From the moment the Vampire Raven walked into my life, my world was turned inside out. I have seen things, done things, become things I never dreamed possible. One of these things I can never take back, and it will haunt me for the rest of my very long life. I should have been the one to tell him. Would have had to eventually, but now he knows and the results? Well, let’s just say, I don’t know if I can forgive him. With all we’ve been through and overcome, I thought that destiny was on our side. Now, I’m not so sure…

I feel like I waited forever for the “conclusion” of the Jessica Sweet Trilogy. But it was so worth the wait! She became a fave author of mine after the first book in this series.

Notice how I put some extra emphasis on “conclusion”up above? Events this time around move hard and fast, but with a satisfying punctuation mark on the Jessica and Raven love saga. Is their story over? Hell no! And I’m glad of it. Ms DalRae has done a fantastic job of leaving the door open for more stories about characters I, for one, have come to love and adore.

Fans of romance, vampires, shifters, or simply overarching stories of love, redemption and forgiveness NEED to read this series.

**I received an advance electronic copy of this book from the author which I then chose to voluntarily review**

Sweet Destiny
She's done it again! Sweet Destiny is a great ending to a wonderful trilogy that I've enjoyed reading from beginning to end. The story weaves through Jessica Sweet's self-discovery, family revelations, and her life as a new. She begins a journey in the first book and comes full circle by the last page of the third book.

The characters along the way that touch Jessica's heart and help her on her journey are every bit as important as Jessica herself. She finds more help and love then one person can hope to have.

The last book puts to rest all questions asked throughout the series, but also answers some the readers wouldn't have known to ask.

Well done and highly recommended!

What. A. Journey.

While reading this third book in the Jessica Sweet trilogy, without a word of a lie, I have cheered, I have held my breath, I have raged, and I have wept.

Theories I had maintained from reading 'Sweet Vengeance' and 'Sweet Discovery' were confirmed and developed, and my questions were answered in unexpected ways. The sensation of looking on as the lives of people I had become close to almost burned to the ground was at times almost unbearable, but yet I had to read on. I had to know how it all worked out.

It was hard to put this book down. I read it in two sittings, and finished it with new respect for some old characters, and interest in seeing what might happen in the future with some new ones.

Of one thing I am sure: an author who can take a reader to both the heights of excitement and the depths of despair is a blessing to readers in a world where humdrum and cliche often seem to overwhelm the market. Aliya DalRae is a gifted writer, and I will one-click her books forever.

Brilliantly conceived and told, with plenty of surprises in store for fans, the culmination of the Jessica Sweet Trilogy in “Sweet Destiny” is, quite literally, the proverbial cherry on the top of the sundae, served up in classic DalRae style with just the right touch of romance, angst, and vengeance meted out between Jessica, Raven, and the ever-present packs of vamps and shifters who influence their relationship.

This is an edge-of-your-seat, spine-tingling, mouth-gaping, hold-on-to-your-hats, Ladies and Gentlemen, paranormal fantasy that brings nearly every minute danger and exciting facet of Jessica and Raven’s lives together while clearing a path for the future legacy of all of our femmes fatales’ leading men—Malcolm and Nox included. But beware, DalRae fans... “Sweet Destiny” is anything but predictable, shocking fans with a major stunner in Chapter 9 that will have everyone floored and gasping in confusion, “WTFudge???!!!”

Vengeance... Desire... and Destiny at last—From start to finish, the entire Jessica Sweet saga is a shockingly great read that I highly recommend!

Extremely intense finale. Well worth the wait, this last installment of the Jessica Sweet Trilogy did not disappoint. It began exactly where the last one ended. The earth-shattering revelations were bound to cause some chaos, but as a reader, I wasn’t at all prepared for the ultimate fall-out. Let’s just say things went from bad to worse in a hurry. There are some very painful and heart-wrenching storylines but also we witness unbelievable compassion and understanding from some unlikely sources. Master storyteller, DalRae enlists her amazing talents as she guides us through some tough terrain.
Having read all the Sweet novels along with the companion shorts, I feel right at home in Fallen Cross. I may not be a Legion employee or a pack member but it feels like I’m welcomed inside by these wonderful, colorful characters as they relate their various stories and back stories. I love them all and cannot wait to see what the “Master” has in store for us next. Anyone who loves a good paranormal with some hot, sexy males and strong, kickass females will devour all DalRae’s books. I only wish I could add more stars to this one! Very Highly Recommended!

Visceral and Heart-Wrenching!

While a reader could conceivably think that ‘Sweet Destiny,’ the third and final book in Aliya DalRae’s paranormal romance trilogy, would resolve issues encountered in the other two—be forewarned! This novel throbs and pulsates with pain, anguish, sorrow, anger, and revenge up until its “festering” end which is not a tidy conclusion.

It’s an eye-opener all right, in more ways than one!

Throughout the novel, the reader is taken aback by shocking and “tell-me-it-ain’t-so” moments at every turn of the page. Vampires aside, the author knows how to go for the jugular, while infusing this novel with heart and soul emanating from the depths of her own wellspring.

A bruised and battered reader all the way to the last page, there was no way I’d curtail my journey in Fallen Cross to the bitter end.

Book three was just as phenomenal as the first two.
I don’t want this series to end. I love the authors descriptions, I picture each incredible moment with her words. I’ve never been a fan of paranormal books but I’ve found a new live in her stories. I’m crossing my fingers that there will be another one soon.

The finale of the Jessica Sweet Trilogy is a great series ender that wraps up the story of Jessica, Raven, and all the supernaturals and humans of Fallen Cross involved in the stories. The third installment has all the drama, romance, and shocking reveals DalRaes fans expect. I really loved the pacing of the story. It’s a page turner right to the end and does leave open room for further tales if the author desires. A lot of the story is about Jessica and Raven adapting to the revelations they received in the second book. There’s a new surprise on each page leading to even bigger surprises at the end. She will become a favorite author of yours as she has become one of mine.

“Sweet Destiny” is a fitting ending to this trilogy and brings some real world trauma into the mix. This further helps to draw the readers into a deeper understanding and connection with the readers. You may need a box of tissues for this one.
