The Source: Connect with your inner power and create your own reality

Rate this book
In The Source, spiritual teacher Judith McAdam blends her broad knowledge of alternative therapies, ancient spiritual traditions and world religions to reveal her groundbreaking principles for creating your own reality.
These principles stem from Judith's personal story of transformation and from her life-long connection with what she calls Source Energy, a universal energy that lies deep within and all around us. If harnessed in the right way, this energy enables us to deliberately create our own reality in abundance.
Most of us cut ourselves off from this energy to varying degrees, leading to unhappiness on many different levels. Here, Judith synthesises her vast knowledge to bring us seven principles that will help us tune into the abundance of life's energy in order to live our most meaningful, purposeful lives. The Source is a life-changing book for all who read it.

This book was majorly inspirational, I took my time with it and read only a chapter each morning after my meditation in order to soak it in and it worked fantastically. You learn so much about yourself and your subconscious. The only minus side of it, I think, is the fact that the author uses only the pronouns “her, she” even though the book it’s meant to be for everyone, the use of feminine pronouns might be a problem with some people but seeing past that it’s an enlighting book that I think everyone finding it’s way through life should read.
