Jump into this sexy romance from Wall Street Journal and USA TODAY bestselling author Sierra Rose. I desperately need some serious bucks to save my sister’s life. I was working late at the office when I happened to overhear an executive talking to his publicist about needing a fake wife to clean up his image. I decided I would be perfect for the job. But I almost lost my nerve when he mistakenly thought I was the cleaning lady. No matter. I have to do this for my sister, to get her the help she needs. So I boldly asked for the position of new wife. I almost died of embarrassment when I found out he was the new CEO of the company. Shit! Did I just proposition my billionaire playboy boss? And did he just tell me no? I desperately need a fake wife to clean up my image. I was intrigued by the sassy secretary who walked into my office after eavesdropping on my conversation. But I can’t date an employee. It just wouldn’t be right. Besides, money can hire me an actress or a trophy wife at the drop of a dime. The only thing is, I can’t stop thinking about Paige. So I changed my mind, asked her if she would take the job, and she told me no. No woman has ever told me no. I’m determined to change her mind. I know she wants me. I can tell by the subtle bursts of affection she gives me…like a simple swipe of the arm, our flirty conversations, her bashful smile, or our lingering hugs. I was definitely intrigued. Was that little spark turning into something more? I know one thing, I’m not giving up until she’s in my bed where she belongs.
I was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio in 1974 and lived there until 1980 when my family moved to Rayland, Ohio. I'm the youngest of four children with a huge age gap between us.
I began writing while in school as extra credit for English class because while I love to write and to read certain aspects just don't come easy. I've been writing steady since I was thirteen. I was homeschooled by a school-sent tutor due to illnesses and still graduated in 1993 from Buckeye Local High School with honors.
My main genre has always been action/adventure stories. My series, Celtic Evil, is my first foray into the world of paranormal/romantic suspense. I have written poetry though I can mainly do this in times of stress or emotional strife.
I still live in Rayland with my family and several spoiled animals.
Really enjoyed this book but was so disappointed to get to the end and realised that you need to buy the next book to find out what happens. Wish authors would be up front about this.
Blurb: Paige: I desperately need some serious bucks to save my sister’s life. I was working late at the office when I happened to overhear an executive talking to his publicist about needing a fake wife to clean up his image. I decided I would be perfect for the job. Luke: I desperately need a fake wife to clean up my image. I couldn’t finish because there were too many discrepancies. The book starts off that Paige will be late for work once she drops off soup to her sister and immediately leaves. When she gets to her sister’s apartment she magically has time to sit for a few minutes and still makes it back to work on time. Annoying but okay, whatever.
Then there’s this make out session in the stairwell where Paige puts her legs around Luke’s waist then later she recalls the barely kiss they had a few days before as if that’s the farthest they’ve gone physically.
Paige mentions Luke has a Harley in the first couple chapters then halfway through the book he offers her a joyride and she’s surprised he has a motorcycle. Same passage mentions she’s wearing a pencil skirt yet Paige has no problems getting on the motorcycle.
Once I got to the motorcycle part I was pretty much done but then I realized the clothes they’re wearing and how unsafe it is to not even wear a protective jacket. No research done by the author and no professional editing either.

When an offer to settle Luke's problem and give Paige the one thing she can provide to save her sisters life is refused and then taken off the table... well it becomes that unobtainable quest and Luke is not used to being denied.
This is full of romantic comedy, sarcasm, and intensity.
I really enjoyed this book. This author rocks. I loved the characters in this book. Well written. Luke needs a fake wife but the woman he's dated are boring. Paige hears him talking to someone about it & the money he's willing to pay for a fake wife for a year. Great read. 9.
I wanted to like Paige, but she was whiny and insecure. I honestly couldn't tell what Luke was supposed to be. Parts of his speech were very British, but then he'd speak slang and his mannerisms were confusing. Another edit and beta read for the first portion of this story. Not even wasting my time for the rest.
Bosses are messy business with out striking a bargain with one. What a delightful story that grows more complicated with each page. Love the characters just don't love that it's book one. I don't like waiting!
The story is very well written so far. The characters are developing well and relatable. The plot flows effortlessly with the story. The chemistry is hot between the characters. I can't wait to read the next one.
Her sister has cancer and she would do anything to help but money was tight. At the office she offers to be wife before backing out. It would only be for a year. Will she do it? Read to find out
I loved the dialogue between the big boss Luke and the lowly secretary Paige. Paige was smart and sassy and gave Luke a run for his money. I laughed at some of their conversations and swooned over the kisses!
Enjoyed the playful banter between Paige and her boss. But, all of a sudden, the book just ended. What a disappointment! Made me feel like I had wasted my time reading the first part of the story.
The Billionaire Bargain(Paige & Luke)(Untangle Billionaires..
I enjoyed reading this book ,it was funny, sweet just a wonderful book to read.It was really touching at what lengths that Paige would go to save her sister.
Oh this was a good read. The characters had an amazing connection and made it in treating to read. Too bad a parts series. I wouldn't mind reading on but...
This book started out good but kinda fizzled out a bit mid way through. Then it stops altogether with a continuation into another book! Not good enough to read another book.
I really enjoyed this story. I think most girls wish for their prince charming but I love how this story is seen from both points of view. The fact that "maybe" love might be blooming makes it even more scandalous.
