This section of the book was definitely interesting and engaging and I had a LOT OF STRONG FEELINGS about things so this part was a solid C

- lots of character movement and development and relationships being laid down here. Sadly none of it really turning out as I'd thought ... This one and the first section might've been the best though?

C90 JFC ChenWei is stupid & petty & useless. And WHAT is RanMin doing 😖 … now FL is sunk 🫤

I love FL’s strong “know thyself” even as it breaks my heart. And that she’s determined not to be a concubine.

Omg c102 might be my favorite - their sweet moments, her temporarily indulging, telling him to kill her so she dies in her happiest moment, honestly telling him sheI’ll ruin his harem… him driving her… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 all a delight
