“If you read someone else’s diary, you get what you deserve.” –David Sedaris

Blurb: ‘Anne accidentally leaves her journal in the garden at Uppercross Cottage, where it is found by none other than Frederick.” A one-shot, clean, quick read:

Oh, how quickly things can change when everyone knows what the other is thinking. This was such a nice twist to the Persuasion HEA. It also took our story in a completely different direction.

Nice! A five-minute fan-fiction piece with a shorter path to happily ever after for Anne Elliot (from Jane Austen's Persuasion), it put a smile on my face. Thank you, J.W. (and the author) for the smile!

Waking through the Uppercross garden Captain Wentworth discovers a book on the grass. This turns out to be Anne Elliot's diary. What happens when he starts to read it.
