My dad was a text book narcissist. He died last year. I was thankful because my mom was finally free of him! But then I had guilt and also missed him. It's a roller coaster of emotions! I didn't completely connect with this book because my mom was not a narcissist as well. I did enjoy the book and it did help. I have high lighted many passages in it. I enjoyed the Bible scriptures throughout. If you're not a religious person, this book may not be for you.
