lowest of the low.

Follow their adventures in the Gladiator series:

4: Orion knows that loving anyone is a sign of weakness and vulnerability, especially for a gladiator. But despite his best efforts he has never been able to stop himself loving Accalia. Now she has been kidnapped by Parthians and he and his brothers have been sent to rescue her. But when a storm washes him overboard, he must continue his search alone. But finding and rescuing their little she-wolf is only half the battle. Keeping her safe from even himself may prove the more difficult task.

Nhys Glover is an Australian born award-winning author of over 75 romance novels. She is known for blending heart, heat, and a touch of the extraordinary in her stories. From time-traveling lovers to soul-deep polyamory connections, her work explores love in all its transformational forms.
Now living in Durham County UK, Nhys draws on her background in teaching and spiritual inquiry for inspiration in her writing. As she sits at her desk, staring out at the windy moors, she often reflects on what it means to stay human in an increasingly digital world. It is, after all, the subject of her newest book, a non-fiction called Authenticity, as Taught by a Machine.
But no matter the genre, Nhys is always chasing one thing: the truth at the heart of every story.

I highly recommend this series. It is so well written and I really love how each book focuses on her relationship with a different member of the Wolf Pack.

This book focuses on Orion. He is a true warrior that doesn't let anything interfere with his mission.
Orion believes loving someone is a sign of weakness and vulnerability. He had a horrible childhood experience that showed him the pain of loving others can bring.

I really enjoyed those scenes where he opened up to her. They have quite an adventure fleeing from her kidnappers.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.
