Traditionally Speaking ...

Rate this book
Have you ever wondered, just what are traditions? What constitutes a tradition? Are they like antiques and required to be a certain age in order to qualify? There have been times when I have wondered if there is much difference between traditions, rituals and habits. When I think of traditions, I must think of that wonderful musical, “Fiddler on the Roof.” One of the most outstanding quotes of the character Tevye is this, “You may ask, how did this tradition get started? I'll tell you. I don't know.” This thought, according to my view, is part of the magic of traditions.

Great Sunday Afternoon Read

I enjoyed the mindfulness this book helped me achieve today as I considered my family and personal traditions and the ultimate benefits I would like my family to reap from them. I’m definitely planning to make some changes as a result of reading things.
