A second chance at love like no other.
When Sangre, the tatted and built officer of the Night Rebels MC, agrees to be the bodyguard of Isla Rose, he has no idea what he's in for. It's just an ordinary gig: A bodyguard for a temperamental, difficult, diva who thinks a fan is out to get her.

Okay so there’s a long ranting review coming up, you have been warned. If you don’t want to listen to me rant (and who would?) I’ve given a short review as well.
Short review.
So much potential but so frustrating. Main characters act like twelve year olds a lot of the time.
On the plus side we’re given so many suspects it’s hard to pick out the villain. The problem was these characters were so OTT they were unbelievable. As a result we know it can’t be any of them. I will point out I’m writing this part at 70% (I had to get this off my chest) so I don’t know who the villain is.
Long (ranting) review.
I’ve been wanting to read this series for a while. I downloaded the first book Steel from KU but before starting I checked the reviews. They were mixed so I moved to the next one and so on until I reached this. The reviews for this are so good I decided to start.
This book had a lot of potential but..
I’m not sure where to start with this. I hated all the thoughts we get it made the characters seem even more childish. And trust me when I say they don’t need help with this.
Bear in mind we have a ruthless one percent biker and a rock chick.
He just wants to be friends. I think I liked it better when he didn’t know who I was and was hitting on me. Now he just sees me the way he used to for all those years. A buddy.
Embarrassment strangled her, and she hid her face behind her hands. I hope he doesn’t remember about the letter. He didn’t act funny or anything. I can’t make a fool of myself again. I’m older, more mature now. But why did she feel like she was fifteen and back in high school secretly crushing on her best friend?
I’m acting like a damn pussy. She’s dated this asshole for a while. Why shouldn’t he be with her? Why the fuck does it piss me off so much that he is? Grrr! He pounded his fist on his handlebars...
Grrr is right. Seriously grow a pair. They were like two twelve year olds and I feel I’m being unfair to twelve year olds when I say that.
And don’t get me started on Isla and Benz.
This book has loads of great reviews so maybe it’s just me.

Sangre was the sixth book in Chiah Wilder’s Night Rebels MC series.
Sangre owned Precision Security, an MC company. He was hired as a body guard for Isla Rose, a lead singer for a popular up and coming band Iris Blue, while they were recording and performing local shows in Alina. She had a crazy fan threatening her and the threats were escalating. Simultaneously, a serial killer was loose and the town was so small that all lives intersected.
Sangre and Isla has chemistry immediately, even though he thought she might be making the threats up for PR. Although we learned quickly they had a history as children so the friendship took off alongside the suspenseful plot.
I loved the suspense. Wilder built up several plausible possibilities that kept me intrigued and rapidly reading. I wasn’t a fan of Sangre and Isla’s push and pull - it went on for way too long; however, the mystery murders kept me interested.
In the end, it was well written, well developed, entertaining and enjoyable. I’m not sure the direction Wilder will take us next but there are still so many possibilities that show promise!

The continuing saga of the Night Rebels MC. Great story, and I love the plot line, and romance of it. It has intrigue,and real feelings between the characters.
The y come together as a business deal, but find out that they knew each other in a another lifetime.
Slowly they start to over come past demons and start to come together as a couple.they have to first figure out who is killing people from their school year.
They finally make it and are together. They found true love that can over come anything.

Loved Isla and Sangre
Great story filled with a ton of suspense, steamy sexy time, and a killer on the loose. I found the banter between the brothers hysterical, especially how they annoyed Sangre to no end. There aren’t too many female leads who I like, but Isla was very cool.
The twists and turns leading to the who-done-it were written so well that I was shocked when the killer was revealed. Amazing job by Chiah Wilder ~ highly recommend this one.

Enter Isla - an up and coming rock star who is in need of protection since she's been getting threatening fan mail. She hires Sangre's security firm to provide protection, and Sangre isn't sure this is his forte since he doesn't know how much of a diva she is. We find out both have undergone a reinvention of their high school selfs, their new names giving them power and confidence, yet revealing their former teenage counterparts and the awkwardness they both felt back then. Sangre is a story of second chances and redemption and true love. Of course in true Chiah fashion, the twists and turns will leave you guessing throughout the book - Chiah is a mistress of suspense! Wow! “Sangre” is incredible. I love MC romances but Chiah Wilder has once again surpassed my expectations. No words can do justice to the way this book makes me feel. Sangre is a member of the Night Rebels and also the owner of a security company. His new contract is protecting Isla Rose a rock singer from a stalker. Isla formerly Jordan is back in town to recuperate from a melt-down and rest but she is getting threatening letters from a crazy fan. There is also a serial killer loose in the area to complicate the situation. Isla and Sangre are former friends from high school and when they meet the attraction between them is still scorching hot. “Sangre” a well-written, emotional and captivating story has a great mix of mystery, danger, suspense, intrigue, tragedy, explosive chemistry and as always love One-click this amazing mystery from the Queen of MC romance. You won't be sorry.

Sangre is the treasurer for the Night Rebels motorcycle club. He just led a security business with some of his brothers. He never keeps a woman longer than six months until he meets Isla. Isla is the singer in a band that is quickly becoming famous. She was originally from Alina but moved away during high school. She started receiving threatening letters and hires Sangre’s company. He thinks she looks familiar but thinks she’s just looking for attention. Until he hears her sing and he is mesmerized. Isla has always loved Sangre since she was a little girl. With someone killing former high school students of Isla’s and Sangre’s, the cops have no idea and Sangre will do anything to keep her safe.
Awesome story. With bikers and rockstars. A stalker and an ending that will leave you shocked. I love Ms Wilder’s books and can’t wait for the next one.

Sangre has been around throughout the series and makes for a great H in Chiah Wilder’s latest release. Murders, a stalker, a volatile boyfriend and a bitch from the past all make for a page turning read that is five stars all the way. There were a few times I wanted to punch Army so I obviously got pulled into the story and the underlying thread of her continued anxiety tickled my interest.
Good flow, interesting storyline, suspense and several interesting secondary characters kept me engaged.

A little boring
Not the best book in the series I found this a bit boring other than the attraction between Sangre and Isla there is not a whole lot happening. These two were best friends for years until she was dragged away by her father each thought the other had forgotten about them. They meet up again by accident and find the same feelings are still there she is part of a band and is receiving threatening letters he runs a security company that is charged with her care. There is a crazy guy killing women that were in her high school and who always had the main roles in school plays and musicals he is targeting Isla. As her and Sangre's relationship develops into love the killer managed to get to her but she is saved by Sangre. Really not a lot other than this happens nothing much in the background so a little boring.

I love this story about Isla Rose and Sangre, they were best friends until she left town, Sangre thought she didn't have feelings for she never said goodbye, she wrote him a letter but never got it. Anyways, she's in a rock band and returns home and starts a relationship with Sangre who's in the Night Rebels MC. he is hired by her to be her bodyguard, for she's been getting threating letters. In the mean time 4 ladies that where in the same class as Isla have been murdered, so they are trying to find out who is murdering these lady's and threatening Isla, to find out you need to read the book for I dislike spoilers. I've read this whole series and Chiah doesn't disappoint in this book for theirs a lot of hot alpha bikers and hot sex too between this couple.

I hate when I finish the last book in a series, but that time has come again. Sangre was yet another brilliant book by this author. He agreed to bodyguard the singer to an up & coming band Isla Rose. She's been getting threatening letters which have really spooked her. The band are in her home town of Alina, it's also where the Night Rebels are based. Bodyguarding is one of the businesses they run. When Sangre goes to watch them play the day before they have a meet he feels there's something familiar about her. Some women Isla knew from school are getting killed, is it just a coincidence, the local sheriff dosn't think so. This is an excellent MC Romance, but also a murder mystery

Oh my gosh, this book is so amazing!!! I'll be totally honest, I've read all the Night Rebels MC books and like them, but never as much as I like the Insurgents MC books...this one I liked as well. Sangre is yummy and his connection with Isla is so precious...love that they were friends before and didn't even realize it when they met again. This book is full of Chiah Wilder greatness...an excellent couple, totally sexy and an amazing mystery that I'll admit surprised me. Great job Ms. Wilder, love your books and this one was a definite treat to read. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This is the sixth book in this awesome series, and is Sangre and Isla Rose’s story. Sangre and Isla knew each other while at school, and when she disappears with her family one day, he is left behind heartbroken. Now years later, Sangre’s company is hired to act as bodyguards for Isla who has acquired a stalker. The chemistry is intense between them, but will they finally get the answers they seek? No spoilers; this is a definite must read for all lovers of second chances. This is a wonderfully written story which had me intrigued and captivated throughout. I look forward to reading more of this authors’ work.

Wow fantastic
Well I know to never try to guess the out come of a book, as I was totally wrong with this one.
Absolutely brilliant, I was into this book right from the get go, watching everything play out in my head, until I had read the last word.
Surprised await you with in the chapters of this book Along with a few twists and turns, I never got anything right that I thought was going to happen.
It is a fantastic book one I would highly recommend to any and all MC fans, totally worth the rating I have given but personally I think it deserves at least double the stars.

Great story, wonderful characters! This is Sangre and Isla's story. They are best friends from childhood.
Chiah Wilder has me hooked on her sexy badass bikers and their kickass ladies. The hot sexy bits will keep you up reading late into the night while the twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat. Who is the evil stalking Isla and the girls from her high school class? And why? I found so many suspects. These books are standalone but I feel you will enjoy them more by reading them in the order written. Thank you Chiah for sharing your incredible characters with us.

I loved this new edition to the Night Rebels Series. Sangre runs a security business and his new client Isla is a rock star that fears she may have a stalker and needs protection while she is recording her new album. There is an attraction and a familiarity from the very beginning for them. This book has a little of something for everyone mc, rocker, second chance romance, mystery, and suspense with twists and turns in the plot that keep you turning the page. I love all Chiah’s books cannot wait for the next…

GREAT MYSTERY!
This was a good mystery, love story, and MC story all in one! I loved that the antagonist wasn’t revealed until very close to the end and he wasn't someone even on my radar. I had many other suspects including a woman!

This was a good mystery, love story, and MC story all in one! I loved that the antagonist wasn’t revealed until very close to the end and he wasn't someone even on my radar. I had many other suspects including a woman!

Hot hothot
Chiah Wilder done it again. I absolutely love her books and have read them all sense Hawks property. Sangre always thought he wouldn't find love but he did in his childhood crush and friend Jordan aka Isla rose now. She mad the alpha bikers feel things he hasn't before. Isla has a stalker and he protects her and helps her deal with stress she's going through in the end she quits her band and comes back to Alina to be his forever. This is a must read I couldn't put it down. But what's not to love about alpha male bikers.

I am usually not a huge fan of second chance romance themes but this book was amazingly written and you can't help but get pulled into Isla and Sangre's love story. They were high school best friends who lost touch. I don't want to spoil the book but Isla comes back to town and when she and Sangre meet again you can tell how much they care for each other. Chiah Wilder always gives us the romance but also the suspense and intrigue that we are looking for. This is another amazing read from Chiah Wilder. I can't wait for more.

I think this is my favorite book to date (that I’ve read, I still have a few others to read) by Chiah Wilder. To me, this was as much a second chance story as it was an MC or rocker story.
I really loved that even before Sangre and Isla realized who they each had been in “another life” they were feeling the attraction. And I especially loved that there were some HUGE twists in this story that I didn’t see coming!

Loved this book. Sangre and Isla, old friends who reconnect.
She's a singer with a stalker problem, he's in the sercurity business. A great read with romance, mystery, and hot times.
Chia his one of my favorite writers. I love her Insurgent series and it was nice to see the guys pop up here. If you haven't read it yet, do it.
I cannot wait for next book. I hope it's Army.

Inspiring read
Alway enjoy revisiting the MC'S and Brothers from bothclubs. I love how they are twisted together. Isla & Sangre are getting a second chance at love. As always Chiah twists & turns as to the who done it leaves you guessing. This one was a big twist. As usual the sex scenes are smoldering. The story was captivating, emotional, full of mystery & suspense. Another great story down and looking forward to more hot MC biker action from Chiah. Thanks

This 6th novel in the Night Rebels MC series is just as sizzling as the first 5. Sangre and Isla Rose together are TNT. Chiah's writing brings out the characters' love and passion for one another. You want to punch Benz every chance you get! He's such a dillweed! Chiah writes great suspense novels. I was really surprised at who it wound up being! She threw a major curve ball on that one! I can't wait see what she has for us next.

Absolutely loved this story. Sangre is the male lead character he is the treasure of the Night Rebels MC, he is all about respect, brotherhood and he is scared of relationships. Ilsa is the female lead, she is a musician, beautiful and in danger. Sangre's security company is going to be the one guarding Isla while she is in town. Sangre and Isla are attracted to eachother from the beginning. I enjoyed this story, I liked both characters. Happy Reading!!!!

Even though I love Steel, this was my favorite book of the series. It's fast paced, sexy and action packed. Isla was his childhood best friend who he fell in love with back then. She left unexpectedly because of her a$s hole father and wrote a letter to Sangre, but he never received it. Years later they meet because of a security job and their happily ever after began
