A man hell bent on helping save women & a woman hell bent on proving he is a monster collide in this kinky, fun & endearing tale. Mr. Crow writes with his dirty, sexy, dark imagination like no other & this is another brilliant example of his amazing writing talent. It is a story about learning to embrace the pain of your past so that it does choke the life out of you in the present. Using that old pain & turning into pleasure can help to heal old wounds. Learning to trust all over again does not negate the pain it helps to build a stronger future. Mr. Crow uses his compassion for life to tell a tale that is both haunting & freeing. To all the woman before, please know you are not alone & that healing is possible.

It’s always really exciting to get to read the latest James Crow book and One Filthy Man certainly lived up to its reputation and did not disappoint. I devoured this book in one sitting as I couldn’t put it down. It has all the trademark features I’ve come to love about this author, a hot sexy as hell charismatic lead male in the gorgeous Sebastian Kraken, plenty of filthy imaginative erotica, vivid descriptions that perfectly conjure up the scenes, I felt as if I was in Kraken Mansion! An undercurrent of a serious issue which the author has obviously done research on. A fantastic mix of female characters from the feisty, smart and witty heroine Rann and her drop dead gorgeous side kick Tilly. James Crow actually used real people from his reader group to base the characters on which was a inspirational idea. Dawny, Lindsay, Jess, Isabelle & the fascinating Nurse Elaine to name but a few. There was humour, tragedy, great sex, retribution and a clever twist at the end, what more could one ask for in a book. In Sebastian’s words ‘Let’s not forget the torment to appreciate the good we have’. A well deserved 5 stars from me

He has the name of a monster but Sebastian Kraken is anything but..He's filthy,yes..He's dirty,yes..but he's also the saviour to all the girls that live in his mansion behind the high brick wall and omg you want to live there too..This book is filled to the brim with scorching sex scenes,angst,excitement and a hearty punch to your emotions..James Crow knows what he's doing when he writes and this is one of his best books yet he has once again shown just what a dark and twisted genius he is..Five filthy stars for One Filthy Man

I can only give this 5 stars but it's worthy of so much more!
Once I heard about James Crow writing another book the anticipation alone had me on the edge of my seat, his work is phenomenal each book has been so different but each one has blown me away and One Filthy Man did not disappoint!

Holy smokes! Sebastian is the son of a predator and Rann is an undercover agent sent into his cult like establishment to put him away where he belongs. Sebastian sees her coming and he has a plan. The author James crow has outdone himself again. This book is HOT HOT HOT!!! The sex scenes are kinky and raunchy and raw. I won't give a lot away but the storyline and the end game just wow I wish my stepfather was still alive I would love for him to meet Sebastian. I just want to thank the author for the wonderful ending for Rann and for all the kinkiness in his story. Sir you are one filthy man!!!!!

I was hooked on this book from page one. James Crow is an amazingly talented author and hasn't disappointed me with any of his work. You love his storylines and lust for the sex scenes he writes. He will continue to be one of my favorite one-click authors.

Well, what can I say about James Crow's latest? That it's dark, sexy and has a lot of extreme eye opening scenes. Yes, to all that and more! Rhiannon is sent to investigate the country estate of Sebastian Kraken. She'll have to rely on her skills in order to be able to find what it is that she believes he is hiding. James has given us a little something different to read without forgetting to include what he's known for 😉. Well done!

If you want to read pure smut then this is it. The ever elusive Mr James Crow has smut down to a fine art. This book has so much kinky sex and some of the most kinkiest sex acts going around that you will be blushing or gushing while reading it.
With the exception of all the sex scenes there is a fabulous storyline which makes for a titalating read.

Life isn’t all it seems at the mysterious mansion where Rann is sent undercover to investigate its owner, the equally mysterious Sebastian Kraken. James Crow has a special way with words and there’s no doubt about it, One Filthy Man is a fitting title. There is more to Sebastian than meets the eye though. This memorable story had me flicking through the pages with speed as my mind was captured by the wicked, dirty and sometimes deep and dark, emotional heart-breaking plot. Clues are expertly placed allowing the reader to try and crack the mystery but in true James Crow style , the twists will leave you speechless! Five well deserved stars for this phenomenal story!

I absolutely loved this book, I am a huge fan of this author and it always excites me to see a new book. This book definelty did not dissapoint, it's filthy, sexy and interesting but it was so much more. At times it was humorous and it was emotional, heart warming and original. I loved this book from start to finish and I really enjoyed seeing the relationship between Rann and Sebastian develop and grow. The characters in this book are brilliant and I also have got to say it is extra cool that some of the charcaters are based from people in James's reader group, it really adds to the fun of this story. If you a fan of James Crow you are going to love this book but even if you are new to this author I would highly reccomend giving this book a read.

One Amazingly HAF Book
If you are looking for just a filth filled book full of sexual debauchery then you have sorely underestimated James Crow. This book is more than steamy sex scenes, but there are plenty to be had, it is a gripping story filled with mystery and intrigue.
Just when you think you know what's going on and you know what's coming next you get thrown for a loop. The saying that you can't judge a book by it's cover is never more prevalent than with One Filthy Man. And even though Sebastian Kraken is quite filthy he is so much more than that. Seb is beautifully complicated and complex man hell bent on protecting women, he will have your heart swooning and your panties dripping. The main female character, Rann, is a stong, sassy, take no bs type of woman determined to prove Sebastian to be a monster in disguise. There are so many characters to love in this book, like Tilly (my new favorite book bestie) and each one is different and full of life. Honestly I started reading this book expecting one thing, but I got so much more.
I will say one thing, this is one HAF read that will have loving every minute of it and have you wanting more. James Crow proves that he is more than just the king of kink, he is a master of mystery and an amazing story teller. One Filthy Man is a definite must read book of 2018. #2018MustRead

One Filthy Man certainly lives up to the title of this book....
Sebastian Kraken is a man you should run away from screaming except you end up falling in love with him.
Rann is sent in to investigate Seb and everything that goes on in his mansion but things don't turn out as she expects them too.
100% worthy of the 5 Stars I've given it's full of twists, turns, heartbreak, secrets and pure erotic filth but at the end of the day this is James Crow so what do you expect.

I'm not going to bother giving this one a rating. So far, the people that have chosen to read it seem to be loving it so I'm not sure whether it's a "It's me not you" or if the book really was just a lot of kinked up sex with a super thin plot. I gave this author a chance with with Six because Jade West endorsed him and I love her writing but this one was (for me) a little ridiculous and ambling though to be fair at least it did revolve around a serious subject in society for so many women - but who can say whether it was for the sensationalism or really heartfelt on the part of the writer?
Screw it, I'll give it two stars. One for bringing up a relevant topic and one for sitting down to put pen to paper and have the balls to release something into the world. Past that I really don't know how I feel about it.

Okay so here's the thing about James and why I keep coming back to read his work. His books always have a major steam factor to them, but to me, it's never just gratuitously thrown in like a lot of writers tend to do. I appreciate that there's always STORY to his words and not just sex for no reason. I also like to see how he grows with each passing book. Now back to the story. Yes; Sebastian is one filthy man, but what he does isn't just for kicks. He takes care of his girls (at least that's how I see it) and because of that, I can't give this book any less than the five stars it deserves.

Despite me loving all the kink and panty melting moments, I also loved the story line, it was dark,intense and at times unpredictable.
James manages to take you on an enticing journey, while throwing in some unexpected twists and turns that I never seen coming....
An amazing storyline that highlights some real life issues, you won’t be able to put this book down.

The title does not really tell the story of this man.
The story that unfolds is a wonderful piece of writers craftman ship.
The way he inter twines 2 , 3, 4 stories into one wonderful tail.
I can highly recommend this book and all the others of James.

I've loved James Crow and his filthy mind ever since I read his debut novel, Six. Each subsequent book of his has been better than the last and this is no exception. I love the story of Rhiannon and Sebastian. From the mystery to the filth, James touches on every emotion. This book has deliciously filthy sex scenes, mystery and intrigue, suspense; something for everyone to enjoy! Well done, once again, King Filth!

This is my first book by James Crow and to say that I was not only INCREDIBLY impressed but completely BLOWN AWAY is an understatement. It's not often I am caught off guard but I LOVED this story, especially once it became apparent that I was in for a whole lot more than just an erotic romance. With a dark and mysterious tone, Crow captures the reader's attention (and certainly my own) almost from the first pages. One lesson I've learned over the years rings true with One Filthy Man - don't judge a book by its cover. In fact, just absorbing this book took me a week to gather my thoughts to write the review.
What follows is a masterfully written tale that takes the reader on a shockingly erotic, taboo, and intensely riveting adventure that's balanced by the dual pov of the main characters Sebastian and Rhiannon. Each have their own demons and tragic pasts but what I found not only endearing and heart wrenching was their struggle to survive and move on past severe trauma. Two broken people who find so much more than sexual exploration . . .
Crow's ability to draw the reader in while slowly building the tension and desire is absolutely brilliant. It soon becomes apparent to the female lead Rann that there's so much more to Sebastian and his compound that she first thought. He might just be her biggest story yet - but it's so different than what she ever could have imagined. Seb - what an alpha male and dark dom! So delicious, twisted, and sexually charged that he leapt off the pages and I was caught up in his tangled web of secrets and debauchery.
No spoilers but this book was one HOT af read with some scorching and intense scenes while set against the backdrop of a great story. Not just erotica but so much more. Well-written and with some great tension and word building, this novel packs a hell of a punch. I have to admit that the final 1/3 of the book hit me so hard and was so emotionally well done and heart breaking that I cried several times and had to take breaks in order to finish. That's a testament to amazing writing and an author who is willing to take you far down that dark hole, only to bring you full circle, leaving you gasping and STUNNED with how expertly the story has been told.
I LOVED One Filthy Man. This may be my first read of James Crow but it won't be my last. An excellent dark and erotic contemporary romance that you won't want to miss! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This has to be one of the strangest books I've ever read. That isn't a bad thing, just wasn't at all what I was expecting. (It should be noted it was my first James Crow book.)
I'm not really sure how to review this story because... see above. So I'll just say it was well written with unique characters, very erotic, with a solid plot. It touched on the important subject of human trafficking and abuse; however, my one complaint was

WOW!! This book is not what it seems - or maybe it is!! I assumed from the title this book would have sexy scenes in it, but what I wasn’t prepared for was all the emotional upheaval I would feel while reading it! This book is ultimately about Rann & Sebastian, but every single girl mentioned in this book had to live her own truth at some point. Knowing that there are so many women makes you feel for each and every one of them. Of course you really aren’t aware of that at first!! As the story progresses and truths are told, you can’t help but get drawn in to the book deeper! So much so, I at one point could no longer put the book down and had to finish reading it! I am now a huge fan of this author’s work and highly recommend this book!! Definitely a must read!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my latest read from author James Crow and as always he delivered in spades..
The "King of Kink" is back with another cleverly crafted multi layered story..This was a little different from his previous books and l loved how he touched on the edges of the dark and seedy world that unfortunately exists in these times..
Sebastian has us guessing from the very first mention of his character as to whether he is, the same rotten apple that has fallen from the "family tree of horror" or if he is a man who possesses genuine qualities. Rann who is an investigator or sorts is tasked with finding out what exactly goes on in Kraken manor behind the high walled compound and state of the art security system.
These characters keep you guessing and questioning every new addition that comes across the page.
We are introduced to a stellar cast of characters who are actual members of James readers group and each and everyone of them have a tale to tell. They are intrical in bringing out the truth and what we think we know about Sebastian only to be hit with some twists that have you sitting up and shaking your head..
As always the vivid imagination that is James Crow knows no bounds and his filthy fuckery is served in buckets giving us another hot AF read. And of course we cant forget Sebastian beloved dog "Rudy", the ugly as sin little mutt with a face that really only a parent can love, who too makes a few appearances through out this book..

What??????
I really like James Crow's other books but I just thought this was ridiculous . Rann ended up pathetic , I thought she was supposed to be some kick ass undercover agent. How could she even look at Seb when he was the one who put her in a lot of harrowing ,disgusting places in the first place. I just didn't think the story matched up to who she was supposed to be , I was shouting WTF where's your backbone and brain half the time at my kindle , purely ridiculous, not enamoured with this book at all sorry.
