Man oh man, this manga is SO CUTE! I found myself smiling so much while reading this, it was honestly kind of crazy. It made my heart feel so full while reading it, it’s a feeling that’s hard to explain. Reading it was just… happiness! It’s the type of book that I could reread, again and again, and honestly, I would love to own it.

Although this book never contains any stories about Lilo and him, I loved the plots surrounding Yuna and Stitch’s adventures. I think Angel is so adorable, literally every drawing of her is just the cutest! The art overall is sometimes a bit simple, but still very cute. Yumi draws Stitch the best of all. I think cute, animal-like creatures is what she excels in illustrating!

My main complaint is that I do not care for Kouji and Piko. Kouji is a tsundere with a crush on Yuna, which I normally find endearing, but here, it just feels boring. Also, Piko is pretty much pointless. Luckily, overall, they do a pretty good job with Stitch’s alien friends, Jumba and Pleakley (although I feel Pleakley is even stranger then he was in the movie…)

All in all, don’t listen to the negative reviews. This book is a lot of fun, and I think you’ll enjoy it, just like I did!

(This book contains two girls bathing (not fully censored at the top, but it is very undetailed, they are drawn like babies.) There are also yokai, and Pleakley jokingly cross-dresses, just like he does in the movie. There is fantasy violence, and a few childlike and innocent crushes. I would give this book an age rating of all-ages!)

I hated this. I am sure that I picked this up for the exact same reason as everyone else, I am obsessed with Lilo and Stitch, the movie(s) and series. The things that really hit me on a deep down emotional level, the acceptance of everyone for who they are and the display of the depth of a found family. The humor that never punches down, and conflicts that feel real and recognizable. All of that is absent in this manga.
The art is awful. The short stories feel pointless and soulless. The characters all seem very hateful to one another, and Stitch is more of a brat than just a misunderstood little guy with issues to work on. Basically he is there to be a wrecking ball antagonist.
And the translation/editing is piss poor.
You should definitely just go watch the movie again.

Despite my tendency to like anything Stitch, this manga did not work for me. Not only is it set in Japan - which I get given that it's manga - but there's no Lilo. And the girl that they swap in for Lilo (Yuna) is a real brat. The thing about Lilo is that she is genuinely a good person and tries to do what's right socially and in life. Stitch shakes up her world but she's always there trying to teach him a lesson. Yuna seems to be focused on Yuna and Stitch stays very much in the crazy experiement behaviour a little too much.

The artwork is fine. The secondary characters like Jumba and Pleakley are pretty much the same as they are in the Disney version.

So, if you can get past Yuna, then you'll be fine. Keep in mind that Yuna is probably more manga appropriate than Lilo given that she tends to over exaggerate her reactions to everything.

Enjoyed this volume more than the first one. However I still wish it was just one big story instead of the mini stories only benefit is they were all about Yuna and Stitch instead of a mixture Stitch and Yuna then Stitch and Lilo

This one I liked a little more than the first! Still a bunch of short stories with stitch with multiple people in his life. It's cute because I'm a huge fan of stitch! will probably read the other comics that stitch is involved in. I love stitch so why not!

The artwork is great. Cute short stories with Stitch and friends. Yuna is annoying but I understand why she gets mad at stitch lol

Only short stories and these aren't good. Maybe for others OK, but not for me. The only positive point is, I could practice my English knowledge.

A fun story but the characters are even more snotty and rude. Stitch is such a menace and he never seems to learn!
I like learning about Japanese culture and history though.
