I'm not a huge fan of non-fiction multi-author boxed sets because I often find the quality so inconsistent. This set was an exception. I grabbed it because Mike Pettigrew - whose excellent book on goal-setting was in it - and I knew at least that one was good. I ended up reading every book in the set and enjoyed being exposed to some very different approaches to self-help.
A few books I really enjoyed, like Richard Haight's on meditation and Ziad Masri's, I would never have picked up as individual books, but I'm so glad I read them. Even though a few books spoke less to me specifically, they were all well-written and edited, so reading them was a pleasure.
