If you want to learn how to conduct a good interview – this book is not for you, because it is high level and does not cover the interviewing process. If you want to learn about the Talent Acquisition process and TA best practices, you may find some valuable advice here.
This book drove a great discussion at my local SHRM chapter book club. I found plenty of takeaways despite not being routinely involved in talent acquisition at my company.
With that said, please edit prior to another printing, I found some rather glaring typos which were fairly distracting.
