For You I Fall

Despite having had a rough life, Seth has a big heart. After spending nearly ten years sleeping rough on the streets of New York, he’s managed to get himself freelance work and a place to live. But his new found security is about to be torn apart, as the horrors of his past come back to haunt him in the worst possible way.

Dante was sent to watch over a young Seth when his mother died. As an angel, he had many rules to follow. The most important of which was to never fall in love—especially when it involves a human who is your charge. For the last ten years, Dante has kept his feelings for Seth hidden. That is until the night Seth’s past catches up with him.

When Seth is murdered, their destinies are changed forever. Feelings and emotions come to the surface, but will the rules that govern the afterlife keep Dante and Seth apart for eternity, or will they be able to find their happily ever after together?

I am not rating this one because this is totally on me. I do not like books told in the 3rd person POV and I struggled from the very beginning.

So how do I describe this Novel. Well it is epic paranormal romance thriller?

Seth a great guy that feels he is not so good. When he was younger; he captured a murder on his camera, but has been too afraid to go to the authorities. Fearing for his life he went to New York. Seth helps rough sleepers nightly, taking hot drinks, food, and clothing he gets from charity shops. The last man on his route is blue eyes an individual who stays on the edge away from the others.

Dante is an angel with the charge of watching over Seth, to guide to his destiny’s path. But Dante is hiding a big secret in that he has fallen in love with Seth, which is forbidden. Though Seth does not know That Blue eyes is Dante (an angel).

Things soon heat up when a new Dr. comes to town and Seth is the photo journalist set to report on his arrival, only to realize the Dr. is the killer in the photo’s he took 10 years ago.

When Seth is killed by the Dr., he becomes a ghost. As he refuses to choose his final resting place until the Dr. is brought to Justice.

We follow both guys on a dark and sinister campaign to bring the Dr. to justice. Their mutual attraction soon leads them to become lovers. Both guys are strong and determined but know that their love could be short lived.

I love the tender moments as Dante takes Seth to beautiful places in the world. There is so much love and trust between them.

Dante has a plan to try to keep them together, but a jealous angel friend sabotages the plan. Can they be together?

The characters have real depth and work well together, and the pace of the story is perfect with the suspense of trying to catch the Dr. with the sweet loving moments giving the reader a breather. It is only in death does he realize that although he should have dealt with the photo’s years ago, He still has done good and touched so many lives.

One of my favorite scenes is when Seth is dying in Dante’s arms. Such a touching and well written scene, and another scene is just as emotional, but you will have to read the book to find out what I mean.

Colette has become one of my favorite writers, and if this book is to go by T.N. Nova will be up there beside her. I am so excited for book two, and TN’s Debut book due release next month

Dante was assigned as Seth's guardian angel since Seth was 15 and one of the main rules he had to follow was not falling in love with his charge. 10 years later, Dante is barely able to keep his feelings hidden seeing the caring, selfless man Seth has become. But Seth is hiding something as well, something that could endanger his life and if it catches up to him, not even Dante will be able to save him.

Seth had witnessed a man he only knew as "The Doctor" murder someone and captured it on film. When he's sent to cover the news of the new head of the local hospital, it turns out it's none other than the man he's been hiding from. The man has Seth kidnapped and then he kills them. Now, Seth as a ghost needs to decide what he wants to do, move on from this plane or find a way to stop the Doctor from killing more people.

This book was very different than I expected. For one, the angels' powers were very limited and they were subjected to the archaic rules of a council that didn't care much for love. There wasn't a heaven or hell, per se, either, and the deceased person chose which way they would go. It was all very intriguing.

I really liked Dante and Seth and I thought they had great chemistry, I guess it was a little too sweet sometimes, although it was undeniable that they fit well together and the sex scenes were passionate and loving.

While the romance portion was sweet, it balanced out with the Doctor plotline, which I found interesting. The Doctor was an evil man/witch and I enjoyed reading how they managed to bring him down with the help of an undercover cop, Cal. I really wouldn't mind reading a book with Cal as one of the MCs and maybe one with Julian. They were fascinating characters with lots of potential. The only one, other than the Doctor and his goons, that I despised was Killian, one of Dante's fellow angels and his otherwise lover, who took his petty jealousy a little too far.

Overall, this was a fairly entertaining story, with a very original take on angels and ghosts and a seamless collaboration for T.N. Nova and Colette Davison. I'll be looking forward to more in the series!

I enjoy reading the book but it had a lot of ups and downs that make the experience a little odd. In general it was nice, but I was left wondering what to expect next, since is a first book in a series.

I liked the characters, Seth and Dante were both very likable. I think everyone will like them, both were really sweet and caring, although I did find hard to feel the chemistry between them, at times. I was unsure about Killian, I still am. I start the book loving his attitude but as I keep reading he was behaving in such an immature way that I start losing interest in him. I do think there’s something behind the way he acted, and I hope I’ll get to know more about him in the future.

The biggest problem I had with the book was it was too predictable. It had no surprises and it became underwhelming. It start so strong and I was hook so easily that it was disappointing to keep reading and to noticed I lose the original interest I had in the plot. It rely too much on paranormal explanations to solve things that could have been solved in a more interesting way.

Even with the issues I had. I ended up liking the book a lot. I was pleased with the ending but I’m glad to see there will be more of it in the future. I truly hope getting to know more about Killian’s story in the next instalments.

Dante is an angel who watches over his human charge Seth. For 10 years, Dante helped Seth to reach his path, and protect him, until Seth is murdered and has to make a choice for his afterlife.
Dante and Seth will have to find a way to find justice for Seth and be together for eternity, but time and other paranormal forces are against them. An eternity with the man they love is at risk if they fail.

For You I Fall is the first book in the Angels and Misfits series, and the first book I’ve read by the authors.

I liked this boo, it was a sweet love story.

Dante has been an angel since he was created, he belongs to the caste who watch over humans, he has his charges and helps them in their destined paths. But everything changes when Dante falls madly in love with Seth. Rules, in the angelic plane, are strict, love is forbidden, and the angel can be kicked out and live an eternity on earth as a fallen angel. Dante knows the risk, but he’s ready to take them all for Seth.

Seth is a good person with a big heart. He had a rough life but never stopped helping others and love people in need. When he’s murdered, Seth refuses to be at peace and wants justice. He didn’t plan to fall in love with Dante, and he’s scared to lose him for eternity after their mission is accomplished.

I liked them both and they complemented each other perfectly. Dante is protective of Seth. He wants him to be happy, safe and loved, and for that Dante is ready to take all the risks. I really liked this about him. Seth is a sweetheart and he wants to help people. He did it when he was alive, always ready to help the homeless in his city. I liked how kind, smart and devoted he was. They were a very good match, and I couldn’t love one more than the other.

The plot and the story were good. We alternate between Seth and Dante’s pov, but sadly sometimes it was too repetitive. Some chapters were practically the same as the previous one, but with Seth or Dante’s pov and inner thoughts, but even with that, sometimes it was difficult to hold my attention and still be in the story.

All in all, it still was a good story, and a pleasurable book.

It’s 3 OptimuMM for the Angel and his Protector.

***I would like to thank the author for the privilege and opportunity of reading this ARC. My review is an honest opinion of the book ***

Something different to what I normally read but definitely worth it.
We are introduced to Dante an angel watching over Seth to ensure he gets to where he's supposed to in life. Though he's committed the ultimate sin for his kind and fallen in love with a human. He's doing well just keeping watch until the night of Seth's murder and he arrives just as Seth takes his final breaths.
Seth ran away when he witnessed the ultimate crime and lived on the streets for years. Since growing up and being able to care and give back he spends time handing out drinks, food and clothes to those in need, and he's definitely noticed the stranger with beautiful blue eyes. When his eyes connect with someone from his past, he runs. His time is up however, at least as a human.
Together the men work to try and bring the man from Seth's past to justice whilst dealing their connection, feelings and Seth's path in the afterlife.
Despite the bad guy story line, I found this to be quite a sweet read. Initially Dante is dealing with his feelings for Seth from afar and also knows the consequences of anything that may ever happen between them. None of it matters when he realises something is wrong though and I think that the emotions he feels come through really well. I was very much involved in their love story as well as the outcome of the drama that is occurring with Seth's murder.
Seth is one of those truly nice guys, once in a blue moon, just wants to help others. He's written so well and you can't help but love the guy! Together Dante and Seth are quite different but work very well together. The question for both men is what are you willing to do for the one you love.
The story moves along at a good pace but we do spend enough time at all of the relevant points, especially with Seth coming to terms with his new "body" after his death. The secondary characters, both good and bad, fully enhance and bring different aspects to the MC's. The known bad guy, people who turn out different to how you thought they would, and such a touching moment towards the end, showing how much Seth has done with his life.
Highly recommend this book, T.N. Nova and Colette Davison have written a fantastic book together and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. Hopefully we get to catch up with Dante and Seth from time to time.
I received and ARC and am happily giving a review.

New authors for me and I am happy to say, I loved the start of their new series and look forward to seeing where they plan to take this new world they’ve created…I especially want to know if Seth and Dante stay on earth, and what happens with very bad boy, Killian, and I want to see more of Julian.

Dante is of the caste of angels whose purpose is to watch over their humans charges, of which, Seth is one…and the only one Dante has ever had any feelings for. Killian, is of the caste of angels who take new souls to the crossroads where they make their own decision on where to permanently rest their souls. And Julian is an angel who totally broke my heart. A very kind angel who lost his soul mate and is still suffering from the choices he made. All of this was very intriguing to me, along with the council of angels who really need to look into changing their archaic rules governing angels.

But, this first book is about the budding relationship between Dante and Seth, which actually doesn’t even start while Seth is alive, and the trials and tribulations of their many rules-breaking in order to be together. There were just so many catch 22’s for these poor guys, along with a bit of betrayal on the part of someone who was considered a friend.

I would love to say this ended in a HEA, and it was really pretty darn close, but I believe we still have more to see of Dante and Seth. However, if I am wrong about that, I can sleep well knowing that they are together and doing what brought them together in the first place. I definitely recommend this book to those who love angels and want to step outside the real world for a while. I loved it, and can’t wait to see where it goes from here.

Overall Impression: I really liked it

Nope, I just can't do it anymore.
This book started off SO good. Seth was an ex-homeless kid, so he took it upon himself to check up on the homeless community, pointing any kids in the direction of a homeless shelter. This was sweet and endearing. Also a freelance photographer for the local paper (very Spider-Man-ish) he gets an assignment to get a good shot of the new Chief Physician. Upon seeing the new Doctor, he freezes up, this is the same guy he's been running from for 10 years.
Ok, you still have me hooked.

Then Seth is murdered, and even that intrigued me, it was pretty detailed and unique. But then Killian, the Angel who helps souls cross over, shows up. He's rather quite a dick to Seth for no apparent reason. Maybe he knows Dante is in love with Seth and is jealous? Seems an odd trait for an angel. Even the pettiness didn't fit.

Now Seth is refusing to cross over because he needs to find out what happens with the evidence he'd mailed before being captured. Ok, cool, I'm still sort of with you.

This is where things go downhill for me. Seth as a ghost just doesn't work for me. For some reason, the way Dante is now treating him seems more like a toddler than of a man in love. Everytime it is Dante's POV, he uses Seth's name in EVERY sentence. It's a bit too much and quite annoying, if I'm honest.

Then all of a sudden one of the homeless men Seth used to talk to and give coffee too can now see him as a ghost and is undercover. Ok, fine, I can sort of see that, though it's thin. But the real clincher for me to end this story? Seth asks Cal, the homeless undercover cop, if he wants the identity of The Doctor. Uhm... Wasn't it established when he was introduced as Doctor Charles Cook, the new Chief Practitioner? I'm sorry, I don't think there's any hiding of an identity of a man with such a prestigious title.

In fiction I can go along with a lot of things, even in PNR (which you can get a way with a LOT more) but some things I just can't get passed, and this one had me squinting and scrunching my eyebrows thinking "huh?"

I'm so sad that this fell apart for me, because I really do love agood angel story, and if you can make it unique, even better. This one, unfortunately, fell flat for me.

For You I Fall (Angels and Misfits #1) (ARC) was graciously provided to me by the authors for an honest review.

The Strength of Love..

As I sit here warmly allowing the plethora of emotions to settle into the forefront of my mind of my most recent read of a new release, I think about how much of a incredibly massive and powerful read it was.  For You I Fall by TN Nova and Colette Davison was one of the most emotionally gripping and heartwarming reads I have ever found myself becoming so deeply and so completely immersed within its depths so quickly as I voraciously read.  I don't think I have ever come across a book such as this one in all of my years of reading.  And, I mean EVER.  This book has left me absolutely speechless while at the same time with a need to properly articulate coherent and logical sentences stemming from the many intrinsically detailed words and phrases which are still currently running around in my mind.  All of these words describe a heart-wrenching, incredibly gripping, intense, mysterious, and breathtakingly heart-warming read that will go down as one of the best reads I have ever encountered.  Ever.  I'll say it again..EVER.

For You I Fall is a story that had me initially nervous to even begin to venture down, but, I wound up putting that one step forward for so many different reasons, and, boy-oh-boy, am I so glad that I did.  This story took me through a gamut of highs and lows with a plot that had me consistently on the edge-of-my-seat as I ventured down a long and winding road right along with its characters.  With its detailed and varied plot, and its extremely realistic and intriguing characters, I found myself loving them immensely.  Some..I also found myself trying to understand their motives, as well as not understanding the actions taken by a select few at all.  And then..then there were the main characters Seth and Dante who I absolutely and unequivocally adored and needed to grasp their hands so very tightly, throughout the story, as they made their way through the plight of their emotionally intense, gripping, and, indescribable journey.

Even thought there were a few confusing moments, and a few typos, to this reader, it did not make a difference at all.  As a whole, For You I Fall was a breathtakingly incredible and amazing story with its detailed and gripping emotional plot, and, its well-rounded characters, I am so very glad to have read it and to have experienced such a journey with such wonderful and loving main characters.  I absolutely loved it. :)

3.5 rounded up

Love is forbidden for angels; they have an important work that cannot coincide with romantic relationships. For Dante, falling for Seth is inevitable. Guarding him for a decade fills Dante's soul and when Seth's past comes back to exact revenge they'll have to find a way to help Seth without giving in to their heart's desires. But what if they give in? Can they keep their love despite the laws that govern them?

Each time we switch POV's we get almost a recap of the alternate POV. While that can sometimes be helpful, there's nothing really pivotal or important that would make the reader need to get the same situation from the other person's perspective. This then makes the story drag and become much longer than necessary. Some feelings and details are nice but it gets to be where I want to, and often do, skim until I get to the wholly new information.

Lots and lots of time was spent thinking about the inevitability of their end and not much to help Seth find a solution. It makes things feel sappy in a melancholy way more often than not. Then there's the conflict between Killian and Dante that was kind of over the top. It made both sides of the interaction disingenuous, making Killian seem much more annoying than pitiable in his jealousy.

Dante and Seth's love was based on good, believable, reliable solid things. Short on the actual romantic progression, but long on building affection on Dante's part because of the ten years of guardianship. You definitely have to suspend belief/reality in regards to physical manifestation/corporeality in regards to sex though.

In regards to helping people at the end...I was hoping for something bigger, maybe running a shelter or soup kitchen or even having a plan to do either of those things with a mention of working to save money for that goal. Not to demean or belittle their efforts to feed the homeless the same way Seth was doing it in New York, not at all, just with eternity spreading out before them I'd have thought they'd dream bigger and endeavor to do more for a larger number of people. San Francisco is temperate, never really hot or cold enough for weather to affect a decrease in the homeless population so something a little bigger and more sustainable seems like it would be a better fit for them and the place they ended up.

Overall I found this story unique by making angels pretty much just like humans, except with wings and special jobs. Dante and Seth were also good characters. Their voices weren't always consistent, but they were good as a couple by the end when they sorted things out. I liked the story quite a lot, actually, despite some misgivings I developed along the way.

*I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review*

For You I Fall is the first novel in the Angels and Misfits series. Former street kid Seth has had a tough life. Made homeless when his mother died, he’s had to struggle to survive and to turn his life around. After ten years he’s managed to find himself work and a place to live. Working as a freelance photographer he’s also able to help those less fortunate than him who still live on the streets. Unknown to Seth, watching over him is the angel Dante and over the years Dante has struggled to ignore his growing and forbidden feelings for his charge.

When Seth is murdered and finds himself at a crossroads, Dante is there for him and to guide him to what follows, however their feelings and Seth’s unfinished business on Earth leads him to making a decision that could have serious consequences for the both of them.

I was torn over my rating for this novel. I liked the premise and the relationship between Seth and Dante. It was very tender and you felt as a reader just how much they cared for each other. Seth’s quest to bring his killer to justice was not as straightforward as it seemed. He also had to struggle with the consequences of remaining in limbo for so long which was an idea that I really liked and it was incorporated well into the novel.

However there were times where I had trouble with Dante’s character. With Seth he was tender and sweet, but his interactions with other characters, especially the angel Killian, seemed very childish. His dialogue was immature in places and the way he spoke made it difficult for me as a reader to believe that he was an angel. Jealousy I understand but he lacked the maturity of his years and I found him very unlikable in places because of it.

It is for this reason that I can only give For You I Fall 3.5 stars. I would read other books in the series as I would like to see what awaits Seth and Dante in the future and see how their relationship develops further.

First, I want to thank T.N. Nova and Colette Davison for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.

For You I Fall (Angels and Misfits Book 1) by T.N. Nova and Colette Davison really took me by surprise on how much I enjoyed it. The reason I say it surprised me is that I am not a huge fan of paranormal persay. I knew there would be an aspect of this to the story. Knowing that I enjoy reading MM Romance Novels I decided to take a chance. I am glad that I did. The aspect of paranormal and romance was a very sweet story of Seth being human and Dante being his protector angel. Plus there was a hint of mystery to it as well. So, basically something for everyone.

There were many aspects of this story that I really enjoyed. I love that Seth had a heart of gold and wanted to help anyone that he could. That was his mission in life to serve others. Dante was his overseer and his protector or his charge you could say. However, he had feelings for him that he could not express to anyone else or else he would not be allowed to be on his case. It was really sweet and touched my heart how he looked after him not because he had to because he wanted to. He genuinely was in love with him.

As I said earlier there was some mystery involved surrounding Seth and a Doctor’s shady past. That whole aspect made for a really good storyline as well.

The cover art was incredibly eye catching and grasped my attention immediately. It made me wonder what the book was about. You would never think by the cover that this was a gay romance book.

I also liked that even though there was a gay romance book there was a small amount of intimacy but mostly on an emotional level. It was very refreshing to read.

I would read from any author again.

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

As an angel sent to watch over his charges, Dante has many rules. Falling in ove with his charge is one of them. But Seth is such a beautiful person, has such a beautiful soul, Dante can't help himself. When Seth's time comes, Dante will do anything so they can spend eternity together. He never figured on being betrayed, or the strength of the love Seth has for Dante.

*insert sigh*
**insert another sigh**

I'm not really sure what I felt about this book, and I'm struggling to write a coherent review, that makes sense, so bear with me, okay??

I didn't love it, not t all, but I don't think I really LIKED it, either. I certainly did NOT hate it, because if I did, I would not have finished and there would be no review at all.

It's told from both Seth and Dante's point of view, in the third person. It's not overly explicit, just the right amount, I thought, for this book.

It does have some darker undertones and parts of the story are a little graphic in places, but again, I thought just the right level for THIS book.

I did see the betrayal coming at me, and I liked watching it play out the way I thought it would. I did not see how this would resolve itself for Seth and Dante to be together, so that was good to watch unfold. I did like that a certain someone got his just desserts and paid the highest price for his crimes.

I just can't figure out WHY I'm left feeling I don't know what about this book! And you know that pains me so!

Someone will love this book, someone will rant and rave about how awesome it is. Unfortunately, that someone is not me.

So...

3 stars

WOW!! NOT YOUR TYPICAL ANGEL!!

This is not the typical Angel story. Dante is a tall dark sexy, stunning man who sits on a bench along with the rest of the homeless. Seth is a cautious, beautiful young man with a smile that lights the darkness. Every night, Seth brings coffee and small comfort items to the homeless. Even though he doesn't know Dante's name, his intense blue eyes seem to see right into the heart of Seth. What Seth doesn't know is that Dante is his Guardian Angel. What Dante doesn't know is that he won't be there in time to save him. This story revolves around the soul searing love between these two complex, DO for others, men and the beings who want to, and do hurt them. This story was a rollercoaster of feelings for me. From warm and fuzzies, to crying at injustice, to cheering for the good guys, to utter despair, to happy dancing elation. It introduced me to a different perspective of the Angel realm that I never even considered and I found that refreshing. There are sooo many angles and possibilities in this NEW area, I can't wait to see what the next book will be about. I Love Discovering New Worlds. This DYNAMITE DUO of T.N. NOVA and COLLETTE DAVISON have created a wonderful, new world of characters that are just ready to burst FROM the pages for us to fall in love with or want to kick their butts. This was a moving, beautiful story about true love, discovery and life altering decisions. It is EXQUISITE!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!!

I started to read ”For You I Fall” not knowing what to expect, more of curiosity, since the authors were new to me. But it hit me, and it hit me hard, like a ray of light after spending a long time in a dark room. There are so many emotions in this book, I cried so many tears reading it! Some were of sadness, some were of joy, but it didn”t let me indifferent, not for one moment.

There is this sweet guy Seth, with a hard life and a heart of pure gold. And there”s Dante, his guardian angel, who falls in love with Seth while watching him. Then the unthinkable happens and Dante has to make a decision.

One of the things I liked the most about this book was its ”visual effects”. There were so many scenes so vividly and detailed described, as if they had happened under my very eyes. The intensity of the emotions it transmitted was another thing I appreciated about ”For You I Fall”. Sometimes, I didn”t considered it a book, but a canvas painted with emotions straight from the authors” hearts.

This book is one about love, loss, hope, discovery and many other things. I absolutely loved the two protagonists, I already miss them. I can only hope that I will meet them again, sometime, in another book, to fill my heart with joy, hope, and the love they have for each other.

I love the concept and the characters but there are too many inconsistencies in this book that make it difficult to read at times. Because we get both MC's POV there is a lot of overlap as well and the lack of background information about all of the characters had me feeling that I was missing key points of the story. Knowing more about Cal and his abilities would have added a lot to the book even though he has a very odd way of investigating the villain (asking Seth not to tell him the identity of his killer). I also wonder why Dante is so willing to go against the council and why he antagonises Killian so much when it is clear that Killian wants him for himself and is angry enough to betray him. The council's lack of compassion toward Seth and Dante doesn't make sense to me. Why would they punish angels for having feelings when their job is to look after and guide people? Overall I love Seth and Dante but the missteps and lack of cohesion in the story made it difficult to enjoy this book as much as I had hoped to.

I was not sure what exactly to expect with this book and I will admit I was a little nervous after reading the blurb. I was not sure how I would feel about a MC dying in the book, but after finishing it, this book was so much more than that.

The entire concept of this story was very original. The author did a great job of world-building and creating a setting that was interesting and unique. Seth and Dante were both easy to like characters and really sweet with each other. I will say there was a little bit of an overload in sweetness between the two of them, but I still enjoyed this story.

I liked that the story did not solely focus on Seth and Dante, but also the unsolved problem of Seth and the Doctor. It kept things interesting and had me eager to see how things were going to play out. Knowing that this is book one in the series, I wonder if we will get a story with Cal or even Julian in the future!

For You I fall is the first book in the Angels and Misfits series by authors TN Nova and Colette Davison. I loved this story. I liked the dual POV style of writing. I get to really see into both character’s minds and feel what they are feeling. I felt that was a great way to approach this particular story.
There is also a lot of rich imagery that makes me feel like I was in where the character was. I loved that felt like I could feel the walls, or wherever we were. Also, it did not bog down the story. It helped move it along.
This book overall feels action packed and fast paced. I did not feel rushed through.
Seth is a good man. He helps people when he can, he gives with all his heart. He truly is a good souled person. He feels he is not lovable but in truth, anyone would be lucky to have Seth.
Dante an angel his job is to watch out for Seth and his other charges. He never expected to fall for a charge.
The chemistry between these two is believable and I really felt it with them. They have a lot of things to overcome but they are strongest together.

I cannot wait for more in this series. I am going to be in line to get it first! When you want love with a paranormal twist this is the book to pick up.

With. Collaborations you get so much more than a story and this book is a perfect example of that. Dante and Seth’s story is a beautiful romance that takes you on a suspenseful and somewhat spiritual journey. It will pull hard on your emotions all the way through. What amazes me though is how seamlessly the writing styles of these two authors blended. Add to that, the attention to details was extraordinary. You could almost see and feel what the characters were going through. Usually the first book is a little slower to build because it has to set the ground work for the rest of the series but T. N. Nova and Colette Davison showed us their writing talent by laying the back ground in throughout the book. If this is how they start off, I can’t wait to see what they can accomplish next.

Beautiful and heart breaking, soul mending and poignant and crafted with love! Emotional masterpiece of a love for eternity. I loved this story!!!!!!!! I had warm and fuzzy moments and i had some really ugly crying moments. You will definitely want a whole box of soft tissues! However this is a soul cleansing story, one that will renew your sense of self and love.

Even betrayal from another angel, cannot remove the intensity nor the purity of this incredible love. Dante and Seth are incredible together and i am in awe at their journey. i found this book meaningful and beautiful.

This will be a re-read for me! Highly recommend!

Great start to a new series. First time authors for me so I was excited to start this. Loved how Seth and Dante come together, and one being human and one being angel was a new twist for me. A mix of everything from sweet to heartbreaking, you'll immediately fall for each of these men. I felt the chemistry and couldn't wait to see what would happen next. Both authors writing flowed well together perfectly to where I wasn't taken out of the story or able to tell where one started and the other began, which is really important I think. Can't wait for for the next. I voluntarily reviewed an 'Advance Author’s Copy' of this book.

I have been waiting for what feels like years...killian at first i hated...then i fell head over heels...hes still one of those you love and hate type characters but i think he has hidden depths and i cannot wait to find out what they are. I loved Seth...he was sweet..amazing..and just all around a good guy who is scared and just trying to live. Then we have dante who i loved from the start..he is perfect..sexy and so much in love....i love watching what happens..i loved seeing them become who they needed to be. It was everything i hoped for and more. I loved it!!

I really enjoyed this book.
Seth is a quiet young man who at one time was homeless. He helps the homeless now that he's employed and one of those people he helps is Dante, who in reality is his guardian angel in disguise.
But Seth also witnessed something years earlier and it comes back to haunt him.
Seth and Dante's story is quite sweet, from innocence and attraction to love, both emotional and physical, to betrayal by an ex.
I shall look forward to the next book in the series.

This is a wonderful story of a love that is greater than anything. Seth breaks my heart, and precious Dante would do anything for the man he loves. These two go through so much, and never does the reader doubt their love. I'm so happy to know that there will be follow-up books, because the angelic plane needs some changes made immediately!
I love this story and these characters, and I can't wait to see who has the next chance at eternal happiness.

Given that I do not generally read romance books, this one attracted me because of the amazingly beautiful cover and the description was quite intriguing. The narrative ability of the writer, combined with the enthralling plot literally nailed me between the words of this novel.
The characters have such a depth and character that made me truly believe they were real, and I fell in love with each of them, yes even with the villain, with his powerful presence that even when on the background can make you shake.
What else to say? Well, grab your copy, because this is a true must read.

Where do I start with this review? This book hits every emotion, as you journey with Seth and Dante. I laughed and I cried. I cried sad and happy tears, as I followed the emotional journey that just tugged at my heartstrings. This book is beautifully written, and I felt like I fell in love with the well rounded characters. If I had a guardian angel I’d want it to be Dante!

If you are in anyway an easy crier have the tissues on standby because you are so going to need them. These authors have crafted characters who become so real that their pain is a punch to the gut. I mean seriously, holy freaking feels Batman. This is a story that's going to stay with you long after the last page is read. Absolutely, brilliantly, beautiful.
