Journey of a Blind Man is the second part of my Reiki Personal Development trilogy. The first part ''Reiki hold my beer I've got this'' established my credentials as a Teacher, a Reiki Master and a survivor of childhood abuse and deprivation. Journey of a Blind Man provides the back story to how I became a disturbed child and a screwed up damaged adult. In the darkest period of my life something stopped me killing the person responsible for the abuse, even though I tried very hard and came dangerously close to succeeding. It also stopped me killing myself when I felt I could no longer deal with the anger, hatred and depression. It helped me through my time in a psychiatric unit, where I met patients who helped to heal me and put me on the road to recovery. Many years later I would come to know that something as Reiki. The final part in this trilogy ''The Genesis Stone'' destroys the myth of spiritual segregation. What appears as random disconnected words of wisdom is actually a universal language of knowledge and understanding. In our ignorance and fear we seek to categorise and label, claiming ownership of what we are comfortable with, rejecting what we don't understand. The universe is the ultimate teacher and wellspring of all knowledge and understanding. What appears as randomness is nothing more than ripples of awareness. Ripples separate yet indivisible as the genesis stone enters the universal consciousness and triggers the creation of a new level of spiritual understanding.
