Meyah wasn’t the same girl she used to be. She was becoming a woman. One who wasn’t afraid to speak up and stand her ground, refusing to go back to that girl who let the world walk all over her and break her down. Her love for Hamlet gave her strength. Meyah knew their relationship was never going to be easy. When misunderstandings and bad decisions threw them off course, they would need to fight even harder to repair the cracks which had appeared. And even then, it was never going to be perfect. But Meyah didn’t want perfect. She wanted Ham. He encouraged her to be herself, to fight for what she wanted. So when Meyah stumbled across the piece of herself which had always been missing, she couldn’t help but want to know more about this man she could finally call Dad. Huntsman was dangerous, he was deadly, and there were people out there who would do anything to bring him to his knees. And Meyah was about to find herself right in their firing line. Lines would be drawn. Loyalties would be questioned. And love was about to be tested like never before. *NOT to be read as a standalone. Must read Shake (The Club Girl Diaries Book 8) first.

This is the conclusion to meyah and Hamlet love story. There story first takes place in shake so make sure you have read that book before this one. This book is raw, it’s real, it’s emotional. It’s just everything.

So much happened in the first book, but boy I didn’t have myself prepared for all the twists and turns this book was going to have. Seriously expect the unexpected with this book.

Meyah finally meets her dad, who is the president of the exiled MC! Which you would have gathered from the blurb. Meyah mum past is revealed, the pain she has been through but the strength she has is admirable. An enemy, kid napping, violence, murder, bloodshed.

This book had it all, it will grip you through the pages and will consume you. It’s action packed and the suspense of this book will have you on the edge of your seat. It’s definitely a roller coaster ride of emotions, you don’t know what High and lows it’s going to have.

The one thing I loved is the connection and chemistry Hamlet and Meyah have. These two have a battle to overcome with all the misunderstandings and secrets between them. Will Meyah be able to forgive Hamlet, and is their love strong enough to overcome. Their love for each other is strong and both are stubborn and fiery, either of them will go down with a fight.

Now I was super excited in this book because we meet new characters and a new chapter, and what’s better they are getting their own series. Now I’m off to read that book since it came out recently.

I swear this author just keeps getting better and better as she releases a book, I can’t wait for Ripley book! If you haven’t read the club diaries series yet then you need to, your seriously missing out on some epic shit. This series will grip you, consume you, intrigue you, they are raw, gritty, emotional, have loads of dark themes, violence, killing, murder and so much more.

Part of a Series?: Yes
----------------------------------
Meeting the Characters
Meyah
Ham
Huntsman
Carly
Romeo
----------------------------------
What happens?
Meyah still believes Ham betrayed her so when she returns for a weekend for her cousin's birthday she is scared about seeing Ham for the first time since then and gets upset when she finds out the club hid him going to prison for something he didn't do.
She also meets her father kind of by accident, and has to navigate that touchy relationship while trying to decide to let Ham back into her heart.
Final thoughts
This was great. She was sassy and she stood up for herself. She has a good right hook, I must admit she was quite violent but it was needed. Its a shame this series has ended.

[1.5 stars] did not like meyah in the 1st book, and still don't really like her in this book. her character just rubs me the wrong way. i think maybe its too "early" in the series to write on ham & meyah.

and is "meyah" pronounce as "mia" or "miya"? just a little curious.

As drama filled and crazy as things were in the prior book, this one was more so! I was glad that things between Ham and Meyah were settled fairly quickly. Both of them were right and both were wrong in what they did, but they were able to talk things through and get to a point where they were good.

I found it interesting how Meyah met her dad and how much she stood up for him. He really wasn't sure what they hell happened most of the times with the interactions between them and Meyah wasn't playing around, she let him know in no uncertain terms what her thoughts were.

I liked how things happened towards the end, liked that both clubs had to work together to make sure that Meyah was safe and that that old enemy was finally dealt with.

I really liked the change that Ham and Meyah made at the end, it was perfect for them and the club!

I have wanted Meyah and Shakes together since they were mention in Hadley's book they are that one couple that your rooting for, and if they don't end up together your going to send your Kindle falling after the ending of shakes my kindle come close to flying but now I'm glad I didn't throw it. Addison Jane knock it out of the park again with the conclusion of Shakes and Meyah story. Addison has quickly become one of my favorite authors she pours so many emotions into her books. That at times you don't know if you want to cry or punch someone in the face.  Love it and can't wait to see what she gives us next.

Redemption for Addison Jane!!!

First off in Shake book 8 I wanted to throw my kindle and was cussing out this author. Now though OMG redemption for Addison Jane for this installment. Girl I flove you!!!
Meyah and Ham are just amazing together. When previous book ended in a cliffy and didn't know what was going to happen left me breathless. I
This book right here put me through a gauntlet of epic proportions of feelings. I still felt like throwing my kindle but for entirely different reasons. This book had me jumping for joy, had me bawling like a baby and I mean ugly snot crying it wasn't pretty at all, had me cheering, and then lastly had me in awe.....let me tell you when an author can wring that many emotions out of a reader she did her job freaking brilliantly and Addison did just that!! The world she creates for us readers is just amazing.
This book had twists, revelations, hot AF sex, sexy alpha bikers "sigh" I want one, to one of feistiest female characters to date! I don't want this series to ever end. Sadly I know it will someday let's just hope not today.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this world and words for us readers to get caught up, drawn in, and swept in.
Thanks Jamie Nibarger Ellis

Amazing conclusion for Ham and Meyah!!! I loved this book. There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about it. The choice the action and the storyline was great. I’m so glad they got their happy endings!!! My hear hurt for Carly!! I wasn’t expecting that twist but I understand her now. Also I love that we got to hear a lot of back story from Romeo. I hope he has a story in the near future!! Maybe Ripley too. I love how loyal Meyeh was and stood up to Huntsman. Great read cannot wait for what’s next.

Ham and Meyah.
The conclusion.
Lines would be drawn.
Loyalties would be questioned.
And love was about to be tested like never before.

Oh it was wonderful. Seeing Meyah getting her life together, seeing her happy, with friends, with family and with love.

Then there was the drama and the angst....Omg the angst. It was combustible.....and it blew!

I'm sad this series is finished. I loved everyone of these characters. They feel like a part of my family.

I met Meyah as a little girl and watched her grow into a strong woman. I have to say there was a time or two that I wanted to shake her, but she did grow up and the immature foolishness stopped. Ham had been through such heartache that it made my soul sing when he found his girl and creates such an amazing life with her.

I highly recommend this series. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hamlet and Meyah - basically a continuation from the previous book. Was an interesting story - got to know "another" Meyah - a stronger - take no bullshit kind of gal - like her a lot more! Also got to know Huntsman - her father and president of an MC in Vegas. Lots of drama which made for a good story line. Finally got more of the story concerning her mother Carly and Huntsman and another player from Vegas - sad story attached to it. Have more respect and understanding of Carly now.

Lord have mercy I was not prepared for the greatness.

Secrets, lies and untold truths. The conclusion to their story. It was a fucking rollercoaster let me tell you.

I love this series hard. I love the original concept with Addison's unique stamp. It's a pleasure to read an MC series where the women are badass individuals treated equally instead of second class citizens. These stories always come with a family vibe. You get a glimpse of everyone from previous stories aswell as new characters.

Meya melted me. She is just the sweetest but don't be fooled just because she young. That girl finds her lady balls and stands up for what she believes in. She has tremendous character growth through the two stories. Not only do we see her grow into herself finding independence.. we also get to see her learn her place in that crazy world. She wasn't perfect, she made her mistakes but also owned her actions and stepped upto the plate. Dealing with the amount of crazy she had to take on I think she played it exactly right.

Hamlet/Ham aka Shake. Stubborn broody alpha who was all for his Meya. Gawwwd!!!! He was the sweetest with her!, even when he did stupid shit to protect her. I loved him hard and just like Meya he had great character growth. The boy got skeletons, a past that's molded him into the man he is but he needed her soft to soothe him. I love a man who knows he's need his women and even better.. would move mountains for her.

I loved them together!. They both had to grow through the two stories and deal with their past separately aswell as together. They had a lot to overcome and even more shit thrown at them on the way. It was not an easy road but I loved their journey. It took me on one hell of a ride! I cried like a crazy lady, threw hissy fits because shit was going down and got sad more than a few times. I laughed, loved and sighed in utter contentment. I love this big crazy family and I'm so excited to see where this author goes next. Especially with all the new faces popping in.

I must give myself a high 5 because one big thing I did guess right as soon as he appeared.. I had a hunch and it was right.

I'm so freaking glad she broke their story down into two books. They needed that! It was written perfectly. The story sucked me in from the start dragging us through every emotion possible. The plot is genius and the subplots very smartly woven through giving us so much to take in without it being overwhelming. It was perfect. I cannot gush enough I loved it that hard.

I cannot wait to see what this lovely author comes out with next. I just know it will not disappoint.

I don't even know how to write this review without spoiling things. I'm going to do my best. This story is Addison's best yet. I thought Wrench and Sugar's story was great, but this is another level of epicness. The growth in this story was tremendous and so much more than that one word. Meyah had unbelievable growth in her character. She is one of my all-time favorite females in an MC story.

We pick up where Shake ended. Meyah feeling hurt and betrayed by her family, she does what her mom taught her, and runs. What she does after running is to fight. She finds herself and becomes strong as hell. Meyah may be bent, but nobody will break her.

Shake has a lot to atone for. He has to lay it all down for Meyah. He comes in fighting and staking a claim. I liked him better in this story than his own. he steps up and endures. I really liked his interaction with Huntsman. You could see how much he would fight for Meyah and the lengths he's would go for her.

Op, Leo, and the other brothers all played important role in Meyah becoming the woman she was. They gave her their strength but also hurt her. I loved how she processed forgiveness for the hurt and understanding she didn't let it break her though she took that fire they started in her and burned it brightly so no one would snuff it out.

Huntsman kicked ass. I had a big smile on my face reading his interactions with Meyah. Add Ripley and the other brothers and it had me bouncing with excitement.

Then what does Addison do but leave clues that you know, excrement will hit the oscillating unit. I was scared for what she cooked up. She gave me an explosion of feelings. I was vibrating with hate, anger, fight, and love.

I can't spoil but there is SO MUCH that comes to light in this story. Secrets that find the light of day.

Meyah's mom...what can I say. The roller coaster her and Meyah endure. It breaks your heart as a mom but also mends it. She fights for her daughter the only way a mother could. I really liked how that unfolded.

When stuff starts flying, it is nerve-wracking. I just wanted to light this imaginary world on fire. I don't want to spoil but this book hits you when you're already down and doesn't pick you up until Addison's ready for you to have a HEA. you get the HEA but she makes you work for it. this book was consuming, maddening, and a burn that hurt so good.

I have so much I want to write but then it would ruin the story, and I don't want that. At first Wrench's story was still my favorite, but Meyah... it blew any notion I didn't even have out of the water. I am a huge Addison fan, but this is her best yet.

This story closed the duet beautifully. It leaves a lot open for the future. I cannot wait to see where Addison takes us. 5 glorious pointe shoes for a story that consumed me. I recommended it already to a reading buddy. EPIC!

Not a sand-alone! Part 2 of Duet - Highly Recommend!

This is NOT a STAND-ALONE! This is the second part of the Duet featuring Meyah and Ham, aka Shake. If you have not read the previous story (and series), this story will not be complete. There are multiple reoccurring characters, scenes and material that will be missing and incomplete world building.

** If you have not read the previous (or current) stories, the following will contain spoilers **

⛔️ Contains references to, or scenes detailing, subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some, including: adult language; derogatory terms; mental health challenges; steamy adult intimate scenes with dominance, submission, restraints, spanking for pleasure and punishment, multiple partners, etc.; violence stereotypical of the genre such as kidnapping, abduction, murder, death, torture, assault, fighting, betrayal, coercion, blackmail, threats, subterfuge, rape, attempted rape, human trafficking of females and children, drug use, bullying, drug manufacturing, drug trafficking, money laundering, gun running, illegal gambling, prostitution, etc.

** Caution: Contains scenes with graphic violence against females and children. They fit into the storyline, but may be a trigger for some **

There are a few more grammatical issues throughout than in the previous story. These include incorrect word choice and tense, missing words, typos, incorrect punctuation, and extra inserted words. There is one problem with the timeline that I noticed. Ham was a prospect and patched in after about a year or so. By the timelines in the story, that would mean he would have been a part of the club for about 2 years, give or take, but towards the end, it references him being there 4 years. I am mentioning it for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow.

There are also a few scenes that I think should have been included (i.e. hospital - sorry can’t include more detail as it would provide a major spoiler). I didn’t lower the rating, but it was the same in a couple of the other stories. I didn’t mention it in my review of those, but probably should have. All of the time and emotion is spent getting to know and care about the characters, background, etc., and then when everything comes to a critical point where it could be won or lost, BAM, it skips scenes that would have added to the angst / emotion.

That being said, this story begins with some of the aftermath from “Shake” that has occurred over the past 2 months. There is not a big recap, so if readers have not completed at least the previous story, they will not have any context.

Disappointing

I didn’t like the series as a whole, they were average books good enough to pass the time. This wasn’t because of the characters or plot, it was mainly because of the writing style and bad research.

IMO The first book was the best, it was true to the series premise, the main character was a club girl and there was good insight into her live style.

I’m from México and even I know that the author used a lot of slang from New Zealand when the story is supposed to take place in Alabama. In the first book, some of this words could be explained by the fact that Kit’s dad was Australian, but Harmony used some of them and she wasn’t.

There are tons of MC romances set in Australia, I don’t see why the author didn’t set it in NZ or Australia, places with similar cultures that she could relate to. In the end I didn’t feel Alabama at all, it could’ve been anywhere.

After the first two books the rest felt like more of the same, the writing devolved, and the facts lost touch with reality.

I know romance can sometimes be overly dramatic, but a contemporary romance set in a particular context should be supported by research. Everything related to law enforcement was improvised, and dealt without much thought. This author could’ve benefited from a few episodes of CSI, criminal minds, quantico, SOA, etc. if she didn’t want to do actual research. The result was a story that read fake and unintelligent.

The problem here is one I’ve noted before, a nice and solid first book followed by mediocre works that only get worse in order to publish more and more. It’s really sad because the first book should be the standard to which the following ones adhere, and if possible rise above.

I find it completely unnecessary for this story to expand two books, I skimmed a lot in both. There was a lot happening, and it felt disorganized and, again, without thought.

It was all very disappointing, especially ‘cause the story had potential, the perspective was fresh but in the end wasted.

✯✯5 Ham Filled Stars!!!✯✯

I am SO in love with Addison Jane’s The Club Girl Diaries Series since the beginning. If you didn’t read Shake then stop reading this and finish before you pick up Meyah . This isn’t a standalone!!

We pick up a few months after we ended. Meyah has run away to college. Ham AKA Shake is in jail, covering for his brother Romeo. Meyah has no idea Ham’s in jail and he’s insisting the brothers don’t tell her anything.

Meyah is in college and she’s trying to stay on track. Meyah misses the girl and guys from the club. She desperately misses Ham. But, she refuses to go back. She also has the picture of her dad that’s burning a hole in the place she’s keeping it. Meyah has always wanted to know who her father was. Her Uncle Leo is the closest to a father she has but she still wants to know who her dad is. But, when she finds out from Romeo that Ham’s in jail that’s the first place she goes.

Ham has been in jail and the main thing on his mind is keeping Meyah safe. The minute she shows up at the jail he knows it’s time to get outta there and get Meyah back.

There’s so many things Ham wants. His biggest thing he’s wanted for years is his family back together. And, he wants Meyah to know the truth and for her to be standing next to him as his Old Lady.

When his brother tells him he’s not part of the MC world and wants to go back home he’s not too shocked. Hurt he’s not staying but understands. Romeo’s a big bad guy the top dog in the world he lives in. Ham gets approval from Optimus to go back with a few guys and his brother to figure things out. Imagine his surprise when him and Romeo find Meyah and her roommate/best friend Dakota in the bar. He wouldn’t care if the owner wasn’t trafficking women and they set their eyes on the girls.

Not too long after Ham gets Meyah back he’s held up at gun point again. This time by Huntsman. The scariest most dangerous guy that’s around. Ham realizes he wasn’t the only one they kept a secret. Turns out Huntsman is Meyah’s father and she finally found him. He also know his brother Romeo. He knows things are about to get crazy.

Holy hell!! This book or more like Ham and Meyah love story was insanely wild, crazy and beautiful.

Meyah went from being the girl with no friends who was bullied. To this strong, fierce women who never backed down to whoever or whatever was in her way. She also wasn’t afraid to admit when she was wrong.

And, Ham. He really just wanted to be the perfect, loving caring brother. He also loved his brothers and the girls from his MC. But, what he wanted most was Meyah. He wanted to be by her side, he her Old Man. Ham would give everything up for any of them. Even go up against the scariest guy known to most, Huntsman.

I’m glad Dakota and Ripley are next. Hopefully, that means Addison’s creating The Exiled Eight MC. I’m not afraid to admit I’m a very needy woman. I want more from the Brothers by Blood. But, there’s so many of them. We have the hotties from Athens. Then, there’s Kit’s charter in Troy. Now, the NEW charter in Phoenix. Plus, Huntsman club mixing into them. Yes, please yes Addison hook me up!!!

"A few months ago, I'd thought I was stronger because of the club and because I had Ham beside me, helping support me, lifting me up when I felt like I couldn't do it myself. I was wrong. I just needed time to find that strength within myself without my mom, or the club, or Ham trying to protect me or shelter me. I needed to take the time to find my own strength."

This is part two of Ham & Meyah's story and well it was everything! When this book begins Meyah and Ham are both in limbo..we watch them fight for each other and for themselves as they go on their journey to HEA. Meyah is still running from things she thought she saw months ago; things Ham has allowed her to believe in the name of protecting her. But what Ham doesn't realize is the distance that he's put between them (even with the best of intentions) has forced Meyah to change, to stand on her own two feet and become the woman she's meant to be; on her own terms. Seriously, the Meyah we meet in part two is so very different from the girl we've seen in the past instead of the timid, shy girl she has grown into this feisty strong young woman; taking no shit and ready to take on the world with Ham by her side. Because the truth is when you just know someone is "it" for you; you fight for them. And these two will definitely get you in all the feels 😍

There is so much growth, action, amazing new characters & suspense on this emotional roller coaster ride that Addison Jane is taking us on and I seriously cannot wait to see where she takes us next with this series. 💋

Oh my LAWD!!! This book was EVERYTHING!!!

It picked up where Shake left off only two months later and Meyah was in school in Arizona.

She meets Dakota when she arrives early at the dorms.

" I'm Meyah. I got picked on a lot in school. My mom's only just told me who my dad is. The guy I've been in love with for the past year basically broke me. And I'm sick of people telling me I'm too young or trying to control what I do." - Meyah to Dakota when they first meet.

Meanwhile back in Athens, Ham is still locked up and having to deal with spineless dick heads.
- These past two months, they'd been hell and honestly, I was about to lose it.- Ham

His thoughts were always on Meyah...
When You've been wanting something for so long, to finally have it in your hands and then have it suddenly taken away from you again. Yeah that was hell. - Ham

So much happens in this book and there are ups and downs and twists and turns and all kinds of revelations! I didn't expect ANY of it and I can usually tell the way a book is going to go from the start. Not with this one!

I loved it. One click. You will not regret it. I love this series so hard!!!

Let me drop little clues...

" You're going to die. They'll destroy you." Meyah

" And who might that be? " sick & twisted villain.

" The Brother's by Blood MC." =Meyah

OMG this book was so good!!!! I just can't wait to see what happens next and who's book it is. I don't really care because either way it is going to be GREAT!!!!

Just love! This book is so satisfying. It picks up a few months after the “to be continued” of the previous book. It is just excellent.

Meyah feels that Ham has betrayed her. She has run away to college in order to escape from the pain of her and Ham and to try and build a life for herself. Meanwhile, Ham is in jail, waiting for the day when he gets out so that he can go to Meyah and prove to her that he never betrayed her at all and that they are meant to be together.

I just absolutely loved this story. This second half is probably better than the first half in Shake. Meyah continues her amazing character growth. Going away to college has made her more confident in herself. She stands up for herself and is the badass that we always knew that she could be. It is just incredible.

The first time that Ham sees Meyah again he realizes how much she has taken charge of her own life and how much she has grown into a woman. I love how Ham is even more enamored of Meyah when he sees everything that he has done for himself.

I just loved the drama that seemed to swirl around Meyah. I loved that she had a new found family in this story and I loved that she seemed to know what she wanted now more than ever. I loved that Meyah became so strong in herself because she finally became the kind of woman who I was excited for Ham to end up with.

I absolutely loved this book. I would literally start this book over right now and reread it.

Shake was the first half of this story and this book luckily was released quite soon afterwards. Meyah really has grown up!

After a year of perpetual bullying at high school, Meyah goes to college early to take summer classes. This is where she meets her roommate Dakota who encourages her to climb out of her shell and do things she normally wouldn't, like job seeking etc. Full of confidence herself, Dakota immediately starts helping Meyah to build up her own self-confidence and inner strength.

Unwrapping layers of her life seems to be the order of the day for Meyah and as she does you see how much she grows. Her strength and sassiness are just two parts of her character that are so appealing. She does find herself in quite a few interesting situations and both of these qualities help!

Ham and Meyah's chemistry is still off the charts flaming hot. Their passion is unrivalled and did I mention hot? 🔥But it's more, they have a depth to their feelings towards each other.

I'm not going to lie, there are some major twists and turns that make you really sit up and take notice! At times, my heart was breaking in two for some of the characters, the writing of the scenes is that good. At other times I was chuckling out aloud or grinding my teeth in anger.

Once again this is a fast paced, easy to read story that you're going to find hard to put down once you start reading it.

I was so excited to get the conclusion to Ham and Meyah's story after reading Shake. The previous title left us with so many unanswered questions, and this pair have quite a few secrets and misunderstandings to get past before they can find a happy ever after.

This title is jam packed full of action, intrigue, suspense, danger and romance.

Meyah is an amazing character, so endearing and has developed into a strong, feisty, resilient woman. She's no longer the shy, timid girl, who lets other dictate and control her actions, she's come into her own!

Ham is just as protective, devoted and determined and despite his best intentions he needs to work to regain Meyah's trust.

Once again I loved the connection and chemistry that Meyah and Ham share, that is just as strong as in the previous titles and the loves scenes are incredibly hot and steamy.

After the discovery of Huntsman in the previous title, I was eager to find out more of this character, and Addison didn't disappoint. Along with Huntsman, there was an addition of several new characters that I hope will have their stories told at some point in the future.

I will be eagerly awaiting more of Addison's work in the future.

This was the second part of Ham and Meyah’s story and for me it was perfect. Picking up a few months after Shake ended we are immediately thrown into the fallout from the fire at the cabin and Meyah walking in on what she thought was Ham performing some bedroom gymnastics. This book had it all, tears, laughter, blood, mayhem, danger and of course our hot as hades alpha bikers and kick*s@ feisty females.

There was so much packed into the story that you could become overwhelmed, but this author writes in such a way that everything fits together and flows perfectly. With so many hold your breath holly cr@p moments, my heart was racing with every chapter! I simply loved the Brothers of Blood MC and every member of the family. And with the introduction of the Exiled Eight MC I was truly in my element in this book, hopefully there will be a story for Riley, Huntsman and a few of the other new characters we met. I’d like to finally meet Drake too, argh so many more books I hope this author writes!!

A great book with fantastic characters, story-line, suspense and drama all read in one sitting, what more can you ask for.

Omg!! The conclusion of “Ham and Meyah” story was epic!

Five stars is not even close enough to what it should get!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book definitely hit my top favorite book from Addison’s novels. 😍

I’m so happy that we got to meet new characters from a different MC chapter and I hope 🤞🏻 Addison writes a series for them especially Dakota and Ripley, & Huntsman and Carly? Omfg I love them!! ♥️♥️♥️😍

What I love about this book is how we finally got all the missing pieces of Meyah’s mom Carly. I love how I got to see a new POV on Carly! I give the lady respect ✊ for facing some of her demons. I remember thinking how overprotective she is with her kids, however in this book you finally understand why!!

I love, love, love, how much Meyah has grown. She made sure to not let anyone bring her down or walk all over her anymore! I swear she made me sooo proud!! To see her grow to such a beautiful woman is so phenomenal!! I can’t wait to see what will be next in Addison adventure of work!! All I know is I never get disappointed, so this is why I tell you now don’t think about it too much and download this fantastic book because you are going to enjoy this hell of a ride!! 🏍🏍🏍

I have to say I really loved the second book, after having a few mixed feelings on the first.

Meyah is the second book based on Shake/Ham & Meyah & it literally takes off from the end of the first hitch I loved. The pace was solid & I got the answers I longed for at the end of the first. The emotions came thick & fast from the off, which I think this one needed to remind you of the cost of love & the sacrifices you make for family.

Although this book was centred around the two leads, it actually packed a whole lot of other characters in which added some gorgeous layers & introduced some great new ones, extending the family I already know & love.

I loved the intensity, the revelations & the way Ham just pulled at my damn heart strings. That boy has a way of digging deep into my heart something rotten. There were some moments that had me holding me chest with the agony that AJ so skilfully poured into her words, while others had me drying my eyes, as the silent tears fell unchecked.

A truly fabulous finish to their story

Excellent

An excellent read i read Shake & Meyah straight after one another both books Meyah annoyed me but for me it's a sign of excellent story telling, she was young & you could see growth in the second book for a girl who sort of free up around the club still had that sense of naivety from being sheltered from her mum ,the second book gave you the whys, when ,who's the second book had the most action in-depth story telling both books had great sex in them really everything you want in a great read the first book is about Shake getting his family back & the reasons why he couldn't for so long dark too which I don't mind, that was a great book also but a younger Meyah in that one coming to terms of just how club life would really be & her relationship with Shake , her own personality starting to come the & with any good beginning there's miss understanding 's , why the hell nots & how comes, so both books are worth you time & money both books are great reads . Love em.
