Most people already know if they like the Bible or not, so I'm just going to review the commentary. Some of it is a slough to get through, especially in the Gospels where the writer decides that every single verse needs comment. On the other hand, this commentary does open up other books that are a little harder to get through (the longer prophetical books, for instance.) I am a huge fan of the King James Version, and while I am not opposed to reading other translations, this is far and away my favorite.
