Crazy read

First the editing in this book is terrible. I rarely leave less than 3 stars for a book, but this was so hard to follow. Will’s thoughts after having a child and trapping Cici in his apartment are ridiculous and immature. We go from Cici being so close to her family, to hiding a pregnancy and giving birth. Makes absolutely no sense. Will constantly says being single and 1 night stands are better for him? This book just wasn’t up to par for me.

This book starts out at a wedding for Annabelle Owen and Landon Verstraete,,,,, and Annabelle's cousin CiCi, 24 is like her personal attendant, Annabelle didnt want bridesmaids, because they might look better than she does,,,, so. CiCi finds herself at the reception and doing things for Annabelle, when she sits down and next thing you know, she is talking to this gorgeous looking man, she was told by Annabelle, to stay awa from him ,,,, but, she just couldnt,,,,CiCi is a teacher and her best friend is Michelle, from work, who has told CiCi that Will is one of those love 'em and leave 'em kinda guy, she knows a few women that he has taken home,,,, but CiCi just cant think that way,,,,,

Will Yoker, 27, is a DEA Agent and the grom Landon's best friend, they've known each other forever,,,, he sees the most beautiful woman at the bar,,,, they start taking and make a bet,,,, if Annabelle makes another hour before passing out,,,, Will and CiCi are to dance a slow dance, if Annabelle doesn't make an hour, CiCi is to kiss Will,,,, Annabelle doesnt make it another 5 minutes before Landon has to end their evening and takes his bride home,,,, from then on, CiCi and Will were an item, that nobody knew about because "The Kingpin" was watching Will and Will was afraid something would going to happen to CiCi,,, after all, this guy was always a step ahead of the DEA agents, mainly Will,,,, "Kingpin" had been sending Will pictures of himself out working on this case, telling Will to leave it alone, or else,,,,

Thats all I'm saying ,,,,, Will and CiCi's story is a very good story, of course, I've left out plenty of this story, I've even left out the steamy scenes,,,,, but, you wouldn't wanna know about those,,,,, right,,,???,,,, OH, so you do,,,, well, never fear, when these 2 get together,,,,so, anyway,,,, telling you everything is not what I'm here to do,,,, I'm here to tell you that this is an amazing book,,,, you really do need to read it,,,, I would totally recommend this book to anyone,,,,,

You NEED To Read This Story!

This is a story of intrigue, suspense, surprising encounters, a drugs ring, death, a surprise baby, gun fights, a growing love despite the odds and heartbreak, a friendship bond that is all about deceit and betrayal. having said that, it is written by Bella Winters and Mia Ford so you just know it's going to be a rip roaring romance with plenty of angst but such a fabulous story that it will keep you on the edge of your seat as you work your way through a story that doesn't just give some twists and turns as rather mind blowing and life changing.  I so loved reading about Will and Cici as they were just so great together. He had most certainly been a player before he met her but he even knew that she made him better.  Theirs is not an easy 'courtship' but it does provide a perfect ending for them.  I must add that I loved the Best Man's Speech that Will gave at his friend's wedding and I thought his first date was just perfect for the two of them.  The epilogue just gives the whole story that magical ending that I love in a story. The drama was so believable that I literally couldn't put the book down as I needed to know the ending and who was Kingpin! I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

Cici meets Will at her crazy cousin Anna belle's wedding. Neither expected anything more than one night but they liked each other so much that they exchanged numbers the next morning in case they wanted to get together again. Cici is a school teacher and is happy with how her life is. Will is a cop in the DEA office. Things seem to click with them and Will wants to go out with her which is surprising because he doesn't date ever. So their first date starts off a little awkward but turns out great. Things slowly progress into something that could be a real relationship for the both of them but out of nowhere Will puts the breaks on and Cici is left wondering what happened. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from him Cici learns she's pregnant will she tell Will that he is about to be a father? What is making Will push Cici away?

This was a great story with a big surprise twist. This is a well written and very entertaining story. The chemistry between Cici and Will is blazing hot. Once I started this story I couldn't put it down. I would recommend this to anyone that loves to lose themselves in a great story.

The team of Mia and Bella have once again given us a captivating entertaining story. Will is a hot DEA agent and Cici is a sweet school teacher. They meet at Cici's crazy cousin's wedding and the chemistry between them is blazing hot. They end up at Will's apartment for a one-night stand. Will is a player and never sleeps with the same girl twice but something about Cici has him wanting to see more of her. Cici is happy with her life and is not looking for a man. Will surprises Cici when he asks for a date and soon a relationship develops. Out of the blue, Will pushes her away with no explanation. After weeks of not hearing from Will, Cici discovers she is pregnant. What will she do? How can she tell Will when they are no longer an item? The intrigue, suspense, danger and the many twists and turns in this story will keep you glued to the pages till the very end. Exciting story! Well-developed characters! A definite must read!

This is a very interesting story about Will and Cici. They meet at her cousins wedding and are the maid of honor and best man. They spend the night talking and end up going back to his place for the night! Will is surprised he lets Cici spend the night but something tells him she is different. Not being one for relationships he has a hard time on their first date. Cici is a elementary school teach and Will is a DEA officer. The case Will has been working on gets personal and he backs away from Cici and she is besides herself not understanding. After several weeks she realizes she is pregnant and goes to see Will. How does Will react to this news and will Cici ever really understand Will and his working habits? Those behind the harm is something you will not see coming! These two authors writes amazing stories. They have heart, chemistry and lots of passion. They have not disappointed me yet, and this stories does not either. It is very well written with great storyline and plot. The characters are well described, develops well and mostly likeable. This is a story of great length and that gives the characters a depth that cannot always be given to their personalies in shorter stories. This story flows so well of the pages and I could not lay it down.
I like it is written in dual POV, which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. That makes the story even more emotional and captivating. The twists and turns are so unexpected that they made it worth the read.
A funny, sexy and enjoyable read.

Prepare to have the heart racing for all kinds of reasons in this thrilling romance due to the danger, the chemistry between Cici and Will, or the action along the way. Will has not been the commitment type, and I get that. That was before Cici. It becomes clear that what they have is so much more than a single night, and now she's carrying their child. The plot is sharp, and we really get to know the characters. My heart was beating so fast as the story progressed, but what an amazing story. This writing duo really hits the mark, I wish I could give the book more stars. I highly recommend this book, but I have never been let down be either author. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy, although I also picked up a forever copy as well.

While I did enjoy the story the characters kept pissing me off, especially the hero, Will.
he meets Cici and he's done for. their attraction is explosive. when Cici tells him she's pregnant he has her move in with him... he can't live without her or his baby.
Will is a DEA Agent who is after "Kingpin" and he feels his relationship with Cici is getting in the way of his investigation. he starts to ignore her and they drift further apart
he keeps receiving threatening notes from Kingpin that he knows are specifically for him.
Can he get to Kingpin before Kingpin gets to him and his little family?
there were also quite a few typos and grammatical errors, too many to ignore after a while.

Cici and Will meet at a wedding and there is an immediate attraction. They they end up spending the night together. Will is a cop and a playboy he doesn't usually date but wants to take Cici out. Overtime their relationship slowly progresses. Then out of nowhere Will puts the breaks on their relationship and Cici is left to wonder why. Weeks go by without her hearing from him, then Cici discovers she's pregnant. What now? Should she tell him? How will he react if or when he finds out? You need to one click this book and find out.

I really enjoyed reading this latest release from Mia Ford and Bella Winters. They were able to put together a story that was frought with danger and suspicion but also passion and a budding romance. The only reason it is not 5 stars is sometimes the emotional quality fell a little flat. Other than that this was an excellent read. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Never saw any of that coming! What made this so good and unique for me was that this wasn’t just a sweet insta-love kind of story. I loved the elements of romance and suspense. The characters, Will and Cici were so realistic, not over the top, but they had chemistry. There was a definite progression to their journey that made it that much more enjoyable to read, however, the book had a couple of awkward time jumps that weren’t cleared defined and it made things a bit confusing at times (thus the 4 stars). Would still recommend as Ms. Ford and Bella Winter's combined story telling never disappoints. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my honest review

This is a fast-paced romantic suspense that was quite interesting.

CiCi meets and falls for the best man, Will, at her crazy cousin's wedding. In spite of an early pregnancy, they seem to be getting along, but Will's job is slowly but surely threatening that. With threats mounting daily and targeting those close to him, the pressure is mounting on Will to get rid of the dark cloud that has invaded his life, but what if the threat has been right under his nose all along?

I recommend this book for quick, yet satisfying read.

Fatal attraction is a story about Will and Cici. They meet at their bff and cousin (respectively) wedding. A one night stand leads to a life altering change and they struggle to navigate through. The build up of this story was a bit slow and the “who did it?” Mystery was pretty obvious from the get go with an added twist so my rating is a strong 3.5
I wish we got to see what happened to ‘everyone’ but either way, the end was wrapped up sweetly.

CiCi was at her cousin wedding when she meets the guy of her dreams. Will the best man at the wedding could not believe his luck when he meets the lovley Cici.
Their relationship starts of great and then things start to fall apart little by little. Will is a cop and trying to find this Kingpin which he has been after for a long time. But things get out of hand and people start getting killed and he tries to keep Cici a secret.
The story is great loved reading this book and a few surprises on the way could not put down until finished.

He is also a player and has decided he is going to celebrate not only the wedding but his rare night off. Cici is the lucky one that he wants. They have great chemistry and things heat up pretty fast between them. But danger is lurking just around the corner. Will and Cici meet at a wedding at which they are best man and bridesmaid. During the wedding sparks start and the rest is the main part of the story.
Will and Cici have a roller coaster of a story from sweetness to heat to a baby to intrigue in the form of Kingpin but also danger and betrayal. Can they survive the danger or will it sestroy them?
A very well thought out plot line with good characters.

I don’t know what I expected, just that the title brought so many ideas into my mind... and this book exceeded them all. It was a superb romantic suspense; tense, compelling and unexpected. Will is all alpha and doesn’t do commitments. Cici is a school teacher and not looking for a relationship. When they meet at a wedding, sparks fly and they spend a steamy night together. Will can’t understand it but he can’t stop thinking about Cici and wants more but when his job puts her in danger he disappears. Will be able to stay away? This is a fast-paced read with loads of drama and suspense. The story held my interest throughout and the chemistry is steamy. An enjoyable read.

What a suspenseful book but had so much love that you had to se how it turned out.  In this story we have Cici and Will, two people who meet at a wedding. Kind of fall in love, move in and have a baby all before they truly figure out if the are in love. We see many sides that make us laugh, cry, mad and so forth. This is a fun sexy read about Cici and Will. Will a DEA agent who meets Cici at her cousin's wedding and have a one night stand that turns into more because they end out falling for each other. Will's job puts them in danger which turns this romance into a great read. This book has it all drama, danger, suspense, romance and lots of steam. Well, that’s a few days of my life I will never get back!!

I love a accidental pregnancy or secret baby book. It’s my guilty pleasure. Team that up with I have only ever DNF one book and you get me struggling through terrible dialogue, wishy washy main characters, unlikable supporting characters and finally a bad guy who wanted to be caught so bad.

Disappointing as there were glimpses of an entertaining book in there. Just definitely not for me.

I have no words....

I don't think that I can adequately express how much I enjoyed reading this book. This book offered absolutely everything. I love CiCi and Will together. They are both strong, intelligent and independent. Their relationship develops organically. The story line is awesome although I did figure out who the nemesis was early on in the book.

I would absolutely recommend this book.

The story line and characters were really good

I really liked the characters and the story line but found it difficult to read because of all the editing errors. I have read books before with errors and I am no writing major but this book got worse as it went along. There were times I had to re-read a section to figure out what word they were trying to use and sometimes it was not even in the right context.

I dislike leaving poor reviews. This is one of the few books I've abandoned unfinished. The point of view jumps all over the place, the editing is poor and the characters erratic and poorly formed. I'm all for characters who are flawed, with issues and hangups, but these guys were wildly inconsistent, more a feature of the author than a representation of the person.
Other reviewers have given glowing reviews so I'll try again in a few months, or perhaps another novel by the same author.

Realistic characters, suspense, and danger are a great combination, in this pulse-pounding romance.
