Finally! A Comprehensive Self-Help Book for New Authors
My initial thought when I downloaded this book was "It'll be like the other self-guides: a lot fluff and no substance". But I was wrong!
This comprehensive guide for new Authors was thoughtfully written for the person who has not ever picked pen to write or still have their story inside of them.
Inside this book, Lashonda clearly illustrated how to begin your writing, to insider's knowledge of the industry, and how to market and advertise your books. She hadn't missed a beat!
Even I have taken a few tips from this book and I've been in the industry since 2011.
If you're new to the industry, this book should be on your desk beside your laptop, backpack, purse, or anywhere close as a resource.
I know I will!

Be the best writer and author you can be....
I Loved Lashonda’s straight forward tips on how to become a best selling author. She discussed the good, bad and ugly aspects of the literary industry.
I especially like how she explained in great detail, how to self publish. I am looking to self publish all of my work and make writing my career in the future. I made sure I highlighted important sections throughout the book.
She did an excellent job and I would recommend this book to aspiring authors and those that are already in the industry.

A must read for new authors
I've been writing for sometime and can't seem to get it right. Everything she said not to do I've been doing. Truly an eye opener for me. This is my bible now.
