Who is Isabel? Who is Bliss? Who is Beth? What is Bliss to Bart & Pops? Where are they on this particular day and what day is it? When it hits Bart, Bliss also remembers and they forgive him. What are they forgiving him for? Who is Dr. Diaz? I was a bit floored when I read some of her history. Wow. Finding out more about Beth's family completely threw me for a loop. Especially who her uncles, cousins, and grandfather were/are. I really hated Michael and Vinnie. When you read this book, you will understand why. I cannot wait for the next book in this series. I could not help but to smile by the time this book ended.

When you read a book that has you wanting to strangle not one but both lead characters, you know that the author has done their job right. The trouble with Caster, known as "Pops" and Beth is that neither of them know how to open their mouths and speak their truths, to open up and tell the other what is on their minds, what is in their past that has them acting and re-acting the way that the are acting. Secrets...yep, that's what is standing in their way of finding their true happiness. What isn't suffering is the chemistry and heat that they share between the sheets. What neither of them know is that the other is in love with them, but again, no one seems to know how to talk; which isn't a good thing when one of those people is a therapist!

Beth's past, has found her and wants her to return home. Threats are made on the lives of her friends if she does not return home by the weekend, and having just been with Caster and treating his daughter, having become close to the young woman, she fears for all of their safety and agrees to return home. Pops knows something is going on and when he see's her office and shows up to her home only to have her point a gun at him, he knows for sure that something isn't right. It takes a while to get the answers he needs, but when tragedy strikes his club, he is finally able to track her down. Surprises abound in this story and they are just beginning.

Well written story that has so many twists and turns that you feel like you are on a twisting country road traveling 100 miles per hour. The characters are well written and quite well developed and very likable. We also get to visit with Bart and Bliss and see how their relationship is developing.

Great read and I highly recommend this book, this series. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

OMG what a fabulous book 2 to the series. The author has done an amazing job in so many ways with Pop’s story. Not only to we get to reconnect with the all the characters from book 1 (well all the good guys that is), we get more of Pop’s personal backstory as well as the backstory to the MC itself. The storyline will keep you flipping pages til you get to the very end with all the unexpected twist and turns. Kudo’s Mimi for a job well done.

This of course is Pop’s story. Pop is the Prez of the Hades Rejects MC. He takes one look at Dr. Beth and he’s a goner. Beth is sassy, sexy, stubborn and exactly what Pop’s wants. He would claim her on the spot if she’d only have him. Beth is Bliss’s psychiatrist. She meets Castor “Pops” in a family session. To say she’s attracted to the handsome, rugged, man would be an understatement but she refuses to get involved with a biker. Events from her past lets her know if she were to get involved she would become his property to do with what he wants, and that is not something she is willing to become, no matter how badly she is attracted to Pops.

When events involving Beth put her in danger, Pops is determined to save her. But as he learns things about Beth, are her dangers real or has she been lying to him. This is a very well written, exciting, romantic and suspenseful book that I highly recommend. While book 1, Bart, is not a have to read before Pops, I would strongly suggest you read it first, as the characters and their stories do overlap. This reader is anxiously awaiting book 3 in the series. I give Pop’s 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars for both Pop’s and the Hades Reject MC series.

Bikers, the mob, and a therapist?!? It sounds like a bad joke, but it’s actually a fabulous book! POPS is an MC romance filled with lots of action and heat. I was unable to put it down and read it in one sitting.

The writing was outstanding! The plot was interesting and fast-paced; everything flowed beautifully. Being MC, it did get a bit graphic and violent for my taste, but despite that, I loved every page!

Beth has got to be one of the most independent, mule-headed heroines I have ever read. Pops threatened to spank her more than once, and with good reason! That being said, I loved how sweet and caring she was with Bliss.

Pops was your stereotypical biker. He’s president of his MC, former military, and as tough as nails. Except when it came to Beth or Bliss; then he was a softy.

POPS is my second book by Screaming Mimi and the second book in the Hades Rejects series. It could easily be read as a standalone, but I would encourage everyone to read BART (book one) first because the characters were so important to this second book. I really hope that the next book in the series will be Jesse’s story, as so much has been left unanswered.

Still needs some editing. And Beth needed to use her counseling advice on herself BUT I love the characters and the story! Excellent. Didn't see that stop at the bar/restaurant coming!

Don’t go to this therapist!

Pops is your typical alpha biker with a soft heart. Beth is his daughter’s therapist. Beth has a secret but she spends her time running, and making assumptions about people Constantly. I got frustrated with the immaturity level f this woman when she was providing counseling to others. I enjoyed Pops and some of the other characters.
