This was packed full of information. Not all was relevant to me however, I can see the benefit and why it was added. If you have questions about Intermittent Fasting at all, I would say this book would answer them. It answered all of mine plus gave plenty of additional information. I wasn't a huge fan of the format or how the author "sounded" but the information was good and helpful so I would still recommend it.
