Death Cursed
Death comes for everyone. For Nena, Death comes for her, but doesn't collect. She's instead picked up by a mysterious group led by a man named Scratch, and they won't let her go now that she's Death Touched.
As Nena tries to understand what that means she learns that a threat has arisen that promises to upset the delicate balance between the living and the undead. The threat proves especially dangerous to her when she becomes the target of one of the Corrupted, a creature of Death who's sole purpose is to destroy living and undead alike.
Her only solace amid the dark is the hope that she can somehow escape the Agency and her own changes before she finds herself too deep in the supernatural world.

Death or life
A really great start. She has a very ordinary life until she went to visit a friend. When she left she was mugged and left for dead. However Death has other ideas. Waking she finds herself in a strange place with witches, ghosts, vampires and other supernatural. Their aim is to fight against Corrupted beings. Beings that are similar to Death but which corrupt others they come in contact with. Will she stay? Will she join the fight? She is a bit of a girly girl, a bit reluctant to fight and easily frightened. He is a ghost the has been given form by the devil to fight against the Corrupted and others of that ilk. The rest of the characters are as varied as the supernatural they belong too.

Not my kind of book
I found the title interesting, but was rather disappointed. The book needs to be edited, sorry to point this out. Some words or sentence are hard to imagine, like he was wearing a white blouse, sounds very immature, like the character Nena.
The idea is actually interesting, there is not much development going on, she has been told much to nothing. I don't think I want to get the next one in this series. Not for me. Sorry.

this was a dnf for me, I just didnt like any of the characters at all, I got a different vibe from the blurb, Really wish I was into this one because it sounded really good maybe I'll come back to it another time and give it another chance
