Tim gives an excellent blueprint for how to run a modern talent acquisition department. His approach to recruiting is rooted in sales, and he believes that every HR/talent professional who hires people has a responsibility to deliver with excellence. If you're looking to revamp your approach to hiring, Tim's book will help you achieve better results.

Might be beneficial for someone who is coming from traditional HR/TA functions.

Cant agree more with the statements, Tim is making, but he is bringing too many irrelevant details. Sometimes I felt he wanted to compose the book out of 20-30 blog posts he wrote over the last 5 years.
