A brilliant book. This is a highly informative, yet simple book that explains Stoicism and how to apply some basic tenets to your life. Conclusion: A fresh way to look at an ancient philosophy that works very well in today's world.

Great intro to Stoicism

This book helped me gain a greater overall concept of stoic philosophy and how to begin putting i into practice.
