A Woman of Many Faces.....
My very favorite aliens it helps a lot that they are so hot........Really, really, it's their sensitivity and the good that they see in everything around them and the passion they yearn to feel.
Such is the way Solo feels, all his brothers have found a mate in Kate and Bea and they are so happy they are radiant. Solo has been in love with Cecily from the moment he saw her, but he knows it will never go farther than a good friendship, she has made it very clear that she does not want a relationship with anyone at the moment...What chance would he an alien have, none if she knew the curse he carries around, but could his gift really be a curse, or could it be the solution to her happiness.
Cecily Page is a woman with a talent for special effects a makeup talent beyond compare. In a way she has used her talent to hide behind her own mask of desiring, but not wanting a relationship. The gentlemanly and caring, but oh so hot alien is making it harder to keep the mask on though, it's about to crack. Truthfully isn't that what she really wants, even if it's for a little while?
Could it be that Cecily really wants to click with Solo?

Solo is the totally in love with Cecily. Cecily is in love with freedom and the open road. Cecily is a graphic and C G artist who is on the road at least ten months out of a year. She can not picture herself settling down to be Solo's mate. Staying in one town and working from home is not what she sees in her future. Solo has been told by his government that he needs to find a good woman to become human himself. He is also suppose to have children. Cecily knows this and no matter how she feels for Solo, she needs to fly and have many more adventures. She would like to have Solo around, but she can not see how it can be.
The group is going across the country for their next Comic Con engagement. They decide to go by
RV and make it a real road trip. Solo is excited to see all the homes they go past. They came across a diner called, Dino Diner. Yes, they are dinosaurs here. In the field are metal statues of all kinds of them. The menu is made up of dinosaur dishes. Solo and his brothers thought they were eating actual dinosaurs and coco birds. Cecily explained that It was tricks of advertising. They were disappointed, but enjoyed it all the same. Ceci!y took out her sketch book and drew and drew. Solo knew everyday how much he loved her. Cecily grew to see how much she enjoyed being around Solo even though she tried to stay away.
Solo thought of a wonderful surprise and gift he could give her. He wasn't sure how she would take it, but he knew, by using his gift, that it was something she wanted very much. Did she get upset and kick him out of the RV? Did it kill all the Love that was starting to grow? Or !!! Did it make her, "The Happiest Girl i The Whole USA (song by the Carpenter's).

Solo is one of my favorite Alien fantasies and Stargazer Alien Mail Order Brides is one ofmy favorite series. Tasha Black has created a fun world, with interesting, sexy characters, mysteries and humor. Despite it being a Alien fantasy the characters along with the setting are written in very a realistic manner and having romance throughout the books and the series, the romance is fabulous.
The Stargazer Alien Brides series has 6 key characters. Solo is the main character who arrived on Earth with only one thing to do, he needs to win a human woman to be his mate for life using his good looks along with his skills in bed. He is extremely insecure, socially awkward, yet still very endearing. Cecily Page is funny and loving person, she uses special effects and make-up to make movie magic. Then we have Solo's brothers Kirk and Buck and their mates Cecily friends Kathie and Beatrix. The story centers on Solo dealing with his “talent”, which is seeing a person past life and using his talent to help Cecily solve her problem of knowing who her father is, plus getting her to agree to be his mate. The series strength to me is the incredibly complex characters Tasha Black writes, along with their witty humor. When I am reading any one book in this series I am literally laughing out loud and marking excerpt after excerpt. I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves Alien fantasy, mysteries or just self-effacing humor. I won't spoil anyones reading of the series just know that in the series there are some excerpts from Solo that I found particularly enjoyable.

You will love each and every story in this series! The characters are sweet and adorable. This story is so touching it brought tears to my eyes.

Cecily is a make up artist and stunt person. She and her best friends Late and Bea. Are traveling the comic con circuit. They are traveling with Solo and his brothers Kirk, and Buck. Kate and Bea are now mates to Kirk and Buck. Only Cecily has something in her past holding her back from giving Solo her heart. All the Aliens have special abilities. Solo can use his to bring Cecily happiness. But by doing so he could lose her forever. Solo vows to make her happy even if it costs him his own happiness!
You will love this super sweet, very touching, funny, exciting, and scorching hot Alien Romance! It is a five star plus series.

Holy Hot Aliens! "SOLO" is the latest fun & campy, sexy & romantic must read from the Stargazer Alien Mail Order Brides world! Not just about sweet hunky aliens, but also strong, savvy women! ... Each stand-alone book has a fresh new storyline, with some favorite recurring characters, and the always present witty dialogue! ... Fantastic descriptions & attention-to-detail with some surprises, will keep readers engaged & turning pages! ... I never write spoilers or recap blurbs, but I loved this & all of Ms. Black's books, so I always volunteer to beta-read in advance. However, these are my sincere feelings without any outside influence, and I pre-ordered my own kindle book to keep with my other favorites forever! ... So yes, I honestly recommend this & now I can't wait for more- but I will!

Well, she did it again!!! Some shocking twist, heartwarming events & adventures kept me amused and engrossed, also love the brief, shocking appearance of one of my favorite characters from another series, yay!!!! Love this series, one of the best alien romance series ever!!!

Solo and Cecily. The crew is on a road trip in a motor home due to the fact that the alien dudes do not have any identification that would allow them to fly. Solo is doing his best to not use his gift to help him win Cecily. When he accidentally grabs her backpack instead of Kirk's, he gets a vision of something that happened in her childhood. The event tells him that her mother would never tell her who her father was, and Cecily has always dreamed of knowing his identity. Solo is determined to help her and sets out to do just that by delivering her to her hometown while she sleeps on the RV. As she had already told him she didn't want to visit her old home, she is plenty mad at him for tricking her into doing it anyway. Will she forgive him his next betrayal?

Solo and Cecily have the hottest and sweetest love story yet, as Solo, the last unmated alien from Aerie, finally finds the human woman whose love will make him "click" into permanent human form. Cecily's the one, except... What? This isn't gonna be easy-peasy, lovey-dovey, horizontal-mambo-all-the-way-to-HEA? Of course not! Author Tasha Black does do A ---> B. She does hot, steamy, and honey-sweet sexy scenes, thrilling noble sacrificial scenes, little-woman-lays-down-the-law scenes, tearjerking reunion scenes - it's a roller-coaster of emotional flips. flops. loop-the-loops, spins, corkscrews and nose-dives before that happy landing at the end. I loved every minute of it.

Solo must bide his time if he wants to click with the fiery Cecily. Only if she accepts him as hers will be become human himself. Love these characters and their storyline!!! And a warning, have a few tissues handy. I'm not going to give it away, just saying, have a tissue box handy for this one little scene. You see you will run the gamuts of emotion in almost every one of Ms. Black's stories. Some more than others. LoL. I highly recommend this series and anything written by Ms. Black!!! I have not once been disappointed!!! She knows how to use her words and I enjoy each and every one!!

Cecily is a makeup and special effects artists and she loves loves her work. There was no way she was going to let her heart fall of the hot alien Solo. He needed to just click with someone else so why did the idea hurt?
Soloists from Aerie he is tall dark, hansom and a gentleman. He wants very badly to take Cecily as his mate but each time he tried she slips right through his fingers. He doesn't give up good thing too lol
Love the romance, drama, and fun in this one. Great characters with fun and touching moments. I couldn't put it down. It's also the end of this team getting mated. Fun read

The latest in the series is as good as the rest! Solo has to wait for Cecily to be ready to be his mate and is prepared for her never to be. This doesn't stop him from loving her or wanting to give her what he thinks she needs. Cecily doesn't want to be tied down even though she has feelings for Solo. But feelings always win in the end. How they get to that ending has you smiling and laughing. The others are with them as they're all traveling together still and these couples just make you smile, as I'm doing while I write this. If you haven't started this series you're missing out!

Cecily Page has always had a adverse experience with men leaving. She has depended on only herself. She has perfected the art of deception in the special effects and make up. Solo is quiet and focused. He’s learning that humanity is multifaceted. Although, his heart belongs to Cecily. We learn how she has developed this feeling towards men. Through his gift, he helps her heal the pain she feels.

Alien mail order brides. The setting is a series of ComCons. This is Solo and Cecily's story. An alien and a make-up artist extraordinaire. This is a journey of discovery, not only for Solo in his quest to find his mate but also for Cecily. The story is fun, romantic (yes, steamy), and about friendship. This is a standalone story but so much better when read in the series. Bravo!!!

This is a great series. The aliens come from a planet called Aerie where they are actually in a gaseous form. What I like about this series is the strong women and gentle, loving, and loyal to a fault aliens who just need to "click" with a human female so they will become fully human. Solo is a hot, sexy alien and Cecily, in the end, can't resist his charms.

This one emotional rollercoaster and I loved every page. Solo want to mend Cecily's heart before claiming it. He completes her. I just love these characters. I can't wait to read what happens next.

Mind blown while reading this incredible book. All of Solo's and Cecily friends have mated to the women in their Cosmo con group, except these two. Very touching story, sexy aliens and mystery.

I love a lot of sci-fi stories, I think that is why I took to these so well. Solo has already decided Cecily to be his mate if he can convince her. She doesn't think she has room in her life for a relationship. Although knowing how strong their feelings are for each other, she tells him they can give it kind of a trial run, so to speak. Solo's power is to see memories while touching objects sometimes. On their way to the next Con he gets a hold of her bag & sees a childhood memory that moves him. She is crying on her bed about wanting to know who her father is. Her mother gives her a bracelet saying it is just the two of us. She never does tell her. When it is his turn to drive, while everyone is sleeping he turns off to head to her home town. He thinks it would be a good thing to help her find some answers. When they get there he tells her of his power & they decide to go look through her things in storage, maybe he will see something. She does tell him never to trick her again or he is out of her life. They find nothing, but it is suggested they try her old house. She sold it. Bea comes up with an old gas leak trick, with them posing as workers from the gas company, checking the house for gas. It gets them in, so Solo can check places in the house Cecily might have thought most used by her mother. In her mother's old room he sees her looking out the window looking at a rocky gorge. In it is a man whose back is to them & her mom. As he describes what he sees, she recognizes the place. They go there to see what they can find. When they reach the spot, he is watching what he can't believe playing before his eyes. He sees a young Dirk Malcom, the actor who is in Bea's film, & her mother discussing the fact that he won't be around. What is so awful, is that it is said to be that the man had a fling with Cecily's aunt when he was there as well. He doesn't know what to say. He says they need to go talk to her aunt. When they go in he sees Dirk had been there that day, looking for her mother. She had been dead for a few years. When he finally sees, he thinks she should know. Her aunt or he could say it. He tells her, her father is Dirk. Her aunt hurries on to tell her that when they got to meet her mother hating her name Agnes, she gave her sister's name Stacy instead. So, Stacy being kind of a wild child it kind of stuck. She didn't want to ruin his career, so she never told him. Cecily is a little stunned & tells Solo to tell the rest while she has some quite time. She isn't going to tell the man either. Solo thinks she would be happier if she did. He knows she will be angry at him but sets it up anyway. He sends her note asking her to meet him at the park but has Dirk waiting there instead. Dirk sees her, & thinks to begin with, it is Agnes, then realizes it isn't. He knows her from the Con. They get to talking, & it finally comes out & that Agnes was her mother. He finds out he is her father. They are both happy about it. He is wondering where Solo is, she figures out the bus station. He is leaving because he tricked her again. They catch him, so she can tell him she wants to be his mate. Dirk meets up with them again at the Con & is proudly pointing out his daughter's booth when he thinks she isn't looking. I liked how it turned out.

Solo is the conclusion of the mini-trilogy of the Stargazer Alien Mail Order Brides series set in a ComicCon circuit, the 12th of the larger series—and also a part of the larger, multi-author Intergalactic Dating Agency—and features Solo and Cecily, the last pair of the 6 main characters introduced in Kirk’s book.
And, like his brothers before him, Solo discovers that choosing for his bride a woman who has devoted her career to the sci-fi genre makes his efforts at wooing her as much harder as it makes it easier for her to understand his situation. But where his brothers have adapted to their new world, Solo still struggles, because of stoic, structure and efficiency loving nature. And though he knows Cecily feels the same draw to him as he does to her, she’s firmly holding him at arm’s length. And when his gift—the unique talent that each Aerie man developed upon migrating to human form—allows him to see why Cecily is struggling to trust in her feelings for him, he resolves to solve the greatest mystery of her past for her. Against her wishes, he turns the group’s road trip to their next ComicCon destination into a visit home for Cecily, using both his gift and a bit of old-fashioned detective work to get her the resolution she’s wanted more than anything since childhood.
But seeing his task through might just cost him his relationship with Cecily, and just when she agreed to give them a real shot.
Solo continues to see the development of Bea’s movie and Kate’s comeback to acting while largely focusing on settling Cecily’s past so she’s ready to move towards a future. The central focus is definitely the mystery that has defined Cecily and her choices all her life, tied in with a road trip and Cecily and Solo exploring all that a relationship and commitment between them could be. I loved seeing this trio of Aerie men and their chosen mates find their way to each other, and I definitely appreciated how Solo’s story was more introspective on the part of both Solo and Cecily, where Kirk, Buck, and their women struggled more with external factors. I found the idea of aliens on the run hiding out on a ComicCon circuit with a child star making a comeback, an artist raising to stardom, and a special effects specialist gaining traction in her field fascinating and enthralling, and read them all back to back to back. It was almost impossible to put one down, let alone not see the trilogy through as quickly as possible. Absolutely looking forward to seeing how the last trio of Aerie men find love in the last books of this series! No one does alien romance quite like Tasha Black, her world-building and characters are always fascinating and adept at both hooking a reader’s attention and stealing our hearts.

I loved this book so much! What a rollercoaster! Will they or won't they??
My favorite ending in this series! I can't wait to what happens next in this series!!

From the first time Solo accidentally used his powers he knew Cecily was his and she was even better in person!
On their way to the next Comic Con the group travels by RV things are going well until Solo touches a star on Cecily's bag and makes him to take a side trip along the way to Cecily's hometown.
Cecily wants to know who father is since she was little but isn't wanting the trip down memory lane and when Solo tricks her + lies to her, Cecily gives him an ultimatum...never trick or lie to her again or else loose her! But is it worth the risk??
