This was a solid mediocre poetry collection for me. While there were a few lines that I found beautiful and that resonated, there wasn't a particular poem or poems that have stuck with me past the first reading. I found this collection a bit too obtuse and difficult to find meaning in.

This is a wonderful collection. Brown's images and shifting comparisons are thought provoking, exposing the reader to new perspectives, and her groupings are spot on. An enjoyable and rich read.
