Kristen is finally ready to move on with her life, after the ultimate betrayal from the man that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. She is finally done with the love triangle and the unnecessary drama, but Nikita doesn't seem to understand that concept. With Omar doing everything he can to win her back, Nikita doing everything she can to get rid of Kristen once and for all, and Kristen focused on getting revenge on everyone who has caused her pain, will Karma pay her a visit and throw her something that she was never expecting? Just when Faith thought she was finally getting her life on track; her baby’s father comes back into the picture making demands to take back what was his. Not being able to take no for an answer, he takes extreme measures just so he could finally have the love of his life. Meanwhile, Sage is unsure of the stability of his relationship, and when he is set up, it leaves Faith running back into the arms of her child’s father. Desperate to get Faith back, he does everything possible to get the proof he needs to show that he is innocent, but on his journey to prove his innocence, a life changing secret is revealed. Liz is convinced that she wants nothing to do with Matthew. After everything he had put her through, she was more than ready to move on and never look back. However, Matthew isn’t ready to let go of their family, but when his past comes knocking on his door, it sends his world crumbling down and even possibly his happily ever after with Liz.
I loved it like really loved it. I wasn't ready for this series to end But, I'm happy it's going to be a spin-off about some of the characters in this book. The characters are Tabatha, Sage, and Samuel. This book will have you on an emotional roller coaster so, be prepared to scream and cry. This book has a lot of drama from the baby's daddy’s, love, lies, and deceit. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. I’m proud of you Danielle Boone. Good job 👍🏽🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💫💫💫💫💫😁😁😁😁😁
Thus book had a lot of drama and ups and downs. I'm glad Kristen, Liz, and Faith were doing well at the end. Maybe not quite their happily ever after, but headed in that direction. I love me some Frank and I'm glad he got his happily ever after. I enjoyed this series, but it was an emotional rollercoaster and a lot to keep up with and I'm glad it's over.
This was definitely a hood version of wife swap. So many secrets I can’t wait until the spinoff! I really enjoyed the story and all of the controversial topics it brought up.
I hate that the series ended but I’m so looking forward to the beginning of the next release. This book was an emotional roll coaster, I wish that all the characters had a happy ending but I realized that life is not always a happy ending. But it was really good.
The baby daddies started off up to no good but they did show some signs of growth. I'm ready for the spin-off now so I can see about some of the other characters in the book.
This book is good, it has a lot of drama, love, lies, deceit. This is a book that people should read. I can't wait to find out about the other characters.
I don't feel as if the author gained her footing in book 2. That same disjointed, incohorent delivery was increased in this "finale". A finale that ended with a huge cliffhanger. I wanted to like this story, but couldn't get behind the lack of structure and inconsistency.
One blaring inconsistency- India was pronounced dead on the scene. But a few chapters later, Kristen snuck into the hospital talked to her, India's eyes open to see Kristen, attempt to use the call button and then killed her by unplugging all the machines keeping India alive, which implies she was on life support. so, she was lucid enough to try to prevent her own death, but was being kept alive by machines?
