It's now 4/3/24 and ... LOL I'm mad NOW that I've read the whole goddamn thing ... but this part, I was really into it and curious as to how things were going to play out. Ahahaha. Can't even properly review this book ...

But the first section was definitely engaging - solid C

C1-C27 & I still haven’t a clue who ML is, but at least they’ve arrived at where I think she’ll be living now ~permanently? And 😱😡🔪 that her shit (extended) family set her up the last life to be the concubine of gross old men.

C35 ChenWei def sucks & is a bailianhua but also is FL ChenRong deliberately instigating her like she has to know she’s pissing her off… right?! (And does FL like RanMin or not?!)
Also whut now the Chen family is the most noble in NanYang… not the Wangs?! What about godlike Wang QiLang personally met by the prince while none of the Chens were at the gates?!
