Sergeant Mint Harris is chief of police in Charlestown, a settlement on Obsirion II, a planet colonised 50 years ago by the British Corporation. Nothing much happens there, and she likes it that way. However, a murder is reported, and other strange things are brought to her attention. Is there a connection? Life in Charlestown is about to change, rapidly and irreversibly. I am a married father of 2 and live just outside of Newark, Nottinghamshire in the UK. My favourite genres are science fiction and fantasy, influenced by Tolkien, David Gemmell, and Peter F Hamilton. I try to write action-packed, fast-paced works of fiction that are easy to access and read. I have 2 sci-fi series ongoing at present: The Gene Weavers Sequence and The Oblivion Trilogy, and hope to commence an epic fantasy novel soon.
