UPDATE: I received a note (5/22) from the author that she has done additional editing to reflect the following (but not limited to) changes for the final copy when published:
-Correction of the medical inaccuracy
-Reduction of Luke and Gabe's visits to the club (i.e. references to frequent fraternization with OW)
-Some wording editing including reducing Eleri's overuse of the word Gah
I've marked out these issues to avoid confusion here on GR but will post a revised review on Amazon upon publication.
The author also offered me an updated ARC to confirm these changes and more; however, due to my own current time constraints I will take her word on that. Gabe Aldridge and Luke Addison are a seemingly wealthy, bisexual couple in their thirties, living in London with two sons. Their full time nanny is resigning to get married, and they quickly narrow down their applicant pool to Eleri Thomas, 22.
Eleri is instantly attracted to them as they are to her, hence setting up the taboo nature of the tale as Eleri wrestles with maintaining her professionalism and the guys struggle with the ethics of her being their employee. Of course, none of them lament over this very long.
“We’d have taken her lovely pussy between us last night if she hadn’t been our virgin nanny.”
The sexual tensions and interactions between Gabe and Luke are pretty hot! It’s easy to feel the chemistry between them.
“They’re soaping each other, their dangling cocks swinging, balls heavy, thighs thick and powerful, arms hard and bulging with muscle.”
Gabe and Luke are in a committed relationship with each other but occasionally bring women into the play for adventure.I must say I would have preferred to read that this was a more rare occurrence, but the guys mention a club they seem to frequent pretty often and assumedly do so the night they meet Eleri as well. (It’s thankfully not shown, simply implied). I think it would have gone a long way in making Eleri seem more special to them if they didn’t have such frequent hook-ups with women. There’s also a lot of “tell” when it comes to feelings and specifically how “perfect” Eleri is. Unfortunately, it felt like more tell than show. I didn’t feel as if they were in love with her or vice versa. It came across more like Eleri liked the attention of two men and the boost of self esteem that came with that, while the men enjoyed the fascination and added adventure of having a regular, docile female in the mix.
While I liked Luke and Gabe who seemed better developed as characters, Eleri was difficult for me to connect with. She seemed a bit immature,adding “Gah” to the end of far too many inner thoughts. (12 different times per my Kindle count to be exact). She was an okay nanny but nothing spectacular so I struggled to understand what they guys saw in her.
Told via Luke, Gabe, and Eleri’s alternating first person POV, on one hand I liked that the premise was one I hadn’t read before. On the other hand, some aspects felt a little familiar (ala Anastasia Grey minus the bondage) such as the agreement and Eleri ’s quick jump from virgin to eager beaver risqué sex fiend.
And then the tale throws in some contrived, eye-roll worthy drama of the soap opera variety towards the end and my rating began to plummet.
Lastly, while the front matter explains the use of UK English, which is fitting with the setting and nationality of the characters, it might be more prudent to note the differences with legalities and some medical practices. [Note added]One item though that is clearly an epic error in This scene just doesn’t add up.
Overall assessment of the story: As a three way love story this falls short. If you are just looking for an erotic ménage and don’t mind drama and one dimensional women characters, give this a whirl. But if you are looking for an erotic ménage romance with much stronger characters, I’ve got other superior ones to recommend. ;-)

Let's start off by saying that this was a first time reading this author and that we enjoyed our first read by then the story was super hot!
Gabe and Luke are two smoking hot men in a committed relationship with a couple of kids but every now an then then like to add a girl into the mix to spice up their sex life.I loved these guys right off the start not only that you could see how much they loved each other which was the kind that is deep and lasting and they were a lot of fun to .I loved seeing that one of them was a level headed and cautious kind and the other adventurous and daring just made for many heated moments between them as well as keeping the story spicy and interesting.I thought that they were such a cute couple together as their chemistry between the two was super hot which made their sexual encounters even more intense and hotter.
Losing their current nanny they pick Eleri to be their new nanny but one look at her and both Gabe and Luke know that they are going to have a hard time keeping their hands off her. Eleri's first reaction to them was like lightening has struck her. Eleri knows things were going to be interesting working for these two hottie's not only that she knows she is in trouble herself as her attraction toward them is just as fierce .
What started out as introducing Eleri to the delights to many rewarding sexual encounters turned out to be so much more. Omg the sex between these three was super hot and explosive as well as being filthy and dirty and then on other hand they made love to her with kindness and sweetness as well with intense passion.
I loved the story cover to cover as the three of them learn to navigate a relationship that is not conventional between them.I will say that I was a little worried in the beginning that they were going to get attached to Eleri and what it was going to do to the relationship between the two of them as it seemed that Luke was already half in love with Eleri from their first time together.As time progressed you saw the love grow between them all an it was really super sweet to see.
I found myself worrying more and more for Eleri and if this relationship between her and them was going to leave her heart broken as she really never new where she stood with them .Was it just friends with benefits kind of thing or were they kind of like her boyfriends?The never knowing kept you on edge the entire story wondering if the ball was going to drop at any minute?
This was one intense hot read from the beginning to the end that had a few twists thrown into the mix and we loved it and are looking forward to reading other stories by this author.
I love when you can connect with the characters that you read about and I did that with Gabe,Luke and Eleri they were all so super sweet and loving that you could not help but love reading about them and their unconventional relationship and love them as well.

Just ok
The story was solid and the sex scenes were shot, but for some reason I just couldn't seem to feel anything for the characters. I liked them well enough, but I didn't love them.

Gabe and Luke are in a committed relationship (though they add a woman at times for some no-strings fun to spice things up) with two adorable little boys and are in need of a new Nanny. When they find Eleri she seems perfect, maybe a little too perfect. Luke wants her immediately, but Gabe has more of a stiff upper lip and warns against mixing pleasure with the hired help.
Eleri proves to be charming and wonderful with their children. After she is drugged on a date, Gabe and Luke rush to her rescue and discover she is a virgin who wants them to be her first. Even Gabe finds that prospect too hard to resist. They come to an agreement that they will all have some no-strings fun (they even sign a contract). Soon Gabe and Luke are teaching Eleri things she never imagined and before long, their no-strings arrangement gets complicated by an unexpected turn of events and pesky emotions. Will Gabe, Luke and Eleri give into their feelings, forget about what people may think and make something lasting or will they let the chance of happiness slip through their fingers?
I love a good menage, especially mmf menage stories, so I was VERY excited to jump into Their Virgin Nanny and it was absolutely filthy. This is the very definition of a one-handed read. Draiko managed to include every combination of sex possible between three people and yet somehow, the book managed to still have some adorably sweet moments. Draiko took smut to a new level with this one and I loved every minute!

Es mi primer libro de SC Daiko. Cuenta la historia de Gabe, Luke y Eleri.
Gabe y Luke están juntos como pareja. Son bisexuales y tienen 2 hijos. Su niñera está por renunciar ya que va a casarse y ahora necesitan una nueva niñera.
Eleri necesita un trabajo ya que sus jefes se van a vivir a otro país, la agencia la envía a trabajar como la nueva niñera de Gabe y Luke.
Ella asume que son una pareja gay y no sabe que son bisexuales y, que a veces, llevan a una mujer a su cama. Luke se siente instantáneamente atraído por ella y Gabe piensa que no es una buena opción tener sexo con su empleada.
Aceptan una relación física sin ataduras, pero los sentimientos se vuelven parte de ella. Escenas de sexo calientes, pero poco desarrolladas, les falta intensidad, a mi parecer, todo ocurre muy rápido.
Me gustaron Gabe y Luke y su relación pero la inclusión de Eleri la sentí forzada, su evolución se me hizo insuficiente.
La resolución del conflicto con Sharon (la madre subrogada) me pareció deficiente y poco creíble.

A little menage romance to break up the monotony, lol. And surprisingly, I enjoyed this very much. Kinda wanted that cray-cray heifer Sharon to get a little more of a comeuppance in the end but oh well. When does the "villain" EVER get the justice they truly deserve in romance novels? Pretty much never, haha. Quite an enjoyable read, I'm sure I'll look for more by this author.

A Must Read!! 5+ Stars!
Holy Wow! This book is amazing! I absolutely LOVED it!! If I could give this book more than 5 stars I definitely would! It was incredibly well written and the story just flowed so seamlessly. SC Daiko has done a phenomenal job with Luke, Gabe and Eleri. Luke and Gabe together were sizzling, but add Eleri into the mix, and this trio came close to melting my Kindle.
I have read several books by this author, this one being one of my favorites. If you're looking for a hot steamy M/M/F read that will make your toes curl…this book is for you! You won't regret it!!

With a tittle like this the thought that crosses my mind was that I was about to get into a hot as hell story... And my kinkiest personality loved the drill. Lol
SC Daiko is a new author to me and if her other books at hot like this one I'm on the front row to read more.
Her writting is hot, full of sassy stuff and with feelings into the mix.
Their Virgin Nanny explores the lifes of Gabe, Luke and Eleri.
Gabe and Luke are a happy couple with two kids they love unconditionally. When the nanny informed them that she will be gone they need to find a replacement as soon as possible.
Eleri is a sweet girl that love kids. When she starts to work to Gabe and Luke she couldn't believe the turn her life was about to have.
And oh boy.. Hot doesn't even cover it. This book I something else.
I loved the story, loved the interaction and the chemistry between the characters.
The hot scenes are brutally amazing and you will need a fan to cool off. Lol
The story progressed smoothly and quickly and I loved every word.

I always enjoy S.C. Daiko's writing, and she certainly knows her way around a sex scene.
However, although I definitely enjoyed this one, I didn't really feel like I got enough out of it for more than a three-star rating. I found it difficult to connect with the characters and to feel their chemistry, and I was also hoping for some slightly filthier sex, considering the focus was supposedly that Eleri was a virgin—as it was, the sex scenes were very similar to those in Three, just without the BDSM slant.
I find myself hoping for Daiko to write something a little longer, to really delve into the psyches of her characters and come out with something that grabs me emotionally and doesn't let go, rather than these shorter, erotic stories with only a minor focus on the wider world and storyline outside the relationships.
An enjoyable, hot menage read, but lacking any real depth.

I always enjoy S.C. Daiko's writing, and she certainly knows her way around a sex scene.
However, although I definitely enjoyed this one, I didn't really feel like I got enough out of it for more than a three-star rating. I found it difficult to connect with the characters and to feel their chemistry, and I was also hoping for some slightly filthier sex, considering the focus was supposedly that Eleri was a virgin—as it was, the sex scenes were very similar to those in Three, just without the BDSM slant.
I find myself hoping for Daiko to write something a little longer, to really delve into the psyches of her characters and come out with something that grabs me emotionally and doesn't let go, rather than these shorter, erotic stories with only a minor focus on the wider world and storyline outside the relationships.
An enjoyable, hot menage read, but lacking any real depth.

Audiobook Review
This has to be my favourite of SC Daiko's books to date, Hugo did an amazing Job at reading it and there was just something that kept me attached to his voice that I listened to it all in one sitting.
Eleri at first came across as a bit of a posh totty but then she is a nanny for the wealthy so that shouldn't have surprised me, The Passion in this book and the sex is off the charts and the posh nanny has a wild side to her even I didn't see coming, I loved Gabe and Luke kinda took a bit more of a shine to Luke tbh he is the more lighthearted of these two brooding sexy men.

I read an early copy for an honest review. Their Virgin Nanny had a lot of similarities to Three. Gage and Luke love each other and their kids. Eleri was just supposed to watch the kids and be a fantasy in their bedroom play. she wasn't actually supposed to participate but who could resist the sweet little girl looking for someone to punch her v card.

I really enjoyed this book. Gabe and Luke are a committed couple with 2 small boys looking for a new nanny. Along comes Eleri and shakes things up for the couple. The characters are well developed and likeable and the sex scenes are smokin hot and very well written. Ive read books about virgins before and the sex scenes have been totally unreaslistic, not so in this case well done Siobhan.

Fantastic Read
This is the first book I have read by this author and it is wonderful. The writing is on point. The characters are well developed. Elerie, Gabe, and Luke had me falling in love with them. The way they rake care of their family and built a great relationship is perfect. I will definitely look into more books by this author.

The relationship between Luke and Gabe is hot enough as it is, but add Eleri to it and the heat level is off the charts. This story will have you wiggling and aching for relief. I really enjoyed the m/m portions of the story. Keep a bib handy to catch the drool. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Loved this book. Pantie melting scenes. Good story line. Read it in one sitting. I voluntarily reviewed and ARC of this book for an honest review. Great flow between the main characters. The secondary characters were will written, too. I couldn't put it down.

God, I loved this book. It is so freaking hot you will need another pair of panties!!!
Eleri is a young girl looking for a new nanny job since her old job is moving to the states. She is offered a job watching two little boys of a gay male couple. The boys are adorable and the male couple are hot and alpha. She has no idea how she is going to work knowing they are gay and she can't do anything with them. But she is bound and determined to do just that- her job.
Gabe and Luke are in a commented relationship and have two adorable boys by a surrogate. Their nanny that they have now is getting married and so they go looking for a new one. They found Eleri and find her very attractive but know she is off limits- she works for them. Right off the bat, they make sure she understands she is part of the family and is to come to them if she needs anything and that the boys come first.
Everything is normal and runs smoothly until she goes on a date and is drugged. That is when she admits that she is highly attracted to Gage and Luke but knows that nothing can happen even knowing they are bi-sexual, but she works for them so she doesn't want to screw that up. Gage and Luke want something to happen but have to be careful with their jobs and lives.
This is such a wonderful book. I never wanted to put it down, and god the sex is just mind-blowing! It is never too much and is in the right places! And there is a little mystery or threat I guess that adds such a great part to the book. T
This is a must read book, I will be one-clicking it when it is available on Amazon.

I read this story when it came out earlier. But as an audio man, this is such a hot story! Hugo takes it to a whole different level. I kept going back to this book just so that I could listen to Hugo's voice. He brought this story to life and kept you wanting more. Great choice for the narrator.

This is not the first book I have read by this author, but this is the first book I started and had to come back and forth to in a while. It was different from what I was expecting. The writing was ok and the author had me there with them. I was just a bit detached at these men and the situation. I liked the book don’t get me wrong. There were just some things I don’t get or understand why they were done. That’s why it is rated 3 stars.

Eleri is a good with the children. Though she secretly lusts after Gabe and Luke. After a night out and on a blind date of sorts things change when she needs help. She calls the only people she can think that can help her. Boundaries are crossed and lust ensues. She overhears the men together and they are talking about her. Let me say there are some really hot, sexy fun times. They will set your Kindle ablaze so be ready for that.

Now they are suck trying to find someone who is as efficient as their nanny. Going through an agency they find Eleri a nanny who was working for an American family who has decided to move. During her probationary period with Luke and Gabe she finds out that they are not gay but bisexual. One night while sleeping in the guest room she hears them having sex and imagining her being part of the act. Eleri is a virgin but she is ready to turn in her V card. After a disastrous internet blind date she professes her status as a virgin to Gabe and Luke and then ask for them to bust her cherry. Not only does she want them to bust her cherry but to help her experience all that sex has to offer. Gabe and Luke each has had their secret fantasy of having sex with the nanny. Even though they are devoted to each other and their two sons they have no problem enjoying a women they can share. Their problem with Eleri’s proposal is they never see the same women twice and they do not want to lose her as a nanny if things go south. A good story with a story more than a virgin and 2 men having sex. The sex was hot and she got quite the lessons. This was my first time reading this author and I will be reading more from her. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of the book. I give this book 4.5 stars.

This is the first book for me by this author, and I really enjoyed the story. When twenty-two year old virgin, Eleri Thomas, took the job for gay couple Luke Addison and Gabe Grafton, she didn’t expect to feel anything towards the pair, but when she discovers that the pair are actually bi-sexual, her thoughts turn towards all the naughty things she wishes she could do with the pair she knows she might have a problem. Gabe and Luke are in a wonderful relationship, and sometimes add in a third to add some spice, so when the pair begin to notice Eleri in a more sexy way, Luke and Gabe make her an offer she can’t refuse. Will Eleri be able to keep her growing feelings for the pair to herself? Or will Gabe and Luke make her want things she shouldn’t?

Written in alternating voices, this MMF romance is smartly-written. Ms. Daiko gives us three developed characters and puts them in a situation that just could happen. It's so smartly written, I could hear their English accents in my head! Northing that happens here is outrageously difficult to believe and in fact has some realism to it that other MMF books I've read don't. For example...three way sex has got to have some uncomfortable moments at first, right??!! The love scenes are super hot as are the heroes of this romance. If you like a good MMF adventure, you'll love this one!

Another great hot m/m/f menage story from SC Daiko.
Gabe & Luke have been together many years and have two children from a surrogate they are deeply in love and this shows throughout the whole book.
Enters their sweet and innocent Virgin Nanny Eleri, and Gabe & Luke cannot help falling for her more than just the wonderful person to watch over their sons.
Overall Their Virgin Nanny is a great read, contains some very hot sexual scenes, a few twists and the book unfolds into a beautiful love story between the three of them.

It felt like it was a mix of all her previous books all wrapped into a family oriented couple needing the soft touch of a woman to pair up with the strong planes of their male bodies. Gabe and Luke are a couple with two sons seeking a new nanny when their previous one announces that she'll be moving away. When Eleri arrives, she's the perfect fit for their sons and their duo.

While it wasn't dark, nor was it a conventional relationship - this trio stars off with a contract to set limits as the men teach Eleri everything there is to know about sexual relations and the pleasure to be gained, i really did enjoy this book. I loved how the shy girl slowly learns to get out of her shell with theh help of the two men who had to learn to open their hearts when they least expect it. It's a story that tells of the joys and the personal questioning of a polyamorous relationship - something that SC Daiko does very well. I can't wait to read this author's next adventure since i know it'sll be something more than worth it.

All through the book, sparks flew and it is definitely one hot read. This book is strong. The protagonists will make you fall in love them.
This book will hold your attention from the very start. Streamy , hot , taboo , romantic - these are the words I will use to describe the book. It is definitely triple the fun!

Fan me down, that was one hot panty dripping read! Couldn't ask for more from a book; a story that grabbed my imagination, hot MMF scenes and believable characters that were all equally loveable. SC Daiko has taken a popular subject in a very crowded genre and added her own magical touch. Gabe, Luke's and Eleri's story will touch your heart and raise your body temperature a few notches - definitely worthy of five stars!

In this book we meet Luke Addison, Viscount Gabriel (Gabe) Aldridge, and Eleri Thomas. Gabe and Luke are in a committed relationship with 2 small boys both of them work and when their current nanny needs to be replaced because she is getting married they must look for someone new. Gabe and Luke are also bi-sexual men who occasionally see women however it is a one and done type of thing and never with their nanny. So when they meet Eleri they know they could be in trouble. Both are attracted to her but would never do anything to hurt their current relationship. Can they have it all or will they loose everything do to their attraction to one girl?
Eleri has been working as a nanny for quite some time but when her current employer is moving away she has to look for something new. She agrees to interview with the men and take it on a trial bases. Her problem is she is attracted to them both and hearing them talk about her well that makes it harder to not tell them.
