Informative, entertaining guide to Kwanzaa celebrations with excellent, easy to prepare recipes, not all vegan yet most easily veganized. Menu ideas, suggested decorations, activities for the week.

This book, Kwanzaa:...by Eric V. Copage is a must have for everyone new to the celebration of Kwanzaa. This book is also for those familiar with Kwanzaa however, may need help. Eric gets into decor, food and various suggestions to make Kwanzaa an enjoyable holiday.
I would recommend Kwanzaa:...to my friends. Please leave it out on the coffee table for guest around the holidays.
