I had to stop reading as I couldn't deal with such a bad portrayal of Buenos Aires. It's a bad, one-dimensional stereotype about it and does not come even close to reality. You would not find animal hides or exotic feathers in any bar here, that's not part of our culture at all. We also don't have traditional costumes hanging from walls anywhere. it sucks to see my culture represented so badly and it's more like the author watched a bad movie about Latin America and decided all cities were alike. I had to stop reading at around the 30% mark.
The characters were pretty bad too, but I guess I just got sick of authors choosing places they know nothing about to set their stories.

This story was okay. The ending came so fast that I was surprised because it wasn't at 90+ percent in my kindle. I found out that the author, Alexis Gold had added another story (unrelated) to read. It was an okay story as well.
