SEALing His Fate (Book 1) This is the first book in the SEALED With A Kiss series.
The two main characters in this book are Mal, an omega and Trent, an alpha.
Mal has been part of a vigilante group, along with his sister, Morna, who take out anyone who is a threat to society. They were born into this group, which is run by their father, and there’s just no getting out. The only way out usually is through death.
Trent is a Navy SEAL just like his father and uncle before him. He’s proud to serve his country and takes pride in it. His team are like brothers to him and he’d do anything for them.
While on their own missions, Mal and Trent cross paths and Mal and his sister, Morna. Trent takes Mal and Morna into custody and interrogates them. He doesn’t want to be, but Trent just can’t stop admiring Mal. Mal is a very attractive man and Trent cant help but notice that.
Somehow Mal and Morna help out Trent and the SEALS in trying to figure out a terrorist plot. As they begin working closer together, things between them begin to take shape and before they know it, there’s no going back.
They face life and death daily but how much do they have to endure in order to be together?
The characters had excellent character development and the story itself was so much more detailed.
SEALed Together (Book 2) Nick Kosloski finally is getting his life together after being kicked out of his house when he was 18 and pregnant. After being rejected by his mother and his boyfriend and his parents, he struggled to raise his son while facing being homeless and poor. But he got himself through nursing school and has finally gotten some stability for him and his son.
Tom Fitzpatrick was forced to leave his home in Nebraska for a horrible crime that he did not commit. In order to avoid jail time, he joined the Navy and left his old life behind, including the love of his life. He is unexpectedly reunited with his long lost love and things did not go so well. In fact, it was an all out disaster. After over a decade of not seeing each other, old wounds are reopened and misunderstandings are brought to light. He and Nick must deal with demons from their past who are still trying to interfere in both their lives.
I must say I was looking forward to this book after reading the teaser at the end of Book 1. I was like oh my is there a story there. And I was not disappointed. The struggles and obstacles these two faced were unreal. Who would have thought you'd have to watch your back when it came to the people you thought you could trust the most and think would never hurt you? What an eye opener. Their love for each other was so obvious and even though they had been apart, it seemed like no time had passed at all. Love like that just makes me happy and especially when people persevere from obstacles put in front of them.
SEAL of Love (Book 3) Colin Church has seen a lot and been through a lot as a journalist. After each assignment, he gets to come back home to his best friend, Ed, who he’s been in love with since they were teenagers.
Ed Adami is a sniper in the Navy and he’s a SEAL. He faces danger every day and when he’s home he gets to decompress with his best friend since kindergarten, Colin, who he’s been in love with since they were kids.
Ed knows that even though Colin is an omega, he has no desire to have a family. Colin has never liked kids and he hates the stereotypes associated with omegas. Ed is a traditional alpha and wants his omega to stay at home and raise their family.
Colin is assigned to Ed’s platoon and Ed is none to happy about it. Ed knows the dangers he faces as a SEAL and he doesn’t want that life touching Colin. He forgets that Colin has already faced many dangers as a journalist. Colin thought he knew Ed but when he’s assigned to Ed’s SEAL team he sees him in a new light. He thought Ed was different from the typical alphas who have their archaic ideals about omegas. Turns out Ed shares those same ideals. Whole deployed they clash and there’s a huge rift between them.
After an incident, it brings home to Ed just how important Colin is to him. Even though their love for each other is apparent, they have so many obstacles to face due to both their ideals. Colin never wanted to be a father and Ed just wants Colin to be a stay at home father. Can they get past their differences?
This was a great story. I shed a lot of tears for these two as they faced their struggles. I wanted to throttle both of them at times. If they’d only communicated with each other, they would have spared themselves unnecessary heart ache. Despite all that I enjoyed their story. I will say there were aspects of Colin’s past I wish were brought to light more, overall this was a great read.
SEAL of Trust (Book 4) Omega Ben Michaud is a well respected trauma surgeon with Borderless, a non-governmental organization that places medical professionals in some of the worst war torn areas of the world. He loves his work and wouldn't trade it for anything. His family is high profile with a mother in Hollywood, a father in French government and a brother as a US Congressman. He comes from money and privilege but he could care less about the fame and money. He just wants to help people. He tragically lost his fiance and wanted to do something more meaningful in his life and that is when he joined Borderless. On his last assignment, things went array and he and a couple of his nurses were taken hostage.
Alpha Dave Hopper is a Navy SEAL who came from poverty and a horrid past. He doesn't take kindly to people who come from money and have a life of privilege. On his most recent mission he comes across such a person, Dr. Ben Michaud. He hates the man onsite. He allowed himself to get taken hostage without putting up a fight and Dave just can't wrap his head around that.
They end up on a medical ship together and have to make a go at getting along. There was a bit of a rough patch but they found common ground and were able to make things work. There was no denying their attraction to one another and of course one thing lead to another and there you have it.
Dave was the character I was most looking forward to getting to know. He had this charisma about him in the other books, I just had to know his story. The past he endured broke my heart and I was amazed that he is the man he is with all he went through. I loved getting to know Dave and his blossoming relationship with Ben. This was a great story, one of my favorites, and I wouldn't have changed a thing.
SEAL and Deliver (Book 5) Here we have a famous Hollywood heathrob, omega Kurt McNeil. He is quickly making a name for himself in Hollywood. He also already has quite the reputation in Hollywood. It appears that he has a new man on his arm, and in his bed every week.
Alpha SEAL Dom Van Heel is a Patriot through and through. He can't imagine doing anything else than serving his country. He has had a hard time of it lately with everything that has happened recently during their last assignment.
Dom's platoon is assigned to babysit a Hollywood star for PR after all that happened during their last assignment and Dom makes no secret about how much he hates this idea. He meets Kurt McNeil and automatically thinks this guy is an entitled jerk.
One night at a dinner party, sparks fly between the two of them and both their lives change. Kurt ends up pregnant and things quickly do downhill for Dom and Kurt.
This book had me on an emotional roller coaster the whole time. I was so engrossed in the story and found myself reading page after page waiting to find out what happened next. I thought that Dom and Kurt brought out the best, and at times, the worst in each other. Kurt's perception of himself just broke my heart and reminded me that just because you think someone has everything doesn't mean that they do. I was emotional during some parts of this book because of changes that came and those just made me sad. I love this platoon and the family they have created within each other. It is a brotherhood that can't be touched.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.
MM. Alpha/ Omega. These books follow an Alpha team and the Omegas they meet.
SEALing His Fate An intense read. Trent is on a mission overseas with his team and gets help from an unexpected source. Mal is like an anti-hero, doing good but outside the law. I adore him.
SEALed Together 5* I loved Mal from the previous book and enjoyed catching up with him. I adore Nick with his perseverance. He has been through so much already and the hits keep coming.
SEAL of Love The storyline is back with the SEAL team fighting against White Dawn. This is the story of Ed and Colin. Ed was difficult to like. He has many issues and many stem from the way he was raised and now a high pressure job with only alphas around. I do like the openness and approach Ed took at the end.
SEAL of Trust 5* Ben throws himself into his job as a doctor and see no need for anything else. He avoids his family as much as possible. Dave grew up with his aunt, joined the SEALs, and is finally happy with his life. Meeting Ben throws him for a loop and he must re-evaluate what he wants from life. They are from two vastly different worlds, but their love for one another may not be enough to breach the preconceived perceptions they grew up with.
SEAL and Deliver Kurt is an omega actor not wanting to be involved with this latest project about SEALs. He is also hurting deeply from his past and the lack of trust. Dom is attracted to and repulsed by Kurt's behavior, not knowing it is a facade. Dom is thick-headed even after Kurt lets him in. Kurt is amazing strong with everything he has to endure. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
5 fantastic Seal M/Preg romances, 5 action and adventure stories that will keep you reading all night. Book 1 Sealing His Fate: Mal and Trent’s story Book 2 Sealed Together: Tom and Nick’s story Book 3 Seal of Love: Collin and Ed’s story Book 4 Seal of Trust: Dave and Ben’s story Book 5 Seal and Deliver: Kurt and Dom’s story. I honestly loved all of these stories but if I have to pick a favourite then it would be Seal of Trust, Dave and Ben come from very different backgrounds. Ben is an omega he’s rich and he’s a trauma surgeon who works for a non profit organisation Borderless. Dave is the alpha and he’s poor he’s also a navy seal and he doesn’t like people who come from money. When they are both stuck on a medical ship together they have to try to get along and eventually sparks fly between the two. They both have had terrible things happen in their lives but they have both turned out better men because of it. I loved all of these stories and I know you will too, a 5 plus ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this bundle.
Five stories about the members of a Navy SEAL Team. Tough men who find love and fight not only for their country but for their loved ones too. The books are very good because apart from the love story, there is military action fighting the plague of the 21st century: terrorism. One of the things I like about this series is the interaction of the SEALs in all the books which allows us not to miss them. Although it is difficult to choose one story, if I have to, I would choose the third story, SEAL of Love. Why? It is the one that has more action and it has Mansur. I love the relationship between Collin and Mansur and Ed’s jealousy.
There aren't many authors these days that can draw you into a series of inter-connected stories and pull it off, but Aiden does here. All the stories revolve around a team of Navy Seals and their family-like affiliations. All of the stories are extremely well told and there is a familiarity in all the characters as you finish one “chapter” and enter another. I enjoyed it immensely, but it is not a short read at over 900 pages, but well worth it in my opinion. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book, although with my schedule, I didn't get it read right away, but I am glad I did.
I took my time with this series because I wanted to get every detail of the back story of the missions that the DEALS had to go on. I found the storyline relevant to what's happening in our lives today - fighting for hope to remain alive. And I loved how it showed that even with live, relationships are hard and need constant work. This series of stories felt real. Both the fight the team had to go through and their love life were placed on equal footing, and I really loved that. I also enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to like a character in order to appreciate where they were coming from. Thank you for this series Mr. Bates.
I received an ARC of this audio bundle for my honest review. I originally read all these books when they first came out and I loved the stories that I wanted to listen to them. Book 1 Sealing His Fate is Mal and Trent's story; Book 2 Sealed Together is Tom and Nicks story; Book 3 Seal of Love is Collin and Ed's story; Book 4 Seal of Trust is Dave and Ben's story and last but not least Book 5 Seal and Deliver is Kurt and Dom's story. Austin Jay did an amazing job narrating these stories and made them even better then when I read them myself.
I love how much detail and thought went into the storyline and I'll be honest, it kept me intrigued right to the end. The reason for 3 stars is the quick resolutions of the couples.
Spoiler alert so please proceed with caution: In a majority of the books, the "alpha" said alot of disgusting things and after "seeing the light" all they really do is apologise and tell their potential partners they want them. Also the relationships stand point on equality leaves something to be desired. Still a good read!
All in all this was an enjoyable bundle .... Nick and Ed were definitely my favorite book ... I was kind of tired of the Alphas being judgemental and stupid tho... That was just too much... Every Alpha was like that and it took the whole damn book for them to get there head out their butts.. And I was sick of the condoms failing!! Really ??!! Lol... I still enjoyed the bundle tho....
If you're into this genre, these stories are DEFINETLY worth your time!
I very much so enjoyed each of these stories and had a hard time putting my phone down. Almost got into trouble for it at work a couple of times. I'm sad this fun series came to an end but its absoloutely going on my reread list.
Aiden Bates is fast becoming my favorite author and I hope he continues writing such excellent stories in the years ahead!
Nice book, lots of boys love and real issues being addressed. Felt kinda hurried how things that were real issues seemed to be fixed. Overall a good book to read and learn what to do and not to do in a relationship when both people have a very different and contrasting background.
An amazing bundle that will make you grin, make you cry and hit every emotional button you have but in the end you will thank yourself for investing your time and discovering couples that you fall in love with.
I like that the same story carries throughout but with different couples highlighted. Obviously I like some more than others. Mal was still my favorite throughout the series.
Did not finish due to constant political commentary. Not looking for the shit show that current times are made of to pop up in my fiction. I read fiction as an escape from real life and this wasn't what I was looking for 's all.
This was a good series to read. While some of the military facts weren't factual, and the He-man... Beating on my chest... Alphaness, was quite irritating, the stories were still good reads.
Awesome series! I read all of these as they came out and you cannot go wrong with this bundle. Awesome writing and stories! I received an advance copy of this book for review.
A really enjoyable book I enjoyed every word all the stories were sexy and romantic if you enjoy mpreg Stories then I would really check out this book.
