The Mage's Path

Rate this book
Hidden as a child in Sartram, The City of Thieves, the only place he will be safe, far away from magic, Rizzo grows up with no knowledge of where he is from or what he can do. It's better that way, for if he encounters magic, they will find him.
The ones who hunt him for his abilities will never stop. He is safe for now, but nothing stays hidden forever. Darkness always finds you in the end.
If he can survive long enough to learn how to use his magic, he may stand a chance.

I’m so close to giving up on finding a book I’ll enjoy. I’m so disappointed that the ones I tried out today didn’t do anything for me. This was another one I couldn’t get into. The main character was too childish even for an 17-18 year old. I thought I was reading about a 13 year old instead.

Non stop action!

I read this book in six hours! Suspense and action galore! I'm excited for the next book where the magic becomes an integral part of the story. What an incredible adventure!

Well written debut

Good characters, quick plot without seeming over convenient or artificial. Only hope the author writes longer sequels, this was a little short.

Worth a read, you won't find it too formulaic

To short

This book is to breif. Should be novella. Also the mandatory "having to do so many words to review the book is ridiculous" thingy
