"Begin by simply asking the Holy Spirit to make you a blessing to others each day. Then be intentional about listening to Him and following His leading in each situation you are in." (Greg Mohr, Flowing in the Supernatural)
This book has great wisdom in understanding and operating in the gifts of the Spirit. It is written by a pastor who preaches and teaches what he is doing, and has been doing for many years through the leading of the Holy Spirit, and the teachings in the Word of God on the gifts of the Spirit.
He teaches on three different flows of the Spirit: love, light, and life; that will cause the gifts of the Spirit to manifest. He says, "There are three primary flows of the Spirit. If we will recognize each of these and cooperate with the Spirit when He is moving through us in this way, the gifts will flow freely through our lives." He acknowledges that there may be other dimensions or flows of the Spirit available, but these will surely equip and activate you to operate in the gifts with confidence.
I am a bit cautious when someone uses the word "light" when describing spiritual things because it is often used by New Agers in a vain way. When he speaks of light in his book he is talking about those small promptings or leadings by the Lord. He says, "I have discovered in my walk with the Lord the more responsive I am to the smallest prompting, leading, or 'light' I receive from the Lord, the more the gifts operate through me and the greater blessing I am to others." He goes on explaining how this "flow of light" (revelation or illumination) can come to us while we are reading the Word (See Psalm 119:105), impression, or inward desire; however, we are do a quality check to make sure that those things line up with the Word of God before acting on them. If this "flow of light" does not violate the Word and is intended to bless others, we should go for it, and not spend too much time analyzing.
Of course, all the gifts of Spirit should be operated in love, and often the gifts of the Spirit are called the love gifts because they are intended to profit all, and he covers this in Chapter 8 entitled "The Flow of Love" and I will let you read the book to discover what he means by "The Flow of Life."
If I could summarize this book, I would say that in order for one to see the demonstration of the gifts of Spirit, they must learn to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. He is the giver of the gifts, and He will teach us, as we step out in faith and love.

A great book that will change our perspective and improve Christian walk forever
This is an interesting and exciting book, it not only instructional, but the author has taught us the principles of and (and how to live with) the abundant flowing in the supernatural. Importantly, it is written in simple, understanding text for ease of reading and taking note.
It is definitely a good handy reference book for all believers who want to live life meaninfully and successfully in the supernatural.
If we are recognised and consider ourselves as a child of God, then we need to purpose ourselves to live and walk dàily under the power of the Holy Spirit.
This is indeed a very well writen book, and i recommend all believers should read or get a hold of.

Greg Mohr's book "Flowing in the Supernatural" is a good read for those who are really interested in the move and gifts of the Holy Spirit. This book teaches about how to rule your congregation and bring order into it without quenching the Spirit.
It is also a manual on the all the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I highly recommend it to anyone who is hungry for the things of God.
It is very easy to read.
Get it and read it and be edified and encouraged to move in the supernatural.

Encouraged
I was so encouraged by the simplicity of the words used describing the Holy Spirit and the gifts we have been given. I know I have the Holy Spirit I me and I walk in the spirit. I love Jesus with my whole life and I am excited about the opportunities God is and will give me in the future. Bless you Pastor Greg and Janice for your ministry.

Blessed
This nook answers a lot of the questions I had regarding the ministry of the Holy Spirit. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to deepen their relationship with God or someone who wants to learn how to understand the Bible (instead of just reading it).

This book was so much more than I expected. Greg Mohr acknowledges the discomfort people feel sometimes when it comes to the gifts of the Holy Spirit but also assures you that there so much to be gained by allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us in our every day life. I highly recommend. It is also a book worth reading again.

Excellent! Nonfiction is never easier. Mohr takes all the scariness out of living and acting out the supernatural. God wants order in His house, but He offers His gift to those who are hungry for more than the status quo or mediocre. This is one to read over and over again!
