I've been doing the Keto diet for 2.5 months now and have lost 40 lbs. It's nice that this cookbook is available. They have really cool recipes and in order for this diet to be sustainable you need to be able to make Keto friendly recipes. Highly recommend.

I’ve been doing keto for almost 3 years and this is the only book I ever bought. I do most of my research and recipe experimentation online and through YouTube videos, which is where I found Keto Connect with Matt and Megha. They are very down to earth wonderful people that just get into the science, love of improving themselves, and the food that fuels them. They make amazing recipes and I have loved everything I’ve endeavored to make.

Keto is not a fad for me and I love the overall way I feel mentally and physically since doing keto. It is a huge difference and as I have struggled and gotten kicked out of ketosis at various points along the way I also come back to the realization that keto is the better life for me.

Matt and Megha are all about the benefits and optimizing their life through good food. I can’t recommend this cookbook and this couple enough if you are interested in starting keto or livening up what your are already doing.

I’ve been following ketoconnect for the last 6 months as I’ve been on Keto. Not only are their recipes delicious, they are extremely thorough in their research. I’ve really appreciated feeling more knowledgeable about how to figure out the right balance of fat/carbs for my body.

I ended up bookmarking almost every single one of your recipes to try. Thank you for putting this guide together, Matt and Megha!

Wanted to see what this was all about. I loved the breakfast recipes, but the lunch and dinner options didn't do much for me. Not sure I can wrap my head around the ideas that breakfast is not the most important meal of the day, that I should not eat smaller meals several times a day, and that butter in my coffee instead of milk and sugar could somehow be acceptable.

There are some good recipes in here, but many are centered on creating keto junk foods and taking short cuts rather than focusing on eating whole foods and using unprocessed ingredients. For example: Almost every recipe includes artificial sweetener, or some type of sweetener, some include grains, and there is a reference guide for processed “keto friendly” sauces/products (including “low carb tortillas” made with grains and “sugar free maple syrup”)... If you’re looking to stay in ketosis while eating sweets, or doing minimal prep by using processed ingredients, this book would be perfect. If, however, your goal is to stay in ketosis while eating grain-free and unprocessed, whole foods, this book might not be the right fit.

One of the best things I like about this book is the assumption that they don't make that Keto (as presented in the book) is the same thing for everybody. One of my issues with "Keto "cookbooks is that while the recipes are lower in carbohydrates that the SAD, they do not necessarily meet your version of Keto.

All the recipes that I tried I liked, especially the Keto Bread, and the cheese cake goodies. For someone starting out eating Keto this book will give you a wide variety of foods to prepare. Lots of photos and a weekly eating plan for different eating styles. Love their youtube videos as well.

I love Matt and Megha! I listen to their podcast all the time, and their website, ketoconnect.net , is one of my favorite for recipes. I thought this book was super helpful, beautifully printed, and contained some great recipes!

I've made quite a few recipes out of this, and they're consistently pretty good. A lot of repeat from their blog, but I otherwise appreciate the emphasis on easy and quick recipes. The categories aren't intuitive for me personally, and some of the recipes are a bit "well... duh" but it's overall not bad especially as keto cookbooks go. (small edit because I mixed this up with another book)

Well written but not so easy or I am just so old and out of touch with this idea. I really didn’t understand how to calculate the totals for the day. I can read the labels and understand what it tells me but getting my final totals each day. The recipes are great.

Easy to Read

I loved how easy the recipes are. The way it is written makes it fun to read. The icons on the recipes are a great idea and the ones you can make ahead are great.
