LOVED the majority of this book, definitely a must read, the biggest part I don’t agree with is the emulating of another person and wanting to be someone else so much that you take the time to mimic them down to the way they move. I believe it’s more beneficial for a person to learn more about and focus on improving themselves and building themselves up to the person they want to be themselves, not to the person someone else is. Other than those parts which are few, I enjoyed most parts of this book! Very helpful, supportive, reinforcing, educational, and informative. Thanks for writing it!!!

I know a lot of people really liked this book but It just didn’t resonate with me much. I learned a few good tricks or ideas, but to me it read like this “ you’re depressed, think happy thoughts”. It like a doctors telling an overweight patient that they need to loose weight by eating healthier and exercising. The patient knows but it is easier said than done.
