This was an okay read for me. There weren't a ton of recipes I would save for future use, and the approach was a little too ... zen for me (and very "inclusive"). Not really what I'm looking for right now, but I'm sure others will enjoy it!
I thought I had already reviewed this book. Great recipes especially if you like an Asian twist. More tofu than I like, but love the veggie dishes, and one of the sweet potato dishes with a delectable avocado mixture on top. Pretty thorough index in the back about the nutritional content of various foods. The opening chapters were a nice review for me as Joshua is the Founder of IIN the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I had attended the program 3 years ago. Easy read and includes recipes from IIN students as well.
