When an ancient artifact enslaves every werewolf on earth, humanity’s only hope is a thief…

Zoey Donovan should be happy. Her love life couldn’t be better, her demonic nemesis is on the run, business is booming, and no one has tried to kill her in seven whole months. But without her best friend to share it with, it all seems a little hollow. Neil, her fabulous furry wingman, is missing and two grumpy werewolf bodyguards have taken his place.

Undaunted by her humorless babysitters, she intends to track Neil down even if it means risking her newfound romantic bliss. But someone else has plans for Zoey, and they don’t intend to play nice. Lucas Halfer is desperate for revenge, and he knows just how to get it.

An ancient Roman legend tells of an artifact that will grant its possessor the power to control all wolves. No one, including Daniel and Dev, believes the Strong Arm of Remus is real but Zoey thinks Halfer might have already located it. With every werewolf pack in North America gathering in Colorado, the demon could enslave an unstoppable army.

To save the day, and possibly the world, Zoey will have to find a way to steal the Strong Arm of Remus from one of the most powerful demons in existence. Then again, impossible is kind of her specialty.

Review:
My review of Book 1 is basically a series review, so instead of repeating everything, I’m going to focus more on the things I liked about this particular book.

This used to be my least favorite in the series, but upon rereading the books a couple times, I cannot fathom why. I think it was because of all the wolf shifters, but I might actually be a shifter fan if they were all as lovable as these. I feel like I appreciate the later books in the series more and more every time I read them. The development of the characters, the progression of the relationships between them, the intricacy of the overarching plot, the ever-changing emotions…

The other books may have had more heart-wrenching relationship struggles and laugh-out-loud humor, but this one had more intense moments, scenes when there was so much going on and so many things that could go wrong and so much at risk, like during the heist and during that whole big climax at the end.

Then there were the characters themselves (always the best part). Neil really wormed his way into my heart in this one (with all my rereads, I've realized he was actually super great and sweet even in the first two books, and I don't know why I didn't love him more before), and I felt for him and how lost he was. There are also a lot of new characters introduced in this one, most notably, Zack, Lee, and Declan. But they all have just as much depth and personality as the others and are their own unique people. Zoey did frustrate me at times, like with how she didn’t listen to what anyone told her about the important ceremony, but Daniel and Dev continued to grow.

Not only that, the way all the characters—Zoey, Daniel, Dev, Zack, Niel, Sarah, even Felix—worked together at the end, helping each other and protecting each other, was just beautiful. And ok, Zoey may have frustrated me at times, but that scene near the end when she was marching forward with her gun—could she get any more badass than she was in that moment?! I loved it.

I will say though that this book had A LOT of sex, seemingly more than in the others, or at least that’s how it seemed the first time I read it. Maybe I’ve just become accustomed to all the sex, or maybe it’s that I know the characters better, but I wasn’t as bothered by it and noticed a lot more depth the second and third times around. I was also thrown off by the ending of Book 2 since it didn’t seem like something Daniel would agree to, but, believable or not, I came to love it. And damn it if *SPOILER* *END SPOILER*

So if you can roll with the twists and the romance-y stuff, this book is another fantastic one in the series. There’s lots of wolf shifters, Daniel letting his vampire freak flag fly, Dev’s ass of a brother whom you won’t be able to help but feel for, fighting off animated corpses, Marcus’s persuasion powers, and epic battles to look forward to!

*I've read this book multiple times. This review was written after my 3rd read.*

After reading "Steal The Moon" I wondered if this series could get any better. That got answered fairly quickly in this book. YES!!!!

Zoey's BFF Sarah has been rescued. Zoey is enjoying sex with her two guys. Zoey has a black credit card and her daily itinerary planned for her. Life is good. Well, except for the fact that her gay husband Neil has gone MIA and Zoey is finding out her life now includes being guarded 24/7 and having to play nice in paranormal political politics. Well, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. Right? Zoey's been a bad girl .... again.

I already said this is my new 'favorite' series right? Good, because it is. Has suspense, action, adult content, and a kick ass female lead. I've read all this author's books under her other persona (Sophie Oak) but ... damn. There's something about her books under this name that are more inclusive and exciting with a side of HAWT adult content. Only better than under her other author name.

I bascially read this book in one sitting (book just got released today) and am in afterglow. Exciting plot premise with twists and turns galore. The relationship between the core characters is BDSM/menage (m-f-m) that is smokin'. The inclussion of m-f scenes are welcome as I do believe a polyamorous relationship does require this type of intimacy to be successful for the future. Regardless, I'm just thrilled that the author didn't go the love triangle route.

My issues. OK. I'm not wearing my rose colored glasses over everything in this book. Dev. He was the weak link in this book. Not because of his character or the way he's depicted in this book (loved the surprise that was revealed about him in this book ... both of them) but he really needs to man up and quit with the emotional roller coaster. If he was a female I'd describe him as being hormonal. The other.. Zoey. I was starting to feel her character was the anchor that held this relationship together. After this installment I'm on the fence. Can't say more because of spoiler potential. I also have concerns over Zoey's family. Vague non spoiler comment: IF my family was my weak link I'd think that would need to be addressed.

Secondary characters. I so so so want more of Lee ... and Jane. Need I say more? I would now also add every single secondary character as being a positive for this installment but won't because if I miss any it might clue potential readers in the perception that they are more or less important into this book. I would like to say though, in the spirit of "Where's Waldo" vagueness, where's Oliver?

I highly recommend this series/book to those who enjoy paranormal/urban fantasy reads that have a lot of action/suspense and erotic action. It is a series readers of "Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter", "Night Huntress", "Secret McQueen", "Coletti Warlords", "Dragon Lords", & the better installments of "Sookie Stackhouse" will enjoy. While this COULD be read as a stand alone I don't think you'd get the flavor or enjoy it as much so I'd advise you to start with book 1.

Brilliant series! Since the first book I cannot put it down.
The writing is so fluid and it captures you by the storyline and all the amazing characters.
I must say that in this book my favourite character was Lee. I actually laughed out loud with some of the things that came out of his mouth!
The Faery world, here I go....

Zoey finally has her love life more or less on track but she's a bit fed up with being followed around everywhere by the two werewolf bodyguards her lovers have hired to protect her. She's missing her best friend Neil who has been missing for months now so she's extremely worried about his safety and if she has to find ways to get around her bodyguards to go and look for him then that's what she'll do. Even if demon Lucas Halfer is still out for revenge. Daniel and Dev are currently trying to build an alliance with the werewolves but getting an invite to their gathering is proving difficult as they don't trust vampires, Dev may be able to get them in by offering himself and Zoey to perform a fertility ritual for them. That could all go horribly wrong if Lucas manages to get hold of an ancient Roman artefact that he believes will allow him to control all of the wolves. It's up to Zoey and her crew to stay one step ahead and prevent a disaster but that could be easier said than done.

This series is just getting better and better. I love the relationship development in our Zoey / Daniel / Dev triangle, the boys are finally on the same page and have started to rebuild the friendship they had early on in the series. They are working together as a team which is fantastic to see but there are times when they seem to forget that Zoey is an independent woman who is capable of making her own choices. I get their need to keep her safe but trying to keep her wrapped in a bubble is driving her insane and I was so glad to see her stand up for herself and tell them what she wanted and needed. I enjoyed seeing her get back into the action and I really loved the addition of werewolf Lee to her crew. It was also great to see Neil again, he's been through a lot and is in a really difficult place right now but he obviously needs his friends around him and Zoey will do anything for the people she cares about.

This story had plenty of action and some fabulous scenes with the werewolves. I did get a little frustrated with Zoey for paying so little attention when anyone tried to talk to her about the fertility ceremony but it was quite funny to see her reaction when things get started and I liked the way it changed her relationship with Dev. It was good to see her having some one on one time with both of her boys but I think my favourite parts are when they're all together as a happy trio, especially now that Daniel has let himself loosen up a bit! The addition of Dev's twin brother Declan made things really interesting and I'm really curious to see how the rest of his family reacts to their arrival in the next book. I have a feeling things are about to get even more complicated and I can't wait!

This book started off roughly for me. I was pretty infuriated, to be honest. I found the strong Zoey I'd come to love from books #1 and #2 was lost, seemingly overrun by the two men in her life - vampire Daniel and fae Dev. I was shitty at their cliquey behaviour and boys club mentality, even if their motives were meant to protect Zoey from the demon Brixalnax, aka Halfer, they weren't helping at all. The annoying 'me man, you woman' mentality that drove me away from het romance was initially pervasive to an ersatz ménage I happen to be getting right behind.

However, from the 56% mark onwards this book ratcheted up several notches. The UF/paranormal elements went into overdrive and kick-arse Zoey was back. Neil returned to the fold, although that was way too easy, and the guys understood they could not keep the woman they love - a strong, fiercely loyal, working woman - back. They're also dropping some of the manly-man shit to move towards something meaningful as a triad with more harmony at it's core.

The inclusion of Lee and his brother Zack as extra werewolf muscle aggravated me at first but I came to admire Lee as the book continued, and Zack did his job. Dev's bother, Declan, is a pompous, annoying arsehole and I'm not sure how I feel about going into Faery for the next book, but go in I shall because I am committed to this series and I have faith in the author.

Steal the Moon by Lexi Blake is a Paranormal Romantic Suspense that will leave you breathless until the very last page is turned. Lexi Blake is becoming one of my favorite PNR authors and she hit a home run with the Thieves series. It just keeps getting better and better. I would say that in the future she will be in the same ranks as Kresley Cole, Larissa Ione, and Gena Showalter. Steal the Moon has everything a paranormal reader could ever want: wolves, zombies, demons, pixies, faeries, angels, witches, and of course vampires.

First of all, let me tell you that you have to read this series in order. You will be lost and confused if you don't. I definitely don't want you lost and confused, but I do want you ridiculously satisfied, and you will get that when you read this series. The storyline and the suspense will keep you on your toes, but it's the characters as a whole who bring it home. You will meet so many wonderful, dynamic characters in this series and you will not want to let them go. At first, I was all the way Team Dev! I mean, what's not to love? He's a smooth talking, panty melting, kinky playboy who has fallen head over heels for Zoey Donovan. After reading Steal The Moon, I'm ALSO Team Daniel! and YES, I'm allowed to be both :) In the previous books, Danny was struggling hard. He was alway brooding, arguing, and just plain pissing me off. That's not to say he still isn't accomplishing those qualities in this book, but for me, he has gotten more comfortable in his role as King and also by Zoey's side. He has warmed up to Dev, and those two messing with each other was so fun to read. There is this hilarious back and forth play dynamic between the two, and it's very touching to see how far they have both grown in the relationship. They are even playing video games together, and THAT is just a major improvement. My gorgeous Dev has gotten stronger with the help of Danny, and Danny has become more accepting. It's really beautiful how they have become almost best friends. ( Shhh..don't tell them I said that )

We can all say "oh poor Z!" She has to struggle with loving two men, and I agree that it probably has its ups and downs, but I'm still incredibly jealous of her. I think she finally realizes that she can't live without either one of them. They are way too important to her. In this book, we see her grow as well. At the beginning the boys were sheltering her too much and changing Zoey without meaning to. When she finally stood up and had enough and got back to her own stubborn, hard-headed self is when the real fireworks began.

"If you love me, be brave enough to risk losing me."

There is so much going on in this story. I was captivated the whole way through. There was a wide range of emotions that this pulled out of me. There were times, I wanted to kill Dev and Danny AND Zoey myself. I laughed so hard, I cried even harder, and my breath hitched a couple of times as well. And don't forget, this wouldn't be a Lexi Blake book if there weren't nipple clamps and spankings involved. Oh god, have I mentioned how much I love Dev?! The sex was amazing between these three. Hot as all get out! Rough, tender, sensual, kinky....it had everything a kinky girl like me could want.

"Yes, and she's got the pussy, dude. Maybe you can get pussy wherever you want, but I'm a dude who's only wanted one pussy his whole life. You gotta deal with the pussy in a certain way."

I could probably go on forever with this review, but the last topic I want to hit on is the most important part...the characters, new and old. You finally get to meet Declan, Dev's brother, and let's just say you will not see it coming. If you thought Dev was a playboy, I can't wait for you to meet Declan. Halfer, the demon is still hunting down Zoey and he will stop at nothing to get to her. I can't say too much about Neil, Zoey's gay husband, who also happens to be a wolf, but I will say, I hope he gets his own happy ending along with the rest of them. Sometimes there is a character that swoops in and steals the light from our main characters, and that my friends, has to be Zoey's wolf bodyguard Lee. I loved his no-nonsense attitude from the beginning, and his loyalty, just like Zoey's, is unmatched. By the end of the book, that man/wolf had me in tears.

I chose Steal the Moon as a Top Pick for me. There is just so much to love about this book and this series in general. It will hit all the right spots, and will leave you wanting more. Readers constantly talk about book boyfriends, and I'm on board, in fact I have a few myself, BUT with this book you get an entire book family. You will love each and every one of them. Once again, Lexi has left me with bated breath, counting down the days until she brings us along on her next journey.

3.75- 4 stars. I'm not going to write a full review, but I am really enjoying this series. I like the world being built, all the interesting characters and the love story developing between Dev, Daniel and Zoey. I was a little frustrated with this book because there is some major pushing away by Dev and Daniel at different times. I felt like they deserve to be happy for awhile after this, especially Zoey. I feel bad for her with these wishy/washy guys, pushing her away for her own good.

OH MY THIS BOOK. I feel like after Vegas I couldn't get any happier with these three and I WAS SO WRONG. This book was the best. I loved being in the Wolf world. It was a blast. From the very first scene to the end of the book, this novel as non stop.

Alliances being forged and new developments with our favorite game leave this novel very fast paced and full of information. There is a demon with a revenge plot and a wolf pack that needs help with making new pups. That should be enough for you. But alas, I'm not done talking.

There was a lot of emotional growth in this book. A lot of the group growing with new friends and leave old ones. I felt like I couldn't tear my eyes away for a moment because I may miss something. I realize its a book, but once you start reading its like watching an episode of your favorite show.

Don't miss this novel. If you even remotely like the first two, KEEP READING. It is SO worth it.

Now an ancient artifact is once again at the center of Zoey’s world. This one is suppose to posses the power over all of the wolves. No one thinks this artifact is real….except for Zoey!! In fact - her greatest fear is that this ancient artifact will fall into the hands of the demon that is stalking her every move. With no other choice, Zoey decides to track down the artifact before it can be used against the wolves who would be helpless to its hold.

While tragedy is looming on the horizon, Zoey relies on the comfort of Dev and Daniel during this time in her life. A trifecta that is growing stronger by the day. There is one thing that Zoey knows for sure….the men in her life are discovering that they are the strongest when all three come together.

Lots of sex in the book. Small part of the book is story.

Well the Thieves series is becoming my favourite series from Lexi Blake. It is suspenseful. It is riveting. It is superb. It is one roller coaster of paranormal awesomeness. Steal the Moon centers on love, loss and friendship. It is a brilliant paranormal romance that centers around Zoey, Daniel and Dev. Their dynamic as a couple completely highlights in the book. I love this couple to bits. I loved the struggle between their relationships. I loved the love they had between them to the point that I was so deeply moved to the core. Lexi Blake really brought some uniqueness into Steal the Moon that really attracted me.

Another emotional roller coaster. Danny is his usual on again off again self. Dev has become a control freak and poor Zoey just goes along for the ride. Until she wakes up and takes a stand that is. The men need her to be herself and she needs them to be honest and to communicate. Oh, and let her risk her life in dangerous schemes of course. So much happens in this story, and the fertility ritual was the icing on the cake. I can't wait to see how Faery p deals with her. She will blow their minds.

Hot Damn! She does it again! Holy Hell! No one writes menage like Lexi Blake!

Steal The Moon is intelligent and sexy, and will keep you on the edge of your seat.

At this point in this series Daniel finally got his head out of his ass and jumped on board the menage train. He is so powerful now that he feeds from both Dev and Zoey and spends as much time as he possibly can inside of Zoey screwing her brains out. Which he does every day, several times a day, because hey, a man's gotta eat. Just so you know Dev gets his too... Dev ties Zoey up and they both lavish her body with such enthusiasm that your panties will be drenched. Don't say I didn't warn you. Just spend the damn money, buy the Duracell Quantum batteries for B.O.B., because you are going to need them. Put the kids to bed early and then get your Blake on.

Dev takes on a more alpha male role in this book and I freaking love it. He and Daniel still bicker like siblings and crack me up though. Dev is called upon as a Sex God, to use powers of fertility to help several wolf packs that are having troubles creating pups. This act will build a huge alliance with the wolves that Daniel really needs if he is going to consider going up against the Vampire Council. Dev's powers have increased ten fold because Daniel feeds from him daily and they exchange energy. Dev becomes a sexy, scorching hot, lustfully lushious, and powerful Fertility God. My girl parts are doing the happy dance just thinking about Devinshea Conlan Quinn. Where does Zoey fit into this plan? Well you will just have to read about that, and let me tell you she is not happy about what Daniel and Dev want her to do.

Neil is back! Yay! I love Neil and am so glad he shows back up in Steal The Moon. You know you have it bad when you are sitting at your desk at work and day dreaming about your book boyfriends. I thought to myself, I wonder what Neil and Chad are up to today. It's sad I know. I can't wait to see Neil in all of his glory again in Steal the Sun.

Did I tell you that Dev's twin brother Declan shows up? He almost has Zoey fooled for a moment, but she knows the taste of Dev's delicious lips, and Declan just aint got it. Of course he is a total perv just like his brother but what would you expect? What I did not expect was for Dev's mom to be such a perv. You only get a taste of Miria in this book and I can't wait to see more of her in Steal The Sun.

Steal The Moon is a roller coaster ride filled with action and adventure, and then is topped off with some sinfully decadent whipped kink. The story line will keep you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next. One minute everything thing is great, and the next Lucas Halfer is in your face and all hell is breaking loose.

Lexi's books always go beyond a five star rating because her plot development is outstanding. There is so much more drama, adventure, twists and turns in her books than most books. The kinky sex puts the icing on the cake...And let me tell you that Lexi's cake is rich and lush and you are addicted after taking just one bite.

This is by far my favorite urban fantasy series. Lexi Blake is amazing. Her characters fly off the page and into your heart and soul. I will be counting down the days until I can see Dev, Daniel, Zoey, and Neil again in Steal The Sun.

I think all that is missing is a dragon in this series. The coup d'etat is starting to shape up. Dev is doing his best to make it happen with creating alliances with other supernaturals. I love Dev. He is the one for me. Danny is great with his vampire angst and his blood lust, but he is just a little too immature for me. Let me clarify. His lack of experience and inability to understand the faux pas he makes is frustrating. However, it is very realistic because this boy is only in his late twenties. Who is to teach him? When I was his age I was just as clueless because I was raised as a commoner too. Dev's heritage makes him ideal to be the perfect adviser. Ms. Blake does a fabulous job of showing us how these two men balance each other and more importantly why they would need each other. This developing relationship between Dev and Danny makes my heart sing.

This book seems to be really all about Dev's growth. With a new character showing up in this book to bring the threesome together, I'm panting with desire. Zoey is a very lucky woman. Dev's fae ancestry is sexy and sad. When Bris shows up, I'm pretty stoked. Dev's twin brother is kind of an asshat though. I really liked how the twins separated by different worlds have grown in different ways. The difference in how time runs really worked well in this book.

There are several new characters I liked. I really liked Lee. He's awesome. Since I read the series out of order, it's nice to read about Lee and why people admired him so much. It's heartwarming to see how Zoey picks the "misfits" and brings them a sense of home.

There is so much action in this book and a lot of progress. I love the pace of these books because I feel so satisfied after reading the book. It is not that I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. It is that I can see how each build upon the previous and makes a lot of progress. I hate series that drag it out forever. The editing of this book is well done. There is nothing which can be cut out because every scene is needed and meaningful. The wealth of information flowing about this world as well as the relationship development makes me happy. As soon as I finished the previous book, I read this one. Then I moved to the next book in the series. Highly recommended to urban fantasy lovers who enjoy political maneuverings, a smart heroine who will not be fit into a box and a fertile god who will make your panties wet.

Steal the Moon picks up about seven months after Steal the Day. Zoey's celebrating her twenty-seventh birthday and becoming frustrated with her men. In an effort to protect her, they've "put baby in a corner" and she's over it. Up until now, she's let them take control with all things, but the result was her stashed away safe and sound while they handled business. No more. She's got things she feels are important and she's gonna do 'um - with or without their help or approval.

There were many things to love about this installment - finding her BFF, gathering to help and meet with the wolves, getting better acquainted with her newest bodyguard, learning more about a fae ceremony and its future consequences. However, I am stuck on an event near the end, in the big battle, where risks were taken when none were needed. That really didn't make sense to me and I couldn't let it go, which is reflected in my rating.

Why do some series start out with a really good story, and then lose all that innovation and become a book about sex and dump the value of the story?

I don't know but it really, really gets up my nose. I get all excited about surging into the next novel, only to find repetitive sex (not even evolving and changing with some additional innovation) only to discover it's become boring boring boring. Evidently the Laurell Hamilton style has caught on, but is apparently, still fashionable. Does this really sell books? I guess so.

Another book/kindle virtually speaking, thrown at the wall.

Aghhhh.

2.5* actually. 30% story/70% sex and TSTL actions are starting to get on my nerves. The kick-ass thief from early is being treated in patronising, condescending proprietorial manner or as a rag doll which can be arranged any which way you like. I'll give next book a go, but Z does not rediscover her backbone and brains, that will be it for me

Now that Sarah has been rescued from the wrath of Hell, Zoey finds herself relishing in a bit of pampering at the insistence of Dev. While Zoey is still not safe from the demon that is stalking her, she does have the distraction of a black card at her disposal. With her day planned out for her by the minute, Zoey wonders if this is the type of life she will lead from now on.

Life for Zoey seems a little dull in spite of all the distractions at hand. Neil is missing and Zoey just can’t stand having her best friend around to share all of the joy and sorrow in life. Determination fuels Zoey to find Neil and bring him back home.

Mmmmm…..I seriously love this series with each and every page that comes across my reader!! This series has everything that a paranormal enthusiast loves…..angels, demons, witches, werewolves, vampires, fairies and of course every creature in between. Fans of Lexi Blake will devour this unique story and the amazing triad that Zoey is a part of. The sex……well, it is off the charts hot!!!

Steal The Moon must be read in the series order to understand all of the nuances of this tale. It’s a journey that you simply must explore to enjoy!! Counting down the moments until I can dive into the next book!!

Review is of the bundle that includes books 1-5.

I was craving some paranormal romance (PNR) lately. I read a lot of romance books and putting some PNR into the mix helps break it up and keep it fresh. Also, I just love taking an escape into a world that is completely different. Whether it's vampires, werewolves, fairy, gods, devils, and anything in between, I'll read it all.

This series by Lexi Blake has so much going for it. It's humorous, heart-wrenching, angsty, action packed, and full of so many other emotions that it's the true definition of a roller coaster book. I look forward to diving into the rest of the series where a new heroine takes center stage.

The relationship that evolves between Zoey, Daniel, and Dev was my favorite part of these books. Yes, I loved the action and all of that stuff but this thing between those 3 was what drew me in. It started out as a love triangle and became so much more. I never really rooted for one or the other guys because they both had something with her that I liked.

The only reason I didn't give this bundle 5 stars was because of the fact that there was too much sex scenes for me. I do like that in my romance books but to many can really be an overkill. Then there was the fact that sometimes their problem solving skill was sex. It magically made everything ok. I didn't buy that and I would have liked it to be solved another way.

Even though I had a couple issues with this, I still think you should give them a try. Lexi does a fantastic job at world building, story flow, engaging scenes, and drawing her audience in. I'm glad I read these books and they did fill that need I had for a good PNR story.

I dived into Steal the moon as soon as I possibly could and omg was this book fantastic, We pick up a with Zoe and she is in a good place right now, however with her one of her best friends Neil, missing she is determined to track him down no matter what the consequences are, however at the same time Lucas Halfer wants revenge and the way is he is going to get it is with an artifact that could enslave all the wolves and Neil just happens to be one of them. Omg this book was such a wild ride and I loved every minute of it , the romance in this book was fantastic , It has been a while since I have read a book with a romance that involved three people without it being a love triangle and I have to say it's very interesting dynamic to read about . Zoey , Daniel and Dev have been through ups and downs but it is so plain to see they all love each other deeply and stand by each other no matter what, Lexi Blake wrote a fantastic romance that was sexy, fun and felt very real in many ways. I feel like with every book in the Theives series it just continues to get more and more amazing , Lexi Blake continues to out do her self with each book, there were so many twists and turns in this story and I could not put it down. I need to get my hands on the next book in this series as soon as possible!

This is a very interesting story from Lexi Blake and I enjoyed listening to it.
There is a lot going on in this story, that it is difficult what to say without spoiling anything.
Lexi Blake writes some great charcaters and they are so funny as well as being easily to fall in love with.
Steal The Moon is a paranormal suspense with lots of steam, fun and action and this sexy little book certainly keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next.
Kitty Bang is the solo narrator for this book and she did such an fantastic job at portraying every single character, she was able to captivate me with her story telling and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her..she is an Amazing talent.
Zoey's relationship with Dev and Daniel is going stronger yet something is missing in her life, she is missing her best friend Neil.
Zoe is determined to find him and bring him home...then there is the matter if an ancient artifact that can control ALL Wolves. If it gets into the wrong hands well that would be a disaster,so Zoey needs to find it to prevent that from happening.
So once again another adventure begins that is wrought with every paranormal creature you can imagine.
I was entertained with every page and intrigued with how the story would play out,I was excited to find out.
Lexi Blake sure can write extraordinary stories.
Great listen.

This book was a rollercoaster of emotions.
First we have Daniel and Dev attempting to smother Zoey "for her own good". Then Zoey finally manages to break out of it. Cue reconciliation between our heroes.
Then I wanted to kill Daniel for being an idiot so big that I can't even describe it. Come on, man, boot that brain once in a while! That plan of his with Tamara was the last drop, and he deserved all the groveling he had to do.
Neil came back yay! Poor puppy, I wanted to pet him too :(
I laughed out loud at Zoey's surprise when she concluded the ceremony with Dev. I appreciated that for once it wasn't Dev and Daniel keeping a secret from her, but she being an idiot and not listening to what was going to happen.
And Dev's brother... I want to strangle him. King or not, responsability or not, that's not how you treat your family. Grrrr!!!!!!!!
So in the end
It's terribly messed up and I can't wait to see what happens next!

Anyway, I'm a bit annoyed with the series. It has its flaws as any series would, but to keep this short I will go straight to what I just couldn't digest no matter how hard I tried.
My biggest issue is the female MC Zoey. I like the whole threesome dinamic, and I would like to see where that goes and how they develop (and that is pretty much why I even got so far), but she is just so damn hard to read about. No matter what she claims, I find her to be a pushover (she wasn't at first, but the more time passes the bigger pushover she becomes), and I find the whole relationship that she has with the boys is in total disbalance (in their favor). And every time she is like "I will stand up for myself! I will not take this! Foot! Down!" (and I'm like "go, girl, goooo!") she disappoints me with the result she settles on, and how that changes (or more like barely changes) her situation. No matter how much I try (and no matter what she or they say), just by their actions alone I can't see her as their equal, and neither do they as they act as such. It just sets my teeth on edge when I have to read about it and live that life through her eyes.

This series has bothered me. It hasn't enamored me like the others by Lexi Blake. I haven't much cared for the characters. I have found Zoey wishy-washy. She wants to be bad-ass, but generally lacks true confidence in herself, therefore coming off as stupid, weak and self involved. And the way she reacts with Dev and Dan. OMG. I want to slap them all! Talk about alpha douches. They have certainly done nothing to boost Zoey's confidence or self esteem, other than as a bed partner. Fortunately, Lexi Blake writes a good enough story that even when I don't like the characters, I will continue to read it.

Now, all that being said, this book saw a bit of a turn around. Zoey finally got tired of being the 'good little woman.' About time! In this book it became obvious that it is Zoey who is going to win the day. Not King Daniel, or Prince Dev, but lowly Zoey. Therefore reinforcing the adage, that "behind all good men is a woman." I am finally seeing why everyone else seems to like this series so much. It is getting really good. Lot's happening. Enemies all over. Unexpected allies. Yep! After three books, it has grabbed me. I need to go listen to the next one now.
