I’m a former journalist turned full-time author who began writing at an early age. Growing up on science fiction, horror and action movies more than cartoons, where the stuff of my dreams (or nightmares) quickly evolved into the short stories I shared with classmates. Well, nothing much has really changed since, except nowadays I write for your enjoyment and reading pleasure.

I published my first YA dystopian trilogy The Mind Breaker in 2016, and I’m currently working on a new series. I mostly write science fiction with plenty of action and adventure, but appreciate any good stories with lots of unexpected twists and turns.

I am absolutely loving this series. Superb read. Well written with a great plot and characters. I was engrossed from start to finish. More fighting and death. They really can't catch a break! They need to forge alliances. Kora and Wreck need an army to destroy Gabriel and Settlement. Kora is starting to see the truth about Trent! She wants to be loved, be seen. She is still broken but she's trying to change. Does Kora even care about Kris, she's still using him to attain her destiny. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

The book follows right where the 2nd book ends off. Lots of action once again and character development. This book focuses more on war than individual assassinations like the previous books. Once again deals with bullying and abusive relationships. Less dark and gory than the 2nd book. Overall I really enjoyed the read and I'm even more excited to read the next book! Kora has really come a long way from the shallow naive girl she once was.

Note, like the first 2 books, this one contains sensitive topics, violence, and gore so I wouldn't suggest it for younger readers.
