Angie, a lonely girl, falls for Jorbie and no matter how unstable he is around her, this love is unwavering. This book was a pretty interesting and quick read and contains some truly horrifying scenes involving live burials and autopsies. It's worth a picking up if you can find it. This book was crazy in more ways than one. But I could not put it down! Not for the easily spooked. But a story about a psychologically unstable mortician? Right up my alley!

It was a bit dull. Wanted to skip the second half just to get to the ending which it went by too quickly btw.

The story and concept could have been quite interesting but it was never properly developed as it should have been.

I found the style very dry and inconsistent various times.

The whole dead but alive experiment doesn't stick together very well. More scientific background could have improved the story.

I just couldn't wait to finish it. The characters are ok but a way to simplistic.

Probably I had too high expectations...
