July 17, 2024I have always admired Taylor for her music, but this book has shown me that she is not only a brilliant singer and songwriter, but also a great person. TAYLOR, YOU ARE A GODDESS!!!

I am delighted to learn of Taylor's wonderful professionalism.
From a very young age, Tayler loved to sing and always worked hard to make her dreams come true. She sang and wrote good songs and continued to give performances that people enjoyed.
The following lines in the book impressed me.
“I want to say to all of the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame,” she said.
“But if you just focus on the work, and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday, when you get where you’re going, you’ll look around and you’ll know that it was you and the people that love you that put you there.
And that will be the greatest feeling in the world.”
Love it. I don't forget it.

Biased review: 5 stars, because it's about Taylor Swift
Unbiased review: 2.5 stars, it's informational but written for fourth graders.
It's a running joke between my friends about how obsessed I am with Taylor Swift, and the answer is (clearly) extremely.
This might have been for my challenge as well, because it was short and I devour all things Taylor Swift, but that's irrelevant.

When I saw my library get this book I had check it out. I know this is a children's biography, but I am a huge Taylor Swift fan and I thought this was such a fun read and short about the career of Taylor.

Short but sweet!
This book was very short, but informative! I wish it would have been more up to date, but I completely understand why it wasn’t. It took me about 15 minutes to fly through! I really enjoyed it!

Written like a children’s book covering Taylor’s career from start to the beginning of her fifth album. Super quick read.
