Serenity did not trust people or aliens with the exception of the man that she calls 'dad', so when the first thing that Akron did for her, causing himself pain, gave him an opening with his mate. One that started to forge a bond that would save them both, because they both had enemies coming for them. Serenity with Akrons help had to face her past to not only defeat her enemy but to heal the wound the abuse in her childhood left behind. This was another good book of a Created and his mate and their journey together.

Fabulous story! I loved Akron and Serenity, they work so well together, healing each other and making things right. Great plot/story-line and wonderful characters.
Yes, there are editing issues that impact the overall quality of the writing, but the underlying story is really good. I'm hoping that Serena Simpson will find an editor that can help her polish her work and really make it shine. Great story!

Akron was the best!
I have always been fascinated by time traveling. So Akron's ability was absolutely cool! He also took care of Serenity in the most wonderful of ways. The cat was the most thoughtful one I have seen. Give this book a try today! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book, and I borrowed it through the Kindle Unlimited program too.

Akron is one of the "Created." He is the last brother of the Broken's without a mate, and the loneliness is beginning to get to him.

Playing with Time
Really love Akron's power. Serene found the perfect mate to help her with her tragic past and Akron found the mate he is destined for. Great book with lots of twists.
