An interesting book that walks you through the history of low workbenches and the forms of workholding used on them, as well as how to build 3 historical benches.
There are parts where I could've done with more detail about construction or usage, but that's always the case isn't it.

I love Chris Schwarz. This is basically required reading for anyone interested in woodworking and its history.
