This book is awesome! If you're the type that's against Gender-Bender books. I suggest you totally forego this one. Ok, with that said. This book is 100% awesome. I loved the way that the story flowed, I loved the build up of the characters as well as the relationships between the characters. I love the subtle misdirection from the characters as well as how everything almost folded into a nice close....until the end. This book has been set up to be a LONG running series with some very captivating characters as well as some quite enjoyable enemies.

The plot is Aiden is minding his business and dies. Get's sent to hell because he wasn't good enough to go to heaven and gets turned into a succubus (how this happened in itself is also interesting). Now as Aeriel, she has to go out and do the things that she's supposed to (which is harness lust by any means possible) and stumbles upon Holly day one. The two of them get into a really interesting relationship that goes from just sex to something pretty damn deep. The wrench in the entire thing is the fact that there's a rogue sex demon running around draining all the people of their energy and Aeriel (less than a week on the job) has to get to the bottom of it!

Seriously, I'm DYING for the next book to come out. This was the right mix of action, drama and sexy time to keep me duly interested in this series.

Last thing, I did not classify this as smut due to the fact that while there are sex scenes in the book, they are not porn hub sex scenes. It's more like softcore porn at best. So if you're looking for something like a bimbo book, you should skip this. This is NOT that kind of party.

A feelgood story... from hell?

Our main character, Aiden, dies but alas no heaven for him. Aiden wasn't good enough for heaven, but luckily hell is more like a 'work-release program' so now he gets to work for the Department of Lust as their newest succubus.

Honestly this was a short and fun story with an unusual protagonist. Aiden or Aeriel as she now is, gets right in the weird of it, with barely an training, a laid-back boss and possibly a girlfriend make for a well written and enjoyable story.

I'll be looking forward to te next novel in the series.

I discovered this by foraging through one my goodreads friend's list, and I don't regret it one moment. This novel was really amazing. Aiden become Aeriel when a angel bring him to hell after getting killed in a car accident. Now he must cope with being female now, his succubus body is preloaded with behavioral female elements that are mental and muscular; So he didn't have to learn how to be female, what a cheat! His body is also full of powers that he learn little by little. But not everything is pink and flowers and wine in this new life. There is darkness that Aeriel must confront in this new existence, it all begin with her new boss.

This novel is one of my new favorite ones! I hope to see more of Aeriel and Holly.

Simple, Steamy, Seductive

A hapless young man dies in a car accident and is made to work for the damned. With a brand new female body that any woman would kill for, and after bonding with a cute, nerdy girlfriend, he (now she) has become Aeriel, a complete sexpot of a succubus who harvests sexual energy for Hell, making for a pretty standard "the-afterlife-is-not-what-I-expected" story ... until Aeriel's boss puts her on an assignment to investigate one of their kind who has gone rogue. While still a neophyte at her seductive job and learning the extent of her arsenal of arcane and mental powers over her own body, as well as the bodies and minds of mortals, our devilish lead discovers the depths of this nefarious incubus' deception and depravity. One part steamy erotic thriller (with some of the better written sex scenes that I've seen), the other a supernatural detective mystery, This tale makes for a simple and seductively good time, but with a few typos to Mar the pacing here and there. Also, some characters could have stood to be a little bit stronger, but if this truly is the beginning of a series, like I hope, it certainly can do far worse. All in all, Aeriel's first sexy outing makes for the perfect beginning. Fans of genderswap-themed erotica and mysteries will certainly enjoy ... the Hell out of it!

Surprisingly good considering the cover looks very indie, and it's the only book by this author. Characters were likable and relatable, and even the skeezy ones had redeeming qualities. The tone of the story changed very smoothly throughout the story and I was really impressed by how well it flowed. It wasn't a completely unique take on hell and the afterlife, but enough of a twist to make it new and interesting. Really enjoyed this book and I'm a little disappointed there aren't any more by this author.

Fun, sexy and with a good story.

A great story following a newly reborn lesbian succubus (formerly male) who befriends and deflowers an innocent virgin lesbian girl. Plenty of smut, easy to follow story that's a good read. Can't wait for a sequel. Really looking forward to this author.

Good writing fun to read

I enjoyed the story. Mc seemed to accept a little too easily. Would have liked to have seen more interactions with old friends and maybe a grave visit but I'm looking forward to more of the story

Wait...funny!

This truly was an enjoyable and fun story. The characters were simple but detailed and the story was off the rails.
